A great hotel, the rooms are cozy, beautiful, but minus one star for breakfast, it's not at all tasty, the pancakes seem to be cherished, the chicken was probably left in the evening, they decided to drive away in the morning, etc.... And it was also poorly cleaned "on top" in the room, the ceiling was confused by cobwebs and dust on the lamps. And so it is a very convenient location, just across the street there is a gorgeous park.

The place itself is very convenient. The hotel staff is friendly and will always help. But there is a minus: the mattresses on the beds seem to be stuffed with cotton, like a stone; the blankets feel like flannelette (well, these are the ones under which it's hard to breathe). The pillows were changed (I'm not sure, but last year they were firmer than this year). At the same time, the rooms are quite clean and cozy. Only in the restroom, as in the Soviet Union, there is 1 light bulb, sorry, a ceiling lamp (which does not change the essence of the matter), it is very dark.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean, cozy and quiet. A restaurant that provides delicious food and exceptional service. The staff sincerely tries to help with all questions. A quiet street, across the street there is a large park with swans and squirrels, an embankment, churches and museums. The city center is 10 minutes away. The best place to stop in Gomel. I highly recommend it.

We had a big holiday at Christmas, we really enjoyed it. The location was chosen well, on the banks of the Sozh River. What it's worth to walk along the embankment, I imagine what a beauty there is in the summer.
The rooms at the hotel are clean, bathroom amenities are changed every day, cleaning, the staff is polite, they always try to help to feel comfortable. A small restaurant, a variety of food, and very tasty, thanks to the chef. A lot of impressions, I would still come in the summer. Thank you guys for a pleasant stay.

I slept in room 10 on the night of May 10-11, 2024, and at 5 a.m. I heard a specific HUM from behind the wall of the adjacent room. Right in front of my pillow. The hum did not stop.
I quickly went to the reception for a man who made surprised eyes, listened to the noise and said that it must be an air conditioner and he would call the technicians. I went further into bed trying to fall asleep. After about 10 minutes, the noise stopped and I already began to fall asleep, as I was woken up again by a bell, saying that the technicians had come and could not hear anything.
And in the morning it became clear to me that this was not an air conditioner at all, but the sound of a SHOWER from the next room, which was RIGHT IN FRONT of MY PILLOW through the wall.
The employee clearly understood what kind of noise it was, but since he couldn't do anything with the ingenious layout of the rooms and, as a result, terrible noise insulation, he preferred to play this comedy.

The number of rooms in the hotel is not large, and this is for the best. We were on a business trip from Russia, and we accepted a MIR payment system card for payment. I want to say only positive things about the hotel. Firstly, the rooms are clean, cozy, there are slippers, towels, bathrobes, shower accessories. I was surprised that there is no dental kit. Due to the heavy occupancy for the dates from July 26 to 29, 2023, the administrator by phone offered the option of one night in one room, for subsequent nights to move to another vacant room. But we had no choice, we agreed and did not regret it. The staff is polite and friendly. I would like to emphasize this, as very young girls and young people work. Polite young people are rare nowadays. A buffet breakfast was included in the accommodation. I'll say right away the food is delicious! Keep it up. On the first day, we arrived at the end of lunch, for which a 20% discount was valid. We ran to order. The dishes I selected are in the photo. The chefs have special respect, in particular for the cheesecake, I have never tasted anything tastier.
By the way, there is a park with entertainment and a hiking area in front of the hotel. I advise everyone to visit it. The Ferris wheel cabin offers a wonderful view of the hotel and the central part of the city.

It's a great place. Good service, friendly staff. The room had everything you needed and even a little more. Probably, as everywhere else, it depends on the room category. Excellent textiles, towels, sheets. With a large load, the breakfast buffet is quite varied. There is parking and a pillow menu. The location is great. You can take a walk in the park, go to the palace, and get close to the most beautiful Sovetskaya Street. There is a large grocery store across the street.

Of the cons, I can only use pillows (I would like at least feather ones) and parking (it was clogged, although the availability of seats was stated).

The location is quite convenient. Friendly, very responsive staff. Its own closed Parking. Very cozy, atmospheric. Of the minuses - very expensive food. And probably an accident - but it seemed a little dirty. In common areas, corridors - on carpets - there were candy wrappers, garbage. This minus directly spoiled the impression of a cool place. Sincerely upset themselves.

We stayed with a family with a child. Great friendly staff. Clean, quiet rooms. A full-fledged sleeping place for a child. Free private secured parking is available. A buffet breakfast was included in the price of our room. A variety of dishes, everything is very decent and delicious.
I do not recommend visiting the restaurant the rest of the time: poor menu, minimal number of main dishes, no local beer.

A good hotel, especially its location. Breakfasts could be more amazing for the most expensive hotel in Gomel and I do not recommend staying on the ground floor with Windows to the courtyard. Hoods or air conditioners from the restaurant, which is in the basement, make noise at night.

The height of bullying and disloyal attitude towards regular guests: we are staying here for the umpteenth time. They asked for another bottle of plain water on the phone to add to the two available ones. The reception's answer is: you have to go downstairs and buy water yourself. That's the only way. Apparently, two suites and one regular room per guest are nonsense to them. Keep it up ! Don't set foot here anymore
