The former Severyanka store's
staff is on the level, polite, clear and correct. The consultants (there's a guy and a woman, at least I've come across them) are generally top notch. They are not trying to sell nonsense, but on the contrary, they will advise you on the case and on the merits. Some products are cheaper than on the WB (I bought horn-cap, ratchet keys).
There are a lot of products, I repeat, cheaper than on the WB. Contact a consultant and he will tell you everything.
I recommend shortening to everyone.
