In this room, I asked for a fragrance-free lip balm. Immediately, I began to actively offer balms from two companies, actively focusing on one of them. I was also interested in a special moisturizer, but again I was offered a cream from one of the same two companies, without specifying the diagnosis. Subsequently, I announced myself that I have a lip allergy, I need a balm that can be used with this disease. The pharmacists, again, persistently recommended one balm to me, informing me that the company has been on the market for more than 40 years and is very popular and assured that it will definitely suit me. Trusting, I buy the recommended balm, according to the words of the seller: "My favorite lipstick." When I came home, it turned out quite by accident that the lip balm contains castor oil, which must be used very carefully for allergies, and perfume, which is prescribed in the composition. One of these days I'm going to write a complaint in the complaint book.
