I have never seen such a slow serving in any coffee shop. The point of having breakfast outside the house is to get it quickly, consume it and go to work. The serving time for avocado toast, hot toast and croissant with scramble is 35 minutes.
1) we decided to paint the bar and table with strong-smelling paint early in the morning. There is a bright smell of paint, while people in the institution are eating and drinking. It is strictly forbidden to carry out any manipulations with the paint next to food and drinks. The bottom of the tables is also painted, the legs stick.
2) burnt croissants. You can't sell them for money. Respect your customers, these croissants go into the trash and are baked again. So that you understand, this is not one croissant, but a batch for the day.
3) make a cache with my Staff. They work slowly, when you ask when it will be ready, no one takes responsibility and answers, "and I make coffee at all, it's not for me)

I go in greeting the barista and stand waiting, the barista just pays zero attention to making coffee and ignores me for two minutes.
It's not a service, it's a disgrace, something has changed in 2021.
