We stayed at this hotel in September 2022. The hotel is excellent, it resembles Turkish hotels.The territory is small, but there is everything for recreation and entertainment. The hotel's beach is a 10-minute walk away. Then we went to the beach of the neighboring hotel through the far exit, 3 minutes and you are by the sea. It is very convenient that the city market was across the street from the Europa Hotel, a 15-minute walk to the new colonnade.Yes, everything is fine, who's going for what.The food was good.The rooms are great, no ants were seen. About the cons - there are not enough hooks in the bathroom.node. As it is, everything is fine, I will recommend it to my friends.
Europa Hotel, accommodation: ground floor comfort, two adults and a child, from May 24 to May 28.
We really liked our Hotel building, the neighboring Europa 1 was completely renovated (with the resulting noise and construction debris, ours also had places with construction debris in full view of the hotel guests), a closed walkway led to it (another building), but the guests there were inhabited and stoically moved into their building through guardrails on the bridge.
I'll tell you about each building separately.
The advantages of our place, where we actually lived: everything is included, there is wine, ice cream and all day at the pool bar, but French fries with sausage / one wing / gambugger are only once and in one hand, so we had to pack up and go take it, so we took it, but they didn't give it to the child and he forgot to take it almost every day ... Breakfast / lunch/ dinner according to the buffet system, however, there was almost no variety, for example: meat – chicken pieces on the bone fried, boiled, chicken stomachs and chicken liver – how much I love chicken, but. For example, beef chops or fried fish, I would like to see. But by the end of the rest, there was no longer any energy or desire to watch the chicken.
Balconies are nice, but there are no balconies on the ground floor in our wing, in the neighboring wing on the ground floor there is an exit from two sides: into the foyer and immediately through the balcony door, but there is no balcony, to the pool.
The food is varied in the dining room, you will not stay hungry, but without aesthetics and frills. So a pile of cookies or a pile of sponge cake is piled into one mountain, and the compote is served in a huge saucepan with a huge ladle. I cite these examples to understand the aesthetic flavor of the local cuisine. Of the pros and cons, everything is without salt, oil, vinegar and some oriental flavor, pilaf without spices as well (without spices and not pilaf). Salt, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, seasonings: only black pepper – stand separately above salads.
That's why everything is a little tasteless, but there is a lot of food.
In our building, the pool was heated, like at thermal springs. It's very comfortable to be in it, I didn't want to climb out.
Minuses:
The pool is icy in neighboring Europe, which is under construction, it is impossible to enter, because they are all here, it was crowded, even though it is not yet the season, but only May. For some reason, our pool was closed at 19:00 and everyone was forcibly kicked out. It is unclear why there is a night light for the pool, and I would like to extend the time until 22:00, when all the splashing children in their beds are asleep and you can swim in peace instead of standing in the pool.
The dining room is very noisy and crowded, like at a train station, and it's unpleasant to eat. And there weren't enough tables, and it's not the season yet?!
More pros:
The rooms are new, but a little "tired", you need to maintain.
At the reception desk, a very polite and pleasant young man with a gray streak of hair tries very hard to make everyone like him, helps in everything, and is very pleasant to talk to.
There were a lot of people when we checked in, we had to wait about an hour in front of us, but in the season, they say that waiting for 8 hours can take a long time, so I think we were lucky.
Another great advantage: every day around 11:00 a.m. we had a wet cleaning of the room, it's very nice, when it's clean, it's cozy. And they reported the necessary household chemicals. Special thanks for cleaning!
Minuses:
There is a construction site on the territory, a view of construction debris from the windows, construction noise in our ears all day, not in our neighboring building, in our building, music was playing in the background by the pool.
When we checked in, we found three hand towels lying on the bed like orphans, and there were no clothes for the child. We left a request at the reception. They were brought to us very quickly (which is a plus), but only a part of the towels and a blanket. So, for the three of us, towels were never changed in comfort, of which there were two large ones, three for our hands and one for all our feet.
Then an incident happened, our electronic lock broke, and the girl who brought the necessary things remained locked with us. Which turned out to be the will of the veil and the grace of fate for us, because she immediately called the hotel's repairman, who rescued us from prison in half an hour and fixed the lock immediately. And if the child was left locked up like that, with a broken lock, it would be just awful! Or are we all three of us: and how to call for help, we didn't have a phone number at the hotel at that time, and for some reason the cellular connection didn't switch to roaming?! It's good that it ended well, we're lucky. And the advice to the hotel is to check the "electronic stuffing" of the rooms before checking in, make sure that the equipment and the room do not get tired ahead of time.
As a result, I would recommend using the infrastructure of our building, you can spend the night in the second one -everything is new and good, use the pool in our one – heated, but the administration's recommendation is to extend the use time (19:00 is extremely small for so many people?!).
They say we didn't go to eat on our own, so we can alternate the first and second, depending on what we want more variety (our building) or privacy (under construction, there are few people there) and peace.
There are also a huge number of mosquitoes, and there are no nets on the windows, they are just flocks, our fumigator only put them to sleep a little, and they were all arranged in clusters on the walls and curtains.
There was also a hole in the wall (the size of a finger, it would seem, a trifle, but unpleasant, because it creates an atmosphere), a broken window – in a small net and mosquitoes nailed to the curtains – as a trophy from past guests.
Overall, I liked everything, it's a good place, I recommend it. For those who are without frills and ceremonies, you can simply and quickly relax.
Among the recommendations for the administration:
1. Increase the staff for settlement in order to reduce kilometer queues, thereby improving the quality of services.
2. Solve the problem with the dining room by creating the aesthetics of serving dishes in it, not in piles and vats with compote, but in portions – there is a lot of room for serving. To increase the number of tables, you can put tables on the street itself under a canopy, thereby creating a cozy chamber, where it will be much more pleasant to be in the process of receiving catering services.
3. Extend the time of using the pool from 19:00 to 22:00, and how is it extremely small for such a large number of residents now?!
4. Entertainment on the observation deck – there are two billiard tables. (However, getting there is a quest, since they did not explain anything to us at the reception, indicating to us the directions of the room to the other wing of the hotel, you need to use your wits to get to the observation room with billiards and find two elevators: one goes only to the 9th floor, go through the floor, find the stairs to the 11th floor and then rest against the door was closed to the top, or then we found another elevator from the 9th floor to the 11th, its route is very short). The 529-room administration has only two Russian billiard tables, isn't that absurd?!
5. There are also table tennis tables between 2/3 floors. But according to the receptionist, someone took the rackets and did not return them, so our child could not play?! I've been asked several times for several days – unfortunately, nothing has changed.
6. Give out the required number of towels so that you don't have to beg for them. The three of us have never had towels changed in comfort, of which there were two large ones, three for our hands and one for all our feet.

• New, but slightly "tired" rooms. Daily wet cleaning.
