This is the first time I've come across this: I wanted to repair a Xiaomi phone under warranty from MTS. I contacted them beforehand and asked them if it was accepted under warranty. I was driving from the other side of the city. After handing over the phone, the manager says that all data in the phone will be erased. The question is, why erase all phone data? They didn't even ask what the cause of the malfunction was. Are all issues resolved after erasing the data from the phone? Why didn't I mention it when I called them, or register it somewhere on the website? I think most people keep their important data on their phone, and so they won't be able to immediately give the phone for repair so that all the data is deleted from it. I needed to check the screen cable, it started flickering, but I went home because I wasn't ready to erase all the data from my phone right away. Wasted gas and time

A1 company returned the phone under warranty for repair with a malfunction- the screen sensor does not work, Alexander Goncharevich, the "lead engineer", did not detect the malfunction on New Year's Eve, moreover, he reset the settings and restored the hardware software to the version recommended by the manufacturer. After returning the phone to A1, where I was supposed to pick up a serviceable phone, I could not check the phone's serviceability, the phone was discharged to zero after recharging and installing the SIM card and the USB device did not want to read information from the media, the sales consultant tried to perform actions to check the phone, BUT the sensor did not work again.

I took the Xiaomi Redmi 10C smartphone for repair, Serial number 862390060561489 Warranty repair. It is hard to hear when calling. The repair was carried out by engineer Matskevich. Returned a faulty one with claims that I do not clean the speaker with a toothbrush. Their consultant came and showed them how to do it....Naturally, the result from such cleaning and "repair" is zero. This is the first time I have seen such "specialists". Act no. BE-00-00060833 was issued without a date of execution. People, I urge you not to contact this poorhouse, there are guys sitting on the market in Zhdanovichi, maybe without diplomas, but who will really be able to repair your phone.. I regret one thing that I did not go to court, although it is most likely not too late.....

Incompetent so-called engineers. They did not see an obvious problem in the warranty phone, they wrote in the report that no defects were found and that they reset the device to factory settings and updated the software to the latest version, although the phone was already with the latest software version and reset to the factory settings... This is probably the most they can do...

History: The Redmi Note 11 phone, bought in a1 in August 22, after a couple of months wifi started to fail, at 5GHz it barely caught if it got stuck to the router. It was delivered under warranty for diagnosis to this center. Venuli quickly said the defect was not confirmed. I come home, everything is the same as before, they also wrote in the conclusion that a software update was made, but as the notification of the new firmware hung before delivery, so it hangs. Allegedly, his engineer Alexander Il*** watched it. So dear Alexander, you really need to make a diagnosis, and not just write pieces of paper. Tomorrow, the phone went to the second xiaomi KendfordBel service center. So there, immediately at the acceptance, the defect was confirmed, the entire board was replaced. Today, on 12/17/2022, the phone was successfully picked up. Everything is working fine now. So here's the moral, firstly, shame on such supposedly services and their masters, and secondly, if you just want to waste time and achieve nothing, you can safely take them to repair under warranty. Maybe they do it for a fee, but under warranty, it's just TERRIBLE.

Disgusting. The work of the store and the warranty service here are of a poor level. I handed over the kettle, for repair, under warranty. The contact in the stand broke off. The kettle, they kept it for 14 days and did nothing. Result: "Non-warranty failure". This is the whole service. They did not offer to solve the problem in any way, neither repair nor replacement. They just gave the kettle back. I called them, talked to them, wanted to find out the reason for the refusal. The master, Evgeny Zhitariuk, could not logically and properly explain why this is not a warranty case. He just refused to fix or change it. And another telling moment, I packed a kettle in a factory box, put a broken part in a bag. When communicating with the master, he did not find this detail. Conclusion: the kettle was not even taken out of the box and was not looked at. Evgeny Zhitariuk, a low-level employee.

It would be possible to post 0- that's their score! The software of the vacuum cleaner was replaced without consulting this repair and cost. They indicated on the telaphone that everything was in the nome. In fact, they made repairs on their own, and issued an invoice.

The proximity sensor in the warranty smartphone is broken (black screen during the call). The phone was accepted without complaints. After 2 days, they called and said they could pick it up. I arrived, it turned out that it was not repaired, because it is dusty and this is a non-warranty case, you need to pay (nothing was said on the phone). The device is not even six months old, it is perfectly clean, was operated in a case from the kit, was carried in a bag, mostly lay on the desk in the office. I did not receive an answer to the question of how I should have operated it correctly so as not to get dusty ... That is, in the hope that the issue would be resolved by flashing, there were no complaints about the phone. Flashing did not help, they invented a non-warranty case...
