I put 4, not 3 stars only thanks to the hookah man, who worked for all 5. The hookah man was very attentive throughout the evening, the hookah was wonderful.
Further cons:
An hour after arrival, the waitress informed us that the reservation lasts two hours and it's time to know the honor or order a new hookah (it's unpleasant to hear this an hour after arrival).
Kitchen. We ordered two salads with shrimp and Quinoa. We waited for salads for 40 minutes and got two salads with burnt shrimp (for the first time in my whole life, shrimp were burned somewhere). A sea of mayonnaise and burnt shrimp)
It's very strange.
In general, come for a smoke, but eat at home)

Nice place, delicious tea, dessert. The staff is polite and attentive. The hookah is smoky, the taste is felt and the coals are often changed. I liked the idea of sofas where you can lie down. The chairs are comfortable too. The lounge music in the background is quiet, the atmosphere is pleasant. I recommend.

We visited this hookah bar in Baranovichi once, everything was top and now we decided to go and see how it is in Minsk. We booked the table in advance, however, we were not warned that the kitchen was waiting for an hour. The hookah was a little bitter, but in general it was not bad, the taste that we chose was ending (somehow strange, this is a hookah bar), we were not warned about this and scored at our discretion.
The dishes were good and delicious.
In the end, the waiter ran up and asked to pay immediately, as it was necessary to close the shift. Ok, we agreed, we didn't have time to get acquainted with the check, we stood over our souls) we waited 5 minutes for the bill and the change back, but we had to call. The check was not given, arguing that it was closed. I don't know if they're hiding it) in general, in the end, they asked us to at least write so that we could get acquainted with the prices.
The hookah was considered a little more expensive, although they ordered a regular one. Mulled wine was counted according to some interesting scheme, but we no longer began to figure everything out.
Unfortunately, I will not recommend this place to anyone and we will not return there ourselves. Only if in Baranovichi :)

We were in a hurry from the hookah, although we don't really understand it. A nice girl made us delicious tea. We were filled to the fullest. I don't know if it's possible to experience catharsis from visiting a hookah bar, but we did.

I've probably come across one of the worst hookahs I've ever tried. Not only did the taste give off cheap tobacco, but even while smoking it faded 2 times. How can you score in a hookah bar for such a price? I don't know. The last time I tried this quality in Indonesia, where in tourist places for 69 thousand Rupees (about 13 rubles) you could take a lump of the same level, and you are also politely asked not to blow it, because you will fill tobacco with water)
My condition after smoking was just as terrible - I was sick half the night and almost the whole next day I left him. I got one star for the cool and comfortable seats in the hall

We visited this institution on December 31. We wanted to sit with friends and celebrate the New Year.
In general, the establishment is quite good. It was cozy enough inside, and the service was quite decent for such a date. However, when it came to ordering food, it turned out that the entire kitchen was taken from a nearby establishment that was not working at the time. We could not find out this information in advance, because the hookah bar's website simply contains a menu with food without mentioning any restrictions. As a result, we had to limit ourselves to smazhenki and sausages in dough from the train station, which we extracted with considerable effort. It darkened the atmosphere a bit.
There was a prefix in the VIP place in the institution, which we decided to use for its intended purpose, having typed the required deposit amount. However, another disappointment awaited us: there was no NHL, and we had to settle for football(
