This institution does not know how to solve elementary shoe repair tasks,there is no administrator at the reception desk, she just gossips for 15 minutes somewhere in the distance of the room,the master in glasses probably has no hearing, but most of all education,does not know how to conduct a dialogue with the client,makes you wait,which is very annoying,does not takes responsibility for making simple decisions, forces clients to leave.

I constantly give small repairs of clothes and shoes here.
We change shoes (especially locks and runners) often. Once a month. I do everything on time.
The repair of clothes is also OK. Not expensive and on time. I've just picked up my daughters' trousers from the repair. They constantly fall and tear up on their knees. But they love these trousers very much. I was pleased with the result of the work.

I used to come here very often, because I live nearby. Shoe repair is great!!! they do it quickly and efficiently!!! shoes are worn well after repair. But the trouble with dry cleaning is!!!! first, they brought me a dirty down jacket, the dry cleaning of which cost 27 rubles!!! and then they completely ruined the white sweater!!! a small red speck, with a diameter of 3 millimeters, disappeared, but instead a huge yellow spot appeared, which I did not see immediately due to poor lighting!!! Be vigilant, pay only when you see for yourself the result!!! or better yet, choose another dry cleaner!!!
