Absolutely anyone can receive you at this clinic, even if they come from the street, because the administrator will randomly install a catheter and prescribe treatment without education. But it's not a fact that your treatment will be carried out, since there are no assistants there, but there are cleaners responsible for giving out food and accepting your money, unfortunately, they are afraid of animals, but they will definitely feed them.
Your animal will be offered an antibiotic for the entire range of services , by the way , it is the only one and if it does not work , it is unlikely that it will be possible to switch to another one , but apparently the only cool doctor is not aware of this . But on the other hand, your attention is drawn to surgery, which anyone can enter, the rules of asepsis / antisepsis are observed only in the "put on gloves" rule

We went to this clinic with a kitten when we were almost desperate — we couldn't make an accurate diagnosis and help in other places.
The doctor turned out to be not just competent, but really involved in a human way - she listened attentively, conducted an examination, explained everything about the case, and offered various treatment options. It is clear that people who care work here. A big plus and a rarity for Yerevan is that the clinic is open around the clock!
The kitten stayed in the hospital and was very well cared for — we could call at any time to find out how he was, and sometimes the doctors themselves called to keep him informed.
Thanks to the entire clinic team for their professionalism, attention and humanity. It's thanks to you that our baby is on the mend!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the veterinary clinic and especially to the doctor for his professionalism, attentiveness and sincere care.
Our dog suddenly felt unwell: refusal to feed, apathy, vomiting — the condition was rapidly deteriorating. Before contacting us, we visited several clinics, where, unfortunately, we were unable to establish an accurate diagnosis. As time passed, the animal literally faded away before our eyes — it seemed that there was no hope anymore.
At the same clinic, we were met by a real specialist: a full-fledged clinical examination was carried out, all necessary tests were taken, including biochemical and general blood tests, as well as ultrasound of the abdominal organs. Thanks to an integrated approach, it was possible to establish an accurate diagnosis and immediately begin treatment.
Within a few days after the start of therapy, the dog's condition began to improve, and now our pet is active, joyful again and has completely returned to normal life.
Thank you so much for saving my life! Now it's just for you, professionals with a real heart.

I want to say a huge thank you to this clinic for saving our dog! The Labrador is 11 years old, the girl was diagnosed with a tumor, and urgent sterilization was needed. In other clinics, we were either discouraged from surgery because of our age, or they started scaring us and extorting money by telling us about "mandatory" additional surgeries. Everything is simple and human here, all questions were answered honestly. The cost is adequate and no one is profiting from someone else's grief!!! After the operation, we had injections at home, went to bandages and IVs. Now Gerta is already 12, she is lively, cheerful and active. 🥹🥹🥹

I took the kitten to another clinic, the operation was done very badly, the stitches parted, the wound was covered with pus, I called Jan without hesitation, the veterinarian was in another department, he urgently came to this department and, one might say, saved my kitten's life, stayed with them for several days, and He is very much alive now, thanks to Nara Hakobyan, we are immensely grateful to him for the very proper treatment.

This is the only Veterinary Clinic in Yerevan. The rest are just garbage cans. Today we saw for ourselves. The dog broke his leg, they were the only ones who showed care, real care and honestly did everything, unlike the others who either talked about amputation (archi vet) or stained the broken leg with a plaster and sent it home (Joli vet)!!! They worry about pets, the prices are the most adequate!! professionals in their field!! Special thanks to Dr. Nara, she is the best in her field!!

Very good vet. a clinic with the best doctors. For more than a month we have been treating our cat, which we found in a terrible condition in the trash. We had several operations, and treatment is still underway. The clinic has a responsive and attentive staff. The doctor treats with all his heart, and, unlike other clinics, shows a less formal approach to treatment and pets.

There is one Nare doctor in the clinic, so it's worth calling before the visit, since the rest of the staff are more responsible for the store.
