Many thanks to the hotel staff. Special thanks to Irina, for a wonderful holiday and New Year's Eve. The hotel is gorgeous.. The service is at the highest level. The guys in the restaurant are just beautiful. The breakfasts are great... On the morning of January 1, we were greeted with champagne... There are no problems by car, parking is available from the hotel. If you want, a memorable New Year... Only there.. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you Park Hotel Castle. And beautiful Belarus.. The rooms are standard, the breakfasts are normal- there are vegetables, meat, no frills, but not bad, everything is clean, neat, the only amusement park nearby, it is very noisy on weekends and holidays, we fell asleep only until the fun on the streets ended

I was in Gomel for the first time, on a business trip from October 23-25, 2023
This hotel was recommended by colleagues, well, what can I say ... in general, the overall impression is not bad, clean, pleasant.BUT, the whole impression was spoiled by the administrator, who was from the evening of October 24-25 - the girl is absolutely unfriendly, her face looks like she's not at work, but she's playing solitaire. When checking in, we discussed early check-out and lunch box with another employee, but it so happened that the plans changed and I approached this girl at the reception to inform her that I would like to cancel the lunch box, to which, absolutely with an absent face, I was told - no, they had already prepared it, it was in the refrigerator and then I buried my face into the computer. (!!!) it was about 23 o 'clock in the evening . Seriously?!?is it customer-oriented?!
And actually about this lunch box - a bottle of water, terrible quality nectarine , small tangerine , juice and attention ... packed triangles of a sandwich with an absolutely burnt bun!!it is impossible to eat !!I threw it out after the first bite .and this hotel cooked for me 10 hours before departure ???it's funny!!

All the stars are mostly staff. Friendly, attentive and caring people. The price for the room is inadequate! It's not bad, but 460 bel. rubles for an ordinary one-room room, where there is not even a wardrobe! What is in the room is the hallway. There's not even a single shelf there. There is nowhere to put the suitcases and bags. The water in the bathroom does not go into the bidet, in the bathroom, or in the sink. There is a wild noise of a fan in the bathroom, which works on the same button as the light. The bed is 5 points - very comfortable and clean. And the dust should be wiped (photo attached)

I really liked the hotel for its sophistication. Thoughtfulness to the smallest detail (towels, bathrobes, even chocolates for tea / coffee in the room with a corporate logo). The convenient location is close to the amusement park and the estate.

A very nice hotel. The staff is friendly. The rooms are good. The only news is, it was cool in early May, but the split system's heating function did not work. But, it's nothing. The breakfasts are delicious. There is a closed, guarded Parking. The location is excellent. The atmosphere is conducive to a good rest and a great mood.

The hall is located in the basement. It's not very common when there are no windows. The menu is at the middle level. Soy sauce is present in almost all dishes, and this is for an amateur. I liked the well-equipped courtyard the most.

The review does not concern the hotel itself, but the restaurant at the hotel. Friends recommended this place (namely the veranda at the hotel) as a quiet, picturesque place in the city center. There are no questions about the place. That's the way it is. But the dishes ordered there were very disappointing. Most of them can be described as terrible. Only those dishes that were cooked on the grill could be eaten. The rest were much worse in quality than the dishes of the people's favorite restaurant Batsky, but many times more expensive. The evening was ruined.

Great hotel, great staff, everything is very tasty. We got here for the first time on New Year's Eve, we didn't regret it at all. An excellent program, an excellent approach to each guest. We recommend this hotel. Separately, I would like to mention the Irina restaurant, where you can taste traditional food, as well as immerse yourself in the culture of Belarusian cuisine.

Cozy, clean, good view from the window, a fountain murmurs in the courtyard of the hotel. There is a nice hard mattress on the bed, on which I slept wonderfully after a tiring journey.
A buffet was provided for breakfast with a wide selection of breakfast for every taste (both continental and English breakfast - everything could be collected).

I liked the hotel, we stayed for one day on the way from Minsk to Moscow. The location is excellent, close to the Park. Delicious breakfast. Polite staff. The room has everything you need, very pleased with the huge number of sockets. In fact, many hotels have trouble with this, so I often go with a tee, I was pleasantly surprised here. I liked that the Hotel has a patio, in summer I think it's nice to sit there. And in winter there was a Christmas tree with a backlight. The restaurant in the Hotels is also very decent. In general, I can recommend the Hotel!

Clear. I liked that the blanket is not quilted, but modern lightweight - something that is needed especially for summer. A big plus is the presence of a heated towel rail, you can dry things on it in case of rain, as well as towels
The location is good, but there is no supermarket nearby, you need to trample several streets
What can be improved: add cotton swabs to the basic set
Regarding breakfast: there are egg dishes, you can make coffee (capsule). With Americano carefully, it is overcooked Italy, which on the other hand goes well with dairy drinks
Also, on the first day of arrival, the vegetables were cut very large, as not for people. But in the following days, it was fixed.
There is an elevator, it works well. I was also surprised how clean the kettle was in the room. I saw my reflection in it, phenomenally 🤝
It is also worth noting that I made a reservation a quarter before the accommodation via the hotel's website. During this time, the price has changed, which is good considering inflation (instead of reducing the quality of services). I was warned about this by E-mail in advance, well done🦊
Overall, my stay went well, I can recommend this hotel🏰

A really decent hotel for Gomel, excellent location with a park and a river. Everything is beautiful, the room is standard, but everything that was needed. Parking is free for residents. It is clear that the hotel is small, and the only thing I would like is to increase the choice on the "Swedish". Yes, everything is delicious, but the choice is small. Despite this, there is no reason to remove even a star.

The staff is polite, the hotel is clean, but the lid fell off the kettle in the room, the audibility is terrible – it feels like people are walking on top of your head, they start vacuuming in the early morning: it's impossible to get enough sleep there. And also, things apparently help those who had a suite to take out. And the hair dryer was constantly turned off when drying the hair.

A very elegant hotel. The service is unobtrusive and polite. Breakfast buffet. Satisfying. The room is cleaned daily. We stayed with a dog. Our room is on the ground floor. The noise from the street is powerful, so they closed the windows and turned on the air conditioner. It helped :) Our dog barks sometimes. She can be heard in the next room. This is about sound insulation. There is a wonderful courtyard area with fountains and statues on the street.

A great hotel, the rooms are cozy, beautiful, but minus one star for breakfast, it's not at all tasty, the pancakes seem to be cherished, the chicken was probably left in the evening, they decided to drive away in the morning, etc.... And it was also poorly cleaned "on top" in the room, the ceiling was confused by cobwebs and dust on the lamps.
