A wonderful hotel. Indeed, it is a castle. We took the presidential suite. This is the second floor with a terrace. You can sit in the room or on the terrace with a glass of wine. Good air. There is a park nearby. The service at all levels is excellent. There is a guest parking for cars.
The only drawback is a very small restaurant (if you can call it that, although it is decorated very cool). Accordingly, when we went down for breakfast, we got into a jam - all the seats were occupied. It is not very convenient to have breakfast standing up. I would like to recommend the Hotel to make some kind of buffer zone. For example, you can organize a waiting area in front of the entrance, and skip as the tables are cleared. This was organized in one of the hotels in Prague, where there was the same problem. Well, the range and quality of the dishes being prepared suffers somewhat.
But otherwise, I recommend it, you will get a wonderful vacation here.

The hotel is quite good, well-trained staff. Clean, cozy, "with a claim." But:
- there is no bidet or even a gigdush;
- no choice: double bed or twin beds
-the combination of light and fan in the bathroom is terribly annoying
, the lid on the kettle is broken
, I would like at least one bag of coffee in addition to tea in the room.
Well, the rest is just small things, it doesn't matter. The breakfasts are quite decent. But we waited 1.5 hours for dinner, although everything was quite tasty.
In general, 4 stars "does not pull", somehow more than 3 with a slight minus (well, if you compare for example with Turkey, and even with Egypt), but the overall impression is very good.
We had a rest in 2024, in early August.

I have a great impression of my stay!!! Clean, hospitable. The breakfast buffet is wonderful.
Now for the nuances. It is better not to take the windows towards the main entrance, since there is an Ira cafe opposite and, as in the 90s, it will call you to itself until nightfall with restaurant music and "warm" visitors coming out to smoke;)
There is no gym. But it is in this hotel that it does not matter. There are 30 seconds here and in a park where it's a sin not to use jogging.
Bottom line- I will definitely come back!!! Thanks!!!

I liked the hotel as a whole. Its own private Parking. The staff at the reception is polite and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. There is everything you need, including bathrobes.
The restaurant has delicious cuisine.
I lowered my rating for the young lady who met the guests for breakfast on 06/25 in the morning. Dear management, please work with an employee. You can't talk so rudely to the guests. She didn't say hello, not a hint of a smile. With a gloomy face, she spat out: "What's the number?! Well?? Come on in!" She got the impression that the guests were annoying her. They don't even talk in such a tone and manner now in polyclinics.
With a fairly high cost per night, it is strange to receive rudeness from the staff, it is simply unacceptable. In all other respects, I will recommend the hotel.

Very often, small hotels outperform the chain ones. The castle is an example of that.
Great location. In the immediate vicinity of the main attraction of Gomel - a chic park, as well as the embankment of the Sozh River.
The hotel is perfectly clean. And this more than compensates for the lack of a "pillow menu", so fashionable nowadays in large hotels.
The staff here is really attentive and kind to you. And, in principle, everything is at home here.
The breakfast is not so varied, but it is quite edible.
There is a private parking. It's small, but there was enough space on the day off.
Among the disadvantages, I note the presence of an amusement park under the windows of the hotel.

The unambiguous and biggest plus is the location next to the park and attractions. Most of the sights of Gomel are located in this park. And it's a pleasure to just walk around this park. I liked the availability of parking - we were by car. At the reception - always polite and to the point. We have been contacted several times, and they have always helped us.
Our room had a huge bathroom, but a stupid one - a shower right on the floor with a curtain without a pallet and without a cabin; a small sink on which a cup with toothbrushes and a toilet barely fit.
The breakfast is not bad, you will not go hungry - I liked it more, my wife less. For breakfast there were fried eggs in a tray, three meat dishes (bacon, sausages, cutlets), three side dishes (oatmeal, boiled potatoes, rice or pasta), chopped tomatoes and cucumbers and one type of fruit - we got watermelon and melon. The dishes themselves are not bad, but I would like to have more choice at breakfast. Capsule coffee machines brewed excellent coffee. And there were also wonderful sweets for tea/coffee - cupcakes and cookies.
The room was clean. The hall, corridors, stairs, restaurant - everything is clean and tidy. There was a large closet in the room where all our clothes could fit for three people and a large travel bag was also included. I liked the large wide double bed, apparently 2 m wide. But I didn't like the pillows, they were clean pillowcases, but the pillows themselves are lumpy inside, flat and inelastic. The room had excellent stable Wi-Fi, worked without any problems. I wouldn't call the room where we lived cozy, but it's a matter of taste. We have not been to the hotel restaurant, only breakfast. But across the street from the hotel there is a restaurant "Irina" - we had a great dinner there.
If we had come to Gomel again, I think we would have stayed at this hotel again.

The hotel is gorgeous. The location is just super! At the same time, it is both in the center and cozy, near the park and the embankment.
The service is good. Buffet breakfast for every taste.
There are a couple of disadvantages that are incomprehensible for a hotel of this level – constantly pulsating water pressure (it was during all 4 days, especially annoying when taking a shower), as well as ticking clocks that interfere with sleep (it was easy to solve, I just took them to the bathroom at night, but the fact itself is unclear with the general high level of the hotel).

The guys in the restaurant are just beautiful. The breakfasts are great... On the morning of January 1, we were greeted with champagne... A room with breakfast and the opportunity to settle with an animal for 105 Belarusian rubles cost me no worse at the hotel . And in Zamkovoye , they charged us 245 Belarusian rubles per Day .. The only thing that confuses is the noise of the merry festivities of visitors to the park and the restaurant opposite. Therefore, take rooms with Windows to the parking lot. The review does not concern the hotel itself, but the restaurant at the hotel. Friends recommended this place (namely the veranda at the hotel) as a quiet, picturesque place in the city center. There are no questions about the place. That's the way it is. But the dishes ordered there were very disappointing. Most of them can be described as terrible. Only those dishes that were cooked on the grill could be eaten. The rest were much worse in quality than the dishes of the people's favorite restaurant Batsky, but many times more expensive. The evening was ruined.

This hotel was recommended by colleagues, well, what can I say ... in general, the overall impression is not bad, clean, pleasant.BUT, the whole impression was spoiled by the administrator, who was from the evening of October 24-25 - the girl is absolutely unfriendly, her face looks like she's not at work, but she's playing solitaire. When checking in, we discussed early check-out and lunch box with another employee, but it so happened that the plans changed and I approached this girl at the reception to inform her that I would like to cancel the lunch box, to which, absolutely with an absent face, I was told - no, they had already prepared it, it was in the refrigerator and then I buried my face into the computer. (!!!) it was about 23 o 'clock in the evening . Seriously?!?is it customer-oriented?!
And actually about this lunch box - a bottle of water, terrible quality nectarine , small tangerine , juice and attention ... packed triangles of a sandwich with an absolutely burnt bun!!it is impossible to eat !!I threw it out after the first bite .and this hotel cooked for me 10 hours before departure ???it's funny!!

It is clear that the hotel is small, and the only thing I would like is to increase the choice on the "Swedish". Yes, everything is delicious, but the choice is small. Despite this, there is no reason to remove even a star.
