The agency is conveniently located in the old town. The staff is friendly and professional, with an individual approach, speaks several languages. The excursions are interesting, the buses are comfortable, with air conditioning and chilled water. It was nice to receive a box of Armenian sweets on the tour on March 8th. I recommend this travel agency to everyone!

The second trip on September 28 with the Hour company, accompanied by Vardui's guide and Araik's driver, was stable at a very high level. We visited Lake Sevan and the sunny city of Dilijan. We were on several excursions with the guide Rosa and the drivers Spartak and Joseph. The trip to Lake Sevan and Khor Virap was brilliant. The tour was in two languages. We received very interesting information about the history of Armenia, its culture and traditions. Rosa is so in love with her country that you listen to her historical facts with great interest. We booked two excursions and one transfer with Hyur Service, and everything was wonderful! They are punctual, professional and friendly. One of the drivers, Avet, was especially wonderful and tried his best to make sure our family had a great trip. The attention and care he showed our one-year-old daughter exceeded anything we could ever have expected! My wife also appreciated the fact that Hyur uses only gasoline-powered cars, not gas, unlike most taxi services in Armenia. They also have car seats for children! Everything was safe and comfortable. We highly recommend this company!

We bought 2 tours from Yur service: to Sevan Island with a visit to Dilijan, Goshavank and Ogartsin monasteries and to the monasteries of Garni, Gerard with a master class on baking lavash. We were very satisfied with the facilities provided for tourists: Wi-Fi in the bus, cold water, branded gata buns. We compared prices and conditions with the One Way Tour agency (it's a little cheaper there, but without Wi-Fi, the inconvenient time for us to start excursions is at 9.00) and came to the conclusion that we will book another tour in Yur service. In addition, this company provides a 10% discount for feedback left on Facebook, Yandex and Google.

I have known this travel agency for many years. There are no complaints about them. The tours are interesting, the buses are comfortable, the trips are entertaining, the guides are talented.
Today we were in Gyumri and Arichavanka with the guide Karen Khachatryan and the driver Levon (unfortunately, I do not know his last name). Thank you so much for the trip, a wonderful and relaxing trip and a great mood. I especially liked how Karen sang in the Arichavanka church. I think all the guests remembered it :-)
Also, special thanks for the water and treats during the trip. They were very useful to have an opportunity to eat.

We went on an excursion on July 23 to the Totev monastery with a visit to the Khar Areni winery, a cable car, a cave village and a suspension bridge. Our guide David pleased everyone with an interesting story about the history of the Armenian people and told many interesting facts about the life of modern Armenia. Thank him very much. On 11.10.2022, I was on an excursion along the route: In Areni winery-Tatev-Khndzoresk with guide Tigran and driver Karen. The trip was informative, fun and comfortable despite the long distance! We went on 2 tours: Tatev and Sevan. I liked both tours. The guides presented the material in an interesting way, followed the group. A wonderful Spartak driver drove us on both trips, a professional!
The only thing on both trips absolutely did not like the lunch: the food is not tasty, dry and cold... and it's not really comfortable to eat at the table with people you don't know. I would like to be able to dine more comfortably.

I went on April 21, 2023 with Hyur service on a 1-day excursion to Gyumri.
The guide Arpik and the driver Mais are professionals in their field.
Arpik could answer any question in an interesting way, she talked a lot about all aspects of life and history of Armenia. In the minibus, anyone could take a gata and a bottle of water. There was free Wi-Fi.
The city of Gyumri itself is peculiar with its own flavor, fortress, but honestly, I was not impressed. A very interesting temple of Our Lady of semistrelnaya.
Then we went back to the monastery, I liked it. Beautiful views.
While driving, we admired Mount Aragats all the time, which was very close to the road.
But the guide and the driver, the very organization of the trip were impeccable.

My friend and I were looking for an excursion on June 01, 2023 and found it at your travel agency. We ordered it back in Russia. It was inexpensive. This tour included Lake Sevan, Dilijan city, Sevanavank, Goshavank and Haghartsin monasteries. There was a minibus. The tour is in Russian. I really liked it! We were delighted with the most beautiful places in Armenia! We've been like in paradise. Many thanks to our guide Gore. He talked about these places in a very interesting and fascinating way. It was obvious that he knows the history of his country very well and loves it. It was our first time in Armenia and it was interesting to get to know another culture. We also liked that nothing was imposed: if you want, go to churches, if you want, no. It was allowed to take pictures. It was a lunch break. A paid lunch was organized for everyone. Even during the journey, the lunch menu was distributed, and everyone on the list, opposite his last name, noted which table he chooses. This made it possible to prepare meals in advance. And so, during the tour itself, water and small rolls were provided free of charge. Very nice! Also thanks to the driver Ashot, who drove very carefully. May God bless your efforts and efforts to bring joy to people and satisfy their emotional needs. And for those who plan to visit Armenia, a tip: be sure to book such an excursion. We went with them on excursions to Armenia and Georgia. Everything is very clearly organized. Polite managers were always in touch and promptly solved problems even on weekends. Knowledgeable guides. The buses are clean and in good condition. I especially want to note the skill of bus drivers, who are always sleepy and drive carefully. Several times during the excursions there were dangerous situations on the roads (then a cow unexpectedly crosses the road, then a heavy downpour at night) and each time, thanks to the skill of our drivers, everything ended in the best possible way. The program of each excursion stated on the website fully corresponded to reality. For each excursion, everyone was given water and cookies. The lunches during the excursions were of good quality and we did not regret the money spent, except for lunch during the excursion to Georgia in Mtteta Jvari because the food was not placed on the tables evenly, there was a lot of fat and veins in the kebab. The tomatoes in the salad were spoiled. The service was very slow. The hostess of the establishment, having asked our opinion about the dinner, began to argue with us. We were left hungry and in a bad mood. I also want to wish everyone to fasten their seat belts while driving the bus, because sometimes it helps a lot not to get injured.
