I consider it necessary to check the quality of the goods at the exit of the fitting rooms, and in front of the entrance there is a large scoreboard with the inscription: "either indicate the defects of the product when entering the fitting room, or buy the product you damaged!" And the damaged goods that the inspectors missed at the exit - remove from sale, or organize a separate rack with the indication: "marriage"! It will be fair and your brand will not slide down to the New Yorker and similar Chinese "shilobasny kantor". After all, you are Zara, and this is after all a brand of "spacious storefronts". Keep the stamp of the lord! Regarding the new collection, it is unnoticeable against the background of the Sale, in my opinion, too modest, there are few colors for spring. Another plus is that there are no intrusive consultants. The disadvantage is that there are no soft shoppers at the entrance, it is not convenient to carry, for example, long dresses or coats in your hands while you are looking at other goods. There is a mess in the hall, apparently there are too many people, there are not enough staff. But no complaints, this is Zara, not Prada. At Home, everything is better - loved ones. Without a sale, prices are no longer expensive.

There is a lot of choice, but there are few new products, or rather they simply do not exist and disgusting consultants. We have to persuade them to look at the product according to availability. I saw a blouse on a manicure, but I didn't find it in the hall. I went to a consultant to help me find a blouse, the answer is the last one. After persuasion, I still looked at the stock availability and, lo and behold, everything is there. Two things on the site were available in the store, but it was not even possible to persuade them to look at the availability-there are no such things and that's it! In front of the cash register there is a stand with perfumes, which everyone passing by apparently felt obliged to spray. There is a queue at the checkout, because there is only one cash register. I took a queue and stood aside so as not to smell what I didn't like. My turn came, the girl at the checkout asked if I was standing in line, I answered yes, but apparently some letters in the word "yes" were not clear to her and she continued to interrogate me about standing in line. The service is disgusting, the mood is spoiled. I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions, but none of the consultants pulled for it and did not bring it. I ask the management of this store to pay attention to the attitude of consultants to customers. I mean the shift working on May 19, 2022

Fitting rooms are super dirty, even mirrors are covered in dust
The staff is rude, to questions about where to find a particular product, the consultants kick back: "look there", "can't you find it? so everything is on hand" and so on. (For comparison, it is much more pleasant to shop in the Green, and the staff will always help)
