The restaurant is "in the mood of the staff".
They brought both charred steak on the outside and raw steak on the inside... they offered to make a 10% discount for this piece of inedible meat.
And on New Year's Eve, so many guests gathered in the hall that it was almost impossible to leave the table, it was so crowded. The service was correspondingly very mediocre at a considerable cost.
On Valentine's Day, the service was good with a choice of 2 salads and 2 hot dishes.
I am generally opposed to this institution, but my wife and daughter hope for the best (from time to time they manage to have a steak). But it probably depends on some circumstances unknown to me.

The vegetable salad with cheese was quite simple, with Peking cabbage. I have not seen such a salad on the menu of prestigious restaurants. Now there is such a choice of salads for the basics that you can choose a more refined one. I think the chef needs to look at how to adjust the additional dishes to the quality of the steaks. It's a pity that we didn't enjoy dinner as much as we expected.

It feels like the place was once wow, but it has become bad.
Let's go in order:
We took the ribs - they are as mediocre as possible for an institution specializing in steaks: no normal sauce, no meat: it was hard and dry. For this price, there is a much better quality in Minsk.
Steak... That's just terrible... Wagyu, which should melt in your mouth and for which we gave 300p +, was as rubbery as possible, even it was difficult to cut it. We left half of the steak and didn't finish it, because it's just not tasty and almost impossible to chew...
The wine was good, I liked everything. Expensive, but delicious.
They took another plate of cheeses. They seem to be from a supermarket, there is no sophistication and wow-taste. I don't recommend it either.
According to the service, everything is fine, at the level.
We definitely won't come a second time.
