We went on a Berlin-Paris-Prague New Year's Eve tour on 12/27/24-01/04/25. We liked the format, good organizers and an accompanying person who is always in touch and solves all issues. Interesting, not boring excursions.
The hotels are not very good, but you can't expect more for such a price))
There were few outlets on the bus and there was no wifi, so I had to bother with a SIM card.
Otherwise, everything is great, let's go again!

I have already traveled with eurotrips three times: Lapland and St. Petersburg. Every trip was memorable: good company, accompanying, always fun and interesting. When booking at the office, I told you everything in detail about all the nuances. I was also in touch before the departure of the tour. I saw before the review that someone was added to the tour group late: in general, from practice, even from other agencies, tour data was always sent 2 days before departure. I went with Eurotrip on a tour to Scandinavia + fjords. I really enjoyed the trip. There are a lot of impressions and emotions left. Visiting several countries in a short period, stunning views, excellent organization of the program. If necessary, you can walk around the city on your own and enjoy the real life and spirit of the Scandinavians. I definitely recommend it!

Tour to Georgia 24.06-09.07.2024.
It was unforgettable, the best vacation ever.
A new bus, experienced drivers, a cheerful escort Misha. All transfer hotels are very cozy. In Gonio, Zhenya and Karina are great fellows, they are both the soul of the company.

It's time to leave a review about Eurotrips
The first round of "New Year in St. Petersburg" 30.12.2021-03.01.2022 left the most positive emotions. We celebrated the year in my room for 15 people, and then went for a walk to the city center. There was a cancellation of fireworks in the city and a restriction of space for coronavirus, but this did not affect our trip in any way. Everyone was happy with the trip, there were no toxic people on the bus..

The second round is held in May 2024.. A very nice hotel with a wonderful view of the river and not far from the center. I was lucky with the guys' campaign)pleasant emotions. The photographers worked constantly, All excursions were organized on the ship, roofs, bars, etc. As my neighbor on the tour said, "I don't regret coming here, the May holidays were cool " Each tour was carefully thought out: from transfers to interesting routes and recommendations on places. Local guides shared not only historical facts, but also personal stories.Rating 10/10
The third round is Georgia July 2024.
Mountains, sea and wine, that's what immediately came to mind. The stop in Voronezh went well, we managed to walk around the night city.
We stood at the border for about 4-5 hours, visited a couple of beautiful places before Tbilisi. I liked the hotel, there were no problems, 20 minutes walk to the center. The breakfasts were very pleasant.
We spent the next 9 days in the city of Gonio. The beaches are very clean than from Batumi. There were many establishments and bars.
The trip cost me $490)) The trip was definitely worth the money and emotions. There were disadvantages to Gonio hotels, but for this price, you can close your eyes. If you want a 5-star hotel, a large breakfast table, daily cleaning in the room, then you have the wrong address of the tour company.. The main thing is rest, and not to find fault with the little things of the administration. Unfortunately, there were a couple of unhappy guys who expressed their disadvantages and were rude in the chat. The guys probably confused Gonio with Turkey or Dubai. If you wanted a beautiful hotel, then dakin pliz + 500 $ and do not blame the guides. For me, as a tourist who did not live in a room, constantly walking and going on excursions, the rest was not noticeable, the hotel was just an overnight stay. A bunch of photos, pleasant acquaintances, ate all the Georgian dishes, tried all the wines... I definitely recommend it.. Rating 9/10

I went on a tour on 14.12 in Murmansk, booked a month in advance! The managers' work leaves much to be desired, like the whole organization in principle, as it turned out. The bus was not comfortable, there was no WI-Fi (as stated). I was not informed about the choice of a hotel and a possible surcharge, half of the group was settled in a hostel with a shared toilet and shower on the floor, everyone was shocked because they did not tell anyone about it! Excursion to Teriberka , access to the Barents Sea to search for whales : we swam in the bay for 2 hours without going out into any sea , thank you , that's 5 thousand rubles. Park with huskies and deer for an additional fee ! Some of the guys had ice suits leaking (you don't have to wait for a super shoot). We saw the Northern Lights in Kirovsk when we just went out to the store) The group was a combined Travel lab and Eurotrip. The accompanying Irina was super, tried to help with all the questions. I advise you to choose other companies , but it 's better to go on your own .

Let's start with the departure at 17:00, when, according to the program and information on the website, it should have been the day before. How nice it is when you go on a trip and you don't know what awaits you))
Even on the territory of Belarus, problems began:
It was amazing how our escort decided to shift her work to us: one of the passengers "amused" us with his "masterpiece" (vomit in the back seats). To which we were told: clean up after him, take him outside, do whatever you want.
As for the escort, Irina, her famous "I don't know" has become our constant companion. I thought that on a tour of interesting places we would get answers to questions, and not "well, who the fuck knows this building" and so on.
For example, in Paris, we were not taken either to the Arc de Triomphe or to the tower.
Arriving at hotels at night was also a pleasure, especially when there was not only no store nearby, but also a gas station. It would be too easy to warn about this in advance, wouldn't it? People don't have to eat.
Vlad, the guide in Amsterdam, seemed to be still recovering from the violent night. His thoughts could be put together in one paragraph, which, unfortunately, is impossible to comprehend. A sightseeing tour with him is clearly more than we expected: two shops and a red light street – well, it's just an exclusive!
Alice the guide in Paris simply captivated. She recited a few facts from Wikipedia, but, alas, cultural sites were ignored. Why not just drive past?
I can't help but share my impressions of our additional excursions purchased from Eurotrips. They clearly know how to surprise, and, alas, not for the better.
1. Cycling in Amsterdam was canceled without any explanation. It was nice to know that the money is refunded only on the last day of the trip. A good strategy is to leave guests with empty pockets and no impressions!
2. A boat trip along the Seine turned out to be a real absurdity. One ticket turned out to be used, and, of course, Irina was unable to help us remotely. I had to spend money on a place again, because, apparently, her "I don't know" didn't include solutions to problems.
3. The boat with dinner in Prague was also canceled. And you know, when we came to ask about the meeting time, we found out about it with the same joy as about the missed date. The reason is "not enough people." What's it to me if it's a city ship? Why didn't you just buy it in advance?
If you want to add some adrenaline and stress to your travels, choose Eurotrips! I promise it will be an unforgettable experience.
The escort seemed to have decided that this was not a job, but a vacation. She was constantly hanging out with her friends and acquaintances in every city, creating the feeling that we were preventing her from enjoying her vacation.

We were told stories about every vine, about every family that preserves the traditions of winemaking. Wine here is not just a drink, it is part of the culture, part of the soul of the Georgian people.
It was in Georgia that I met a wonderful youth company, with whom we explored the country together, laughed to tears and sang Georgian songs at the table.
The trip to Georgia was a real adventure for me and one of the most vivid memories in my life. We went on the Murmansk tour at the initial stage, the whole group had questions – half of the bus, as it turned out, was coming from a completely different company, whose representative accompanied us throughout the tour, the Travel Lab company. The first question is, when boarding the bus, it turned out that some people were given the opportunity to choose seats in advance for an additional fee, which we heard for the first time.
At the same moment, we found out that there was no declared wi-fi on the bus and there would be no photographer.
There was no cohesive company, joint interactivity, or any kind of hobby. As usual, this is presented in all the company's videos. It's clear that all the adults themselves separated after a while and found some kind of connection, but there was no progress from the company to unite the group and somehow have fun and fun during long-term travel. They just turn on the movie and announce the next stops.
Also, if you are ready to sleep for 3-4 hours a day, suffer during trips that take exactly half of the trip, then you are here) The organization of the tour, regarding the convenience of tourists, is disgusting. We had several long trips, after which we were immediately dragged on various excursions, without being given the opportunity to go to the shower, wash, or leave our belongings at the hotel.
If you are going on a tour and do not pay for all additional excursions, the cost of which is overestimated by two times, such as snowmobiling, which costs 10,000 per person from the company, as it turned out, the real cost for this ride is 4,000. This is a good bonus. The tour does not include absolutely nothing except moving and accommodation, one sightseeing tour and the Apatite Museum. Be prepared that out of the stated $ 220 per tour, you will spend many times more – we got about $ 1,000 per person, including personal expenses, we were on all extras, except for a beer tour and a snow village.
Also, as it turned out, the part of the group that was traveling from the Travel Lab was given the opportunity to choose a superior hotel for an additional fee, we were checked into a hostel with a shared shower and toilet (although the interior was good, a very pleasant place). This happened in Murmansk and Kirovsk. Regarding Kirovsk, the part of the group who had not paid for a more expensive hotel was moved to a place that was located on the outskirts of the city, there was only one store within walking distance, no establishments or places for walking.
Enjoying the beauty of the cities will not work either. You arrive everywhere late at night, there just isn't enough time for walks. In Murmansk, we really wanted to walk around the city, as a result, we stopped at the hotel at 19:30 and at 21:30 we had to go to the northern Lights, that's all the time during which we ran around part of the city to look at the Icebreaker Lenin (we really wanted to see - we recommend visiting).
And the most important nuance. For people who do not plan to attend all the excursions, be prepared to spend time on the bus. You will have no alternative, you will not be left in the department or in the city where you can take a walk, you will just sit and wait for all the people who go to the dope. This was the case in absolutely all locations. For example, in Kirovsk, some people were not on ice-floating and snowmobiling, we left the hotel at 7:30 and checked into the hotels around 6 p.m., these people were just sitting on the bus all the time.
I would also like to mention the plumbing, after reading the reviews, I realized that many people face this problem. When asked for an additional rest stop, the escorts are very reluctant to respond, far from the first time.
The places and beauties themselves are simply unreal! It's definitely worth seeing for everyone. But we definitely do not recommend this organization!

We went to Georgia on 08/18/2024-09/22/2024. There were good impressions from the tour (except for the way back, as I did not want to part with such a team). I would like to immediately express my great gratitude to the accompanying Misha, Wife, Andrey Stanislav and Gleb)
Super pleasant and positive people, positive, friendly communication appeared from the first minutes. We always responded to any request /question and tried to solve it, without these people this tour would not have been so wonderful. Do not expect that everyone will be brought to you on a plate, bow at your feet and say, "my lord, here are your khinkali." Eurotrip is when you feel like you are in a big and friendly family in which everyone helps each other.
With regard to the road, there were almost no questions either, the drivers Yuri and Igor drove us, everything was comfortable except for the way back (all our suitcases in the luggage compartment got wet), but even here the organizers tried and quickly organized washing and drying of clothes at the expense of the company, and money was compensated for things that were spoiled.
With regard to hotels, I will say the following:
1. The hotel in Voronezh is a good, delicious breakfast. It was a huge disadvantage for me that there was no elevator
2. Hotel in Tbilisi - as for me, the best hotel we were in during the whole trip, convenient location, swimming pool, clean rooms, double normal bed, generally Relax
3. The hotel in Gonio - I would call it a "Guest house". As I understand it, it is owned by one family, in which all family members work, but they work well. There were moments with the long check-in of some people, as they did not have time to clean the rooms after the last tourists. Well, everything is fine, a clean pool, a delicious cafe on site (the food is very cheap), the staff are positive and responsive, although they do not always understand what you are telling them)))
In general, after a trip with this company, only positive emotions remained. We will definitely go again, again and again. (It's good that we didn't read other people's reviews before the trip)

Tour to Georgia 15.06-30.06
Georgia is beautiful, nature is fascinating, swimming in the sea is a pleasure, khachapuri is a must every day.
But I wanted to write about Eurotrips, which, unfortunately, disappointed.
I'll start with the representatives of Eurotrips: Misha and Zhenya are cute, there are no complaints about them, wonderful guys. However, Andrey, against whom we have already written a collective complaint, was simply shocked. A constantly drinking, late person who, in a drunken stupor, allowed himself to attack one of the tourists. A man whose word is worthless, it is pointless to believe promises, he considers himself the best of all and always snaps back.
Next, the hotel: rooms are not cleaned at all, dirty towels, something may be broken (we have a rain shower, a towel hook, a strangely working air conditioner), an absolutely meager breakfast of sandwich ingredients is hardly Swedish. The hotel is unfinished, although a newly built hotel was promised.
Organization: the accompanying people throw off the information in circles, which is absolutely not professional and is not perceived, you have to listen to all the circles every time. Not all the excursions that are stated in the guide were conducted (saps, a tour of Batumi, khachapuri modeling, hiking).
We organized an amazing vacation for ourselves, it's a pity Eurotrips threw a fly in the ointment in the form of impressions about this trip. As a tip to those who go on this tour, take excursions not to Eurotrip, because they are two or even three times more expensive.

Review of arrival 12.07-27.07 in Georgia
The escort to Georgia was quite comfortable. The bus is good, the air conditioners worked properly, the seats reclined. The accompanying Mikhail was very pleasant in communication, answered all questions, and solved problems if necessary. Everything was calm. I went on tour for the first time, so there were a lot of worries, but the path turned out to be quite easy. The stops on the way "to eat" were also good, we ate in roadside canteens, safe food for a normal price. I heard that some people did not pay with a card, it is better to have cash (Russian rubles).
The hotel in Voronezh was generally not bad, but there was no elevator, so I had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. To connect to WiFi, you had to log in via a Russian number, which also caused difficulties.
Thanks to Mikhail for a short walk around Voronezh at night for everyone.
At the border with Georgia, they gave half an hour for 40+ people to exchange currency. This time, of course, was not enough for everyone. They promised that they would take him to an exchange in Tbilisi, but in the end I had to look for him on the cards myself and go alone.
In Tbilisi, we were checked into two different hotels, which was not very convenient for some of the people in the group, as they had to go from their hotel to another for breakfast (it took ~ 5 minutes to walk), and also carry things to another hotel for departure.
The tour of Tbilisi in the evening was wonderful. The guide, Arthur, told me interestingly, with love for the motherland. But he really wanted to give him a microphone, because he had to constantly be sophisticated so that everyone could see and hear.
After breakfast, we went to Gonio, visiting Mtskheta and Jvari on the way. The guide has already failed here. He was almost inaudible, he did not even try to tell everyone, but only 2-3 people from the group. It's a pity, because the places are really historically interesting and I would like to learn more about them, but, alas, it didn't work out.

Last year I wanted to spend a vacation in the mountains and at sea, and the choice fell on a tour to Georgia from Eurotrip - I can say that it was one of the most memorable trips!
The tour started from Minsk, but I was glad that it was possible to join in Gomel, because it greatly simplified the road. The bus trip was comfortable: the seats were comfortable, there were USB charging. Every couple of hours we took a break, we could go to the toilet, stretch or have a snack, so the road was quite easy.
On the route to Gonio, we had two overnight stays — in Voronezh and Tbilisi. The hotel in Voronezh was just wonderful (pictured), in Tbilisi it was a little more modest, but quite acceptable. In Gonio, we stayed in a hotel with excellent facilities: spacious rooms, good breakfasts, a swimming pool and close proximity to the sea. The only thing that upset me a little was the rare cleaning in the room. I wish this moment had been better organized, but overall it didn't have much effect on the overall impression.
The excursions were at the highest level! Yes, perhaps, as they wrote in other reviews, excursions from locals could have cost less, but here it was not the price that was important, but convenience. There was no need to run around looking for guides and think about how to organize trips — everything had already been prepared by the escorts.
I would especially like to mention our escort Andrey, who was with us in Gonio. He literally charged everyone with positivity, created a friendly atmosphere and was always ready to help.
On the way back, we had a stop in Rostov, where a nice hotel (as far as I remember, Zvezda) with clean, modern rooms was waiting for us. After passing the border and the long road, it was nice to walk around the new city (we had a lot of free time in Rostov, from about 12 o'clock in the afternoon until the next morning), spend the night in comfortable conditions, and in the morning go on with renewed vigor.
In general, the trip left me with only positive emotions. It was not just a trip, but a real adventure with vivid impressions, fun company and excellent organization. If you are thinking whether it is worth going to Georgia with Eurotrip, I can say with confidence — yes! It will be an experience that you will remember with warmth and joy (like me, although it has been a year :)

The climax was that we found out about the cancellation of the tour through a story on Instagram, our tour dates were simply not on the list, and only after I asked why, we were deigned to write to telegram, where a dialogue was conducted with the tour operator.

I entered into this conversation a DAY before departure, and only there I found out that it turns out that I need to purchase insurance for a vacation in Georgia. Why this was not said in advance is anyone's guess.
The road went fine, the only thing I can note is that the TV did not work on the way to Georgia. Everything was fine in Tbilisi too.
The hotel in Gonio is normal for its money, but the staff is very relaxed, the breakfasts are delicious, but monotonous, it was always the same.
BUT the escort in Gonio was just a quiet horror. Constantly stoned and drunk.
The relationship of Eurotrip employees leaves much to be desired. Yes, the policy is that these are youth tours and informal communication. BUT at least there must be some kind of subordination. I pay money and I need to be treated like a client who would then want to go with you again. Alas, there is no such desire from the word at all.
Evgeny was constantly in a state of alcoholic and possibly narcotic intoxication. The client-friendship boundary is completely blurred. He solved the problems that arose either reluctantly or in no way at all. Many guys had problems with cleaning the room - there might not be toilet paper, a set of towels for everyone, etc., some of them had their room not cleaned. So Eugene, in response to our complaints, said: "come to Manana, that you, as little ones, cannot do it yourself, you have to run after you." But the bottom line is that the guys came up repeatedly and left with nothing.
Evgeny often resorted to manipulative methods and shamed us. Many did not go on a tour of the bars, because not everyone can drink in such quantities and for so many days in a row. So, due to the small number of people, this bar tour was canceled. And Eugene began to shame us that because of the mass refusal he had to cancel everything, and they could not go with a small company in the way he would be ashamed, because he had agreed.

- No sleep and rest, immediately after the overnight move they took us on an excursion, after checking into the hotel in 2-3 hours we were waiting for the next tour of the bars (do not take it, the tour is about nothing, it is better to choose a bar yourself and spend a good evening), after the bars free time at night and a boat trip, as a result we arrived at the hotel in the dead of night and after 2 hours ascent to Karelia. It was a nightmare!

- On the way from Karelia to St. Petersburg, the bus broke down, the managers spread their hands and made an appearance of solving the issue while sitting in the hotel. It all started very well. Good bus and drivers. Accompanying Misha (the only positive thing from Eurotrip).
In Tbilisi, some people were moved to another hotel, they didn't even take us there. We got there by taxi ourselves. I had to go to another hotel for breakfast.
Although the hotel is good in terms of conditions.
The hotel in Gonio is a nightmare. Transit hotels were better. Running after the hostess of the hotel, give me towels and toilet paper. There are a lot of small children of hotel employees in the hotel, you can't swim in the pool. The food is meager (pancakes, vegetables, bread, black tea). Whoever had time, had time to eat. Water is poured into the cooler from the tap.
The organizers in Georgia are people who came just to show off, they don't care about you. At what point did we cross personal boundaries and become friends? In my opinion, I am the customer, and you are the performers. I turned to you for services. And they acted like I came for free and we were friends. The organizers will leave you alone in the dark in the open sea for a couple of girls (this is how the tour on the saps went). No declared photographer was provided. Prices for excursions - three skins will be removed. It's just space. From the locals, the SAME tour costs 2 times cheaper. And what they will say, you will get poisoned there, everything is bad there - do not listen to them. We went - everything was too high-level, and those who went from eurotrips were not so cool.
It was our choice who to take the tour from. We chose a different place. So there was a whole drama that we didn't let them earn, and they put it down on arrival (although it was included in the price) . They wrote us a huge message "you are behaving like little spoiled children." That's what I understand communication between the customer and the contractor . So there was no need to tear three skins and everyone would have gone to you.
The last day of departure is the day in the trash. Evict everyone before 12. You're sitting on your bags in the lobby, and we left at 8 p.m. What's the problem with turning on this day so that everyone can quietly go about their business all day.
The cherry on the cake. Transit hotel in Rostov. We arrived at 12 a.m. AND THERE IS NO WATER. Neither to eat, nor to wash, nor to go to the toilet. To the cries for help and the demand for normal conditions (to move to another hotel), the managers said "wait, wait and pulled the rubber" and so only by 4 a.m. we were able to wash up!
Everyone makes their own rest. That's what we did for ourselves, and where the Eurotrips hand touched, everything was in one place. This company doesn't know how to organize anything at all , they don't have a plan B. They can't solve any problems.

Not a single excursion in which the time frame was indicated was observed.The accompanying Andrey had a clear addiction to alcohol, which, as it turns out later, has an extremely detrimental effect on him, but he explained this as the fact that it is impossible not to drink at his job to maintain general fun. Constant violation of subordination. And like the cherry on the cake, the use of physical force to their customers in a drunken stupor, verbal insults, causing discomfort and endangering the safety of others in moving transport. Verbal reproaches and threats. And all this is only in a short form. A collective complaint was written, to which, after 3 weeks, no response was received.
Hotels.
Hotels in Voronezh and Tbilisi are above all praise, BUT hotels in Gonio and Rostov are just something ... the buffet in Gonio implies all the components of a sandwich and tap water with a taste of chlorine. The rooms are rarely cleaned, and it's hard to call it cleaning. Upon check-in, everyone had problems, something was broken somewhere, something was not working and everything like that. In our room, a part of the power supply was sticking out of the socket and was being electrocuted. We were told to write it all in the chat and the problems will be fixed, as you can guess, we solved our problems ourselves with the hotel staff.
Hotel in Rostov… A hotel that stinks of dampness, basement, water smells of sulfur, doors jam, smelly and scary mattresses. After passing the border and a long border, I would like to rest, but these conditions.. There are just no words.. thanks to the accompanying Mikhail, who was given a room with better conditions, and who let us sleep in human conditions.

In fact, 7 hours of a tedious trip with a guide (there were only san.stops), just to bring to Karelia to try a couple of local tinctures, have lunch and go back, stopping on the way back to the quarry for an excursion (they paid separately 600 rubles per person)yes, it was beautiful at the quarry, but such a road definitely does not cost $ 35. The same questions apply to the bus. There were 2 groups of us and we rode on different buses. Everything was perfect in ours, and the drivers were very smart and the guide, but since not everyone was going to Karelia, we decided to combine 2 groups and there was hell on the other bus-one half was sitting in the sauna, the other half was freezing.
