The place, to put it mildly, is not very good. There is the word hookah in the name, but it would be better if they did not write about it. This is the first place with hookahs where I first saw: 1. Limiting people to one hookah (three people), there were five of us in the company, one did not want to smoke and we just persuaded them to bring us one hookah. 2. The hookah man said that he has 1.5 according to the norms!!!! coal for a hookah, and refused to bring new ones flatly. The norm for coal??? Seriously??? The hookah itself was asked to make an average strength, as well as the company of girls at the next table, but it was impossible to smoke it, neither for us nor for them, it tore our throats very much. The hookah man said that we just hadn't smoked normal tobacco before. They didn't argue with him, but it sounded funny. The second word in the name is a Bar, which also did not pay off very well. One girl worked for the whole establishment (inside and on the track), she is also a waiter and a bartender. Naturally, she was not very enough, she had to wait a very long time, because of the heavy load, she mixed up the order. Although, to give her her due, she tried very hard. There are also questions about drinks. The beer is warm, the coffee is a mixture of something, instant steamed is better, and it would be tastier. The only thing that helped to put two stars instead of one is the presence of PS. It turned out to distract fifa from all of the above. The prices are average. If you want a hookah, I really do not recommend it. And like the bar, not everyone will come in. It is unclear how such a place exists in the very center of the city.

The establishment is mediocre, the obvious consumer attitude towards customers, the service ruined the evening. I do not recommend it.
There is a rule in the institution: you must order a hookah, after two hours you either order a new one, or your visit to the institution is over. In general, this is a common practice of establishments of this kind, but this is the first time we have come across the fact that this is the first thing you hear from a waiter. You came to a new institution like that, but you can't do it right away and you can't do it like that.
Hookah: They asked to make it of medium strength. As a result, he died after 30 minutes, and we did not feel the strength in him. In general, we scored too, because everything is relative.
The hookah master's service was good. They did not forget about us, they shook off the coals, changed them (which is not done everywhere in Minsk), they told about the action.
Kitchen: the establishment does not have its own kitchen, so keep in mind that it will take you a long time to carry food. We were very modestly served potatoes with a burger, but we can get away with it.
BUT WHAT MADE ME WRITE A REVIEW WAS THE WAITER ALINA.
On the part of the waiter / bar master / call it what you want, the service was zero. We drove along the points:
1. It was useless to press the button to call the waiter: the person was not at the bar, she was sitting in an armchair opposite, buried in her phone.
2. The girl walked past the crumpled napkins on the table 4 times until she took out the food.
3. For no reason, the girl did not check the hall and tables (in combination with the "non-working" button, this is a real disaster).
4. A heavy sigh was voiced at the request to bring the sauce to the dish. When I clarified that I was just refilling the sauce, I was told that "We just don't have our own kitchen, we have a long way to go." 🗿
5. AND THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE OF EXCELLENT SERVICE: when she brought the sauce, she put it in a burger dish, DIPPING HER FINGERS INTO MY FRIES. 🗿🗿

This is a great place in Minsk where you can relax with friends, smoke a hookah or meet a girl for a romantic dinner. The interior is cool, the hall is beautifully decorated, a cozy atmosphere with good music that does not put pressure on your ears!
The staff is responsive and attentive to each guest. The menu is very tasty, the cocktails are wonderful and beautifully decorated. The girls will love it!

I didn't like it at all. A company of 4 people came, 1 of them wanted a hookah, but we were told that there were too many of you to order 1 hookah and you must order at least 2. Complete imposition. After that, the desire to continue the evening in this institution disappeared.

Definitely the kind of institution that it's a sin not to share with friends / acquaintances. Good music, delicious food, helpful staff. In general, all this creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is no obsession, you just come and enjoy yourself.
A separate respect to the hookah man Roma, it is difficult to choose the taste of a hookah for yourself, but here is a company of 4 people and each has his own. As a result, the perfect combination of flavors was chosen, it turned out to be just a fire, everyone liked it.
And also Veronica the bartender, a very responsive and sweet person, will tell / show everything. Thanks to her, initially, when entering an unfamiliar institution, a feeling of some kind of awkwardness is not created.
