I bought a tour at this agency, so I really liked everything, both the tour itself and its organization! ..
Everything was on time and without too much fuss. The driver and the guide are very nice people, professionals... The availability of water and good Internet in the minibus is a very pleasant bonus!
What else I liked is that you can buy excursions from Russia, which is still very convenient, and gives a plus to this company!...

We went on an excursion on 08/10/23 Tsakhkadzor and Lake Sevan. Excellent tour organization, everything is accessible, clear, everything is clear without unnecessary red tape. We were with Hyur service on April 1, 2024 on a tour of Khor Virap, Noravank, Bird Cave, In Areni Winery. It is not the first time we have visited Armenia with this company and we have had wonderful impressions from this trip.
Excellent tour organization, wonderful guide Tatev talked about the history and culture of the country throughout the tour. The Spartak bus driver calmly and professionally took us to all locations along the tour route. An excursion to the In Areni wine factory and a delicious lunch at a pleasant restaurant also left a great impression. Thanks to the staff of the company for an excellent and comfortable stay.
We suggest showing films on the topic of travel on the way back.

We were on an excursion with the Yur Service company today, February 1, 2024, along the route Khor Virap - Noravank - The Cave of Birds.
The tour was held in one go! Lots of impressions! Karen's guide and Ashot's driver are real professionals in their field. Karen talks about the history and culture of Armenia in an interesting and lucid way, is friendly and very attentive to every tourist.

The tour program was completed in full, there was enough time for each object. Lunch at the Areni restaurant is very tasty, everything was prepared in advance and, in addition to the main dishes, they were treated to salads, pickles, dessert and coffee.

Excellent tour operator for sightseeing near Yerevan! Convenient location of the office, in the very center, it is also possible to book a tour through their website. Competent guides, guided tours are conducted in English and Russian, and the best bus drivers I have met in Armenia! They drive very carefully! There is always bottled water on the bus.

07/24/23 we went on a group bus tour to : Akhpat,Zarni-Guys, Akhtala fortress, Aramyants Castle, Sanahin Monastery. Everything went great! There are excellent views from the cave complex. Frescoes in Akhtala, the peculiar architecture of Akhtale and Sanahin. A sufficient number of stops. Toilets are free, the bus is clean, bottled water, air conditioning, belts. A good lunch with a view of nature by the caves. The driver Ashot drove along the serpentine carefully, despite the rain on the way back. Karen's excellent guide has prepared a pleasant surprise. We plan to cooperate further.

We made a wonderful bus tour to Khor Virap, the gorge of birds, Noravank, with a little dedication to winemaking and wine tasting of this region, accompanied by a guide Tigran. We ordered two airport transfers from them, a sightseeing tour of Yerevan (and it was on the same day), as well as a long excursion to Sevanavank, Dilijan, Haghartsin, Goshavank.
We were very impressed, especially during the long tour, where the guide David told a lot of interesting things about the history of Armenia. And we were also taken to have lunch at an excellent and inexpensive home-made restaurant in Dilijan.
We ordered this tour from the start at an apartment in Yerevan, loaded all our suitcases into a minibus, and in the evening they dropped us at the parking lot in Sevan - they also stopped by to buy food. We had a very good time and were very satisfied with the service!

I've probably already tried all the group tours)) I went to some places twice - I liked it so much. All the guides are excellent, interesting and answer questions if something needs to be clarified :) The drivers are wonderful, they drive carefully, without sudden movements (if there is no danger on the roads). They are trying very hard! Buses are always equipped with free Wi-Fi, cold drinks, somewhere there are ports for chargers (not on all buses). All excursions are clearly timed, you can safely plan the evening - return to the city on schedule, without delay. Very tasty and hearty lunches :)
