We had a rest in November 2024. For the first time we stayed in Kemer in apartments with a kitchen (before that, always in hotels). They lived in apartments in Moscow and NY. We really liked everything... We definitely recommend it! Very polite, attentive hotel staff and the owner, special thanks to the administrator Janet ... she prompted and helped with any questions. Everything is clean and cozy, the apartments are equipped with everything necessary for living (kitchen utensils, shampoos, etc., Wi-Fi in the rooms). Apartments in 5-10 minutes. Walking distance from the sea and the central street of Kemer with restaurants and shops. We will be glad to stay here again 😊

A wonderful place!
Convenient booking system, friendly Russian-speaking staff. Clean, cozy. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but it is a few minutes walk to the sea, there are many restaurants nearby (one is very good right in the next house). It is very convenient that there is a kitchen. And it's just super that there is an enclosed courtyard with tables, a swimming pool, and a coffee machine))) (and even a few weight training machines).

I want to share my professional opinion about this hotel. I am the director of a travel agency in Siberia, the owner of a camp site. So about the hotel! The hotel is located in the very center of Kemer, 5 minutes to all locations, even to the sea, even to cafes and shops, the location is excellent, a quiet place. We were in February, out of season. It is very warm in the rooms, heated by air conditioners. Hot water, it is hot, not warm, there is always a full set of dishes for cooking, there is a common place under a canopy with upholstered sofas, rocking chairs where you can drink tea and coffee. Coffee machine! Delicious coffee and tea in the morning! Coffee, tea, milk, sugar are always available for general use.Host Niko treats his guests well, he will always tell you everything. Cleaning 1 time in 3 days, very clean cleaning, floors are washed, not swept like in hotels! Everything is clean and tidy. I recommend it to everyone. Even with children, even young people, even pensioners. Everyone will like it 100%. We are still at the hotel, there are 3 days left, I do not want to leave. We had a family of 6 people, and a couple of friends, rented 3 rooms. Everyone is happy. If to Kemer, then only here. I think we will come more than once. If only there were places, you need to book in advance. The hotel is small and very popular.

We had a family vacation in the apartment in September. The hotel is located near the beach. The entire infrastructure is within walking distance. Many thanks to the owner of the hotel Niko for our wonderful stay, for three weeks of our stay only positive emotions. The hotel is clean. Nice clean pool. Excellent room facilities. There were no problems with water and electricity. Super friendly and responsible staff, immediately respond to any requests. We will definitely come back to enjoy this place once again and meet Nico, Janet and Lena. Health, good luck and prosperity!! You are super!

A disgusting hotel. I don't understand who is writing laudatory reviews about this hotel. We stopped by on August 8, 2024, were supposed to stay there until August 15, but escaped on August 9 in the morning. It looks like a decent apartment, but the first time I sat down on the sofa in the living room, it cracked under us, the towels were dirty and washed, when the air conditioners were turned on, metal shavings flew out of them and eventually woke up at night from suffocation. I had to fall asleep in July without an air conditioner with an open window. There are ruined abandoned houses next to the apartment complex, which creates a depressing view. In the morning, we informed the owner that we were not going to stay in such conditions for 120 euros a night and asked for a refund, after some attempts to refuse us, he nevertheless agreed to refund the money.

The central beach is about 300 meters away. The hotel is located in the center of Kemer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Currency exchange at a more or less normal rate can be done directly in the department. Nearby there are grocery stores - 300-400 meters - carrefour and juice. The hotel is small and quiet. The information on the booking corresponds to reality. It should be taken into account that the room is cleaned for 3. There is a swimming pool, but it is small. There is practically no territory of its own, the hotel is located directly opposite a t-shaped intersection, not busy, but cars drive in the morning. There is a cafe nearby, so the music that can be heard in the room plays until about 24.0. It's not very comfortable.

The location is great. There is already a beach across the street. 2 minutes on foot.
There is no breakfast, but! There is a kitchen area in the apartment, a pool area under an awning with tea and coffee: free.
Liman Turkish Cafe is in the 1st minute: they will bring you an omelet for breakfast at the hotel, soup for lunch and toast or sandwich.
The apartments are very comfortable - for such a price you will find only old hotels, and here is a beautiful territory and everything is clean. I was thrilled with everything.
Important: strong Wi-fi. Supports video calls as well.
I am happy with my choice.

New, comfortable, everything works on 5+
Recommendation: if you live in the heat, it is better on the -1 floor. If autumn, winter, spring - then the 2nd floor is ideal, it's already a little cold in the basement.
Nearby, there are pharmacies, mini shops.
There are two beaches within walking distance: pebble and sandy 🔥👍

Good fairly cheap apartments near the city beach in Kemer.
Positive:
1) good location
2) newly built, so everything in the rooms is new
3) a very friendly manager who is happy to help in any circumstances (he even called a local ambulance when his wife became ill with her heart, and then took us back from the hospital to the apartment).
Minuses:
1) the noise from the bar on the main pedestrian street is heard until midnight or even later, so I had to sleep with the windows closed
2) a big problem with hot water: its heating comes from solar panels, so early in the morning or in cloudy weather you have to wash with cold water
3) in all rooms, except the largest 6-bed rooms, there is no normal balcony - only a French one (in fact, just sliding glazing with railings).
