The employees are quite young and clearly have no experience working with customers / customers / people - they are fussy, not stressful at all - they "freak out" a lot, inattentive to each other (employees do not seek to help each other), but they are not rude to customers and are quite friendly.
Given the small area, it still needs to install high-quality computer devices and scans (they often hang, do not work), add a place for customers to check the quality of the goods (very closely, with the requirement to "check quality control in the presence of an employee") and figure out a certain procedure for accepting goods / its correct placement in warehouses and clear organized delivery.

An employee mistakenly made a payment for an item that I did not pick up, the product disappeared from purchases and now there is a chance not to receive money at all. I loved this item and the staff, but apparently it's time to write a complaint asking for the dismissal of an employee.
