High professionalism of the staff! Food- great! They should improve the offer of local wines… visitors would like to try something different than EU or other wines (since they have it in there own countries) promote your national wines and be proud! There are very good choices of Uzbekistan wines!
Excellent dishes of the author's cuisine from chef Ilham Khudaiberganov, former sous chef of the legendary BIRCH restaurant in St. Petersburg.
A professional sommelier will help with the selection of wine in the extensive wine library of the establishment.
Excellent location on the fashionable gastronomic street of Tashkent.
Winesday is a great place for true wine connoisseurs. Their impressive selection of wines allows you to immerse yourself in a world of diverse flavors and aromas. The atmosphere is very cozy and stylish, ideal for a romantic dinner or a meeting with friends. The service is top-notch, the staff is friendly and competent. I recommend Winesday to all lovers of good wine and pleasant evenings!"
When a friend from France arrives to see me, we invariably go to three places:
1. To the TELO massage studio on Akkurganskaya 24 for an awesome anti-stress massage
2. Have breakfast in Bon with flat croissants
3. On a Winesday evening for a wonderful selection of refreshing summer wine positions, or a warming red. The atmosphere, the staff, the aesthetics, the wine list - everything is at the highest level!
Recommended, as they say!
A nice place to meet over wine. A good selection of wine, a good selection of tea. Good sea bass, the shrimps seemed to have lain down a little before serving
Romantic atmosphere.
Charming and delicious desserts.
Perfect for a quiet, cozy evening with a glass of wine, delicious food and pleasant conversation.
I really liked this cozy and stylish restaurant until tonight. 3 adults and a child arrived around 9 pm. The occupancy rate of the restaurant is 10%, the service was relatively good, if you do not take into account that for a long time they did not notice that they were waving their hands, in the end they themselves went to the bar, where there were 4 staff members, but they did not notice us, although they stood facing the hall. It happens, it doesn't matter. But at some point, after an hour of stay, they made music so loud that they could not communicate, but only shout (on March 8, the music was not so loud there). They asked to turn down the sound a little, but in response they received from a "nice" girl that I could not help in any way. This is the policy of the restaurant. Is the restaurant's policy to get rid of customers? If so, they succeeded. Disappointment.
A wonderful place in terms of cuisine, atmosphere and location.
Such a non-trivial place with a good selection of wines, wonderful pizza, fresh salads. The torn-neck pittini pasta is wonderful.
The service is sometimes too unobtrusive ;) but it's solvable. The service is generally very decent.
I ordered on the machine, the order number did not come out and argued with the employees for a long time. Then I had to order again and then they managed to take the order incorrectly. I waited a long time for the order and no one called that the order was ready, our number disappeared on the screen, then I went to the distribution and there the kid stood and was not ready, the guy started moving until I approached him and said that my number was missing on the screen (TV).
Excellent wine restaurant, good selection of wines, for every taste. The wines have a pleasant assortment, enough to satisfy even sophisticated lovers.
The food is certainly weaker than the wine list, the steak did not leave pleasant impressions. But cold appetizers for wine are present in abundance.
We visited this restaurant twice.
The conclusions are as follows:
1. Everything you've tried is delicious, the serving is four-plus, the dishes are four out of five.
2. A good selection of wines, especially when there is a sommelier.
3. A check for two million and above, but we are back))
A super wine bar, the atmosphere is simply incredible, a large selection of foreign wines and there is a private shop at the entrance where you can buy bottles at the price of a regular wine boutique and you can drink in the hall or order glasses from the available assortment.
The food is still in experimental mode, but the combinations of ingredients and in general its selection are incredibly interesting. And in the evening there are also live unobtrusive musical performances.
The prices do not seem to be higher than other similar establishments yet, but the interiors and atmosphere are very energizing!
The idea and concept for Tashkent is unusual, new and fresh. In general, it looks quite advantageous and unique against the background of other establishments.
BUT:
Prices are very inflated, and portions six months after opening have become tiny. $3 per serving of 3 baby potatoes looks like goonishness :)
The service also does not match the price tag: the menu is carried for 10 minutes, they forgot about a glass of wine at all, they waited for the bill for another 15 minutes
I must say right away that the prices are expensive, but very tasty! The food is really worth a try. When we were with friends, it was not crowded, but acquaintances who were there when it was crowded said that the taste of food was not so bright. Maybe it's a matter of taste, or maybe they really cooked in a hurry. Therefore, we advise you to go when there are fewer people, you will not regret it. The average check per person is 350 thousand.
If described in one sentence, the establishment is a unique combination of pathos and Patrick prices, milliy taomlar service and the interior of a chain coffee shop.
The concept of a wine bar, undoubtedly unique for Uzbekistan, sells itself, it helps to "sell" the advertising of author's cuisine from graduates of Cordon Bleu, which is voiced with such aplomb, as if it were the same as a Michelin star, in fact - well, in general, it is not uncommon in the restaurant world.
Service? The institution does not know how to make a full landing, working in fact in a test mode, but at a very full cost.
The interior? Honestly, the veranda, which is just the simplest tables on the sidewalk, not fenced off from people walking by, is not about a languid evening with a glass of rose, it's a big top.
Food... I will not be able to evaluate the food - I left after 25 minutes of being in the institution, having managed to get only drinks during this time and with the second fight - the bill. But the menu is messy, too big for the format, and I'll tell you a secret: if breakfast is not served in the evening, and the menu is very long, do not give it in the evening, it prevents you from choosing.
Prices. They are comparable to, for example, a Cheese factory, but there is a nuance: there is a service there, there is not a cheap thoughtful interior. There I understand what I'm paying for. Not here.
There is a completely incompetent employee at the checkout, neither in Russian nor in Uzbek can answer questions about the menu, why the management does not put such questions
I liked the place, it was cozy, a good wine library, a large selection. We took steak, salads, olives. Everything was delicious. The wine was taken by the local Uzbek Merry Tash kr.dry. Very decent
Delicious, pleasant atmosphere. The menu is still small, but there are good choices of breakfasts and a wine list. The staff is friendly, the interior is also very nice
We came to the evening with guests, sat on the terrace, beggars every 3-5 minutes and so on all evening, on the recommendation of the waiter, I ordered the softest meat, there was a shin, but too much fat. The teas and salads are delicious. And in the end, a glass of water cracked out of the blue😂
A cozy place to meet friends. Listen to pleasant music, drink high-quality wine. The pizza is delicious, small. Book your seats in advance on Saturday)
The best place for wine tasting is in my cellar. And this is the best in Tashkent. The cuisine is different, the snacks from the chef are very decent. The special feature is elite wines, at an affordable price.
Plus a new establishment. Good location. Cons closes early. At 23:00, they ask to close the account and the waiters walk around the hall collecting empty tables, that is, freeing them, as if hinting to those sitting, let's get out of here. Like a place without dancing floor. That is, music plays for relaxation. But it's too loud. You need to talk to a satellite by raising your voice. What you get tired of in the end. In general, there is something else to work on. Wines on tap are too cheap brands to be bottled so expensively.
I would like to share the situation that occurred on July 9, 2023, and after which our foot will not be in this institution.
My husband and his colleagues came here for dinner, and accidentally broke one glass. When the bill arrived, he saw that the waiter had included 75,000 som in the bill for the broken glass. It looked more than strange, we had not encountered this before in institutions of this level.
And now attention! The most outrageous thing is that when the guests made a remark to the waiter (considering that we have already closed very large bills in this restaurant many times, left good amounts for tea) and asked to remove this pathetic glass from the bill, because this is simply disrespectful to customers, this waiter began to argue with them, on to say in raised tones that they are obliged to pay these 75,000 and no one will remove this amount from the account!
I'm just shocked! We have been here many times, I have been 4 times, for breakfast and dinner, I recommended this place to my friends who come to Tashkent! And it's just me, and my husband and colleagues come here much more often, because they work in Tashkent and come in large companies, from 4 to 8 people! And even considering that the prices in the institution are above the average for Tashkent, every time we close quite large bills, with several dishes for each, with alcohol and other things, we also bought wine in the wine shop at the restaurant and always left tea, despite the fact that it was not always deserved (waiters often we confused the dishes, brought the wrong thing, or forgot some items from the order), but we were satisfied with the cuisine as a whole, so we did not make scandals because of this. And this is the attitude of the restaurant towards regular customers! 😬
You should be ashamed, and especially of the waiter who served this table. Unfortunately, my husband did not remember his name - a bald guy, rude and boorish.
By the way - 75,000 of course, they paid. This is a small amount of money, and the question is not at all in the amount, but in relation to the guests.
Think about it if you want to come here. Yes, the cuisine here is not bad, but they don't know anything about the concept of SERVICE. There are establishments in Tashkent with much more pleasant and professional staff and delicious food, you should not spoil your mood.
The waiter does not know the menu well, probably a beginner got caught, the menu itself is interesting, large. The interior is pleasant and calm. If your pocket allows, I advise you to have a good time.
Excellent wine selection. You can take a bottle in the restaurant store and it will be opened on the table. Good snacks. I always take a raw plate. A great place for romance and meeting friends.
The service leaves much to be desired, we waited a long time for the waiter to make an order. The kitchen is not up to par- the fish was overcooked, the pasta with turkey stew is tough. But the place has potential, the wine list is not bad, the interior is pleasant. I hope the guys will catch up and make a great place. All the best to you)
A wonderful place, a unique concept. Very friendly staff and delicious cuisine. Thank you very much to Svetlana for recommending the tastiest wine, a professional in her field!!!
Everything is perfect, the cuisine is amazing, the service is at the highest level, the elegant interior, the cozy atmosphere, the best wine, relaxing music and a great bar menu.
A cool wine library with a good selection of wines and sparkling wines with very affordable prices. Delicious breakfasts. Cool modern interior with interesting oriental motifs.
The food is at the highest level, a place for gourmets. Alcohol and wine are elite. Not expensive. You can also have breakfast, by the way, the chef is Michelin-starred, and the waiters are brisk and friendly. I advise you to visit and have a romantic dinner together. Awesome
Very atmospheric, cozy! An exquisite assortment of wine and cheese! Music for the soul! And a very important point is that you can't smoke inside, even e-mails! - it interrupts the taste perception of dishes and wine. That's how restaurants should be!
I recommend it to everyone and will come many more times!
An interesting concept of the establishment and good cuisine. Excellent selection of wines. Delicious beef carpaccio, excellent risotto, the kitchen is on top

Excellent coffee, prices in wineshop at the level of an ordinary liquor store, very affordable if you take the whole bottle especially)
Service, good staff work with service standards, which is generally unusual for Tashkent, an interesting not overloaded menu with delicious snacks and food. A confident five points, respect to the owner of the establishment!
The largest selection of wine by the glass from Europe, the price of wine is the lowest in Tashkent. In general, it's nice to sit and drink a glass of wine 🥂 a bottle of wine at the price of the store, what could be better
The assortment is good, the atmosphere is not bad. The service is terrible. The waiter's treatment, his facial expressions and answers do not deserve the money we spent
They cheated... When we announced this. They counted it for us... But not to the end... And then they said, "yes, in general, where have you seen an honest hostess?" we almost honestly counted and you will be grateful... So far, not very grateful. 😁
We liked almost everything, but I won't say that it's straight haute cuisine, and I was impressed by the steak serving, and the steak itself was not to say that it was right at 5, it was somewhere at 3 on a five-point scale. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo.
