I brought to change the pads in a brand new pair of shoes, as a result, I was ruined by a black heel with white scratches. The pads themselves are set terribly. Now you will have to carry the shoes to another repair, change the pads and do something with the heel. The employee justified herself by saying that they allegedly could not spoil the heel in any way by changing the heel. There is absolutely no logic. I think the employee knew about the joint, because she watched very carefully as I took the shoes and immediately excitedly asked what was wrong. I won't apply anymore.

I applied to this workshop in order to stitch a hend-made leather housekeeper from thick leather (they didn't even take it in other workshops). The friendly receptionist consulted and replied that they were ready to help me. The master did everything in 2 minutes, for which I am very grateful! In my opinion, this is a great workshop working for the client! The price tag was pleasantly surprised, only 5 rubles. for a very necessary service to me. A convenient and logical location in the household. Recommended!👍
