In order not to repeat myself and not waste time, I just agree with all the previous negative reviews, I confirm everything. I can't confirm the pros, because even the location is a dubious advantage, given that the sunset is visible only from one side and, in addition, in the absence of curtains or blinds, the setting sun blinds the eyes, as well as the smell of the swamp, loud music of the nearby attraction (this, by the way, is a reason for a separate review, but I would like to know where to leave it: a children's attraction - a trampoline with elastic bands, next to which punk rock and others like it gushes from the column, well, come on, this has nothing to do with the described institution, although it is in close proximity). In general, the claims for the level are broken down by the claims of visitors.

The location is good , the interior is not bad. But the kitchen is just awful. The food in the canteens is 100 times better, and this is a "restaurant" .... We ordered pork steak with mushroom sauce and Tom Yam pizza. The steak is dry as rubber , covered in oil . There was no mushroom sauce at all, instead there were a couple of drops of garlic (they were poured over the meat). Pizza is also terrible , the dough is dry , lean like cookies , there are not many fillings , but in the case of this pizza it 's even for the best . There were about 6-7 shrimp and a couple of chicken cubes for the whole pizza . The shrimps taste disgusting, like they come from some kind of swamp. In general, I would even give -5 points for the kitchen.

The cashier, the same waiter, allows himself to recline on the couch in the hall, and eat at the cash register. The waitress can simply inspect all the guests out of boredom. Pizza at the landing of 4 tables was waited for 40 minutes, taking into account the fact that no one else ordered pizza. The beer was really brought quickly, there is no sin here. By the way, about pizza, the menu seems to be Roman, but how would it turn out according to the test, the Belarusian smazhenka, maybe it was intended that way, but I did not want to spoil my mood, and I did not want to ask for a technological map (photo in the clip), I especially liked the gesture of a piece of curd cheese on top, it is unclear whether with a spoon, or with fingers they took it out on top of the pizza. And while waiting for 40 minutes, she probably cooled down while waiting for her star hour, she managed to cool down. I should have asked for the bill probably as soon as the pizza arrived, or else the waiter would have to wait. And the whole picture, of course, so that it would not be so boring to wait, dilute the cobwebs and dust on the terrace. While you are waiting for an order or an invoice, you can consider the varieties of spiders in your networks, and Google the means for washing either lamps or lamps. Let's start from the beginning. We arrived at 17.45 by prior reservation, and a table was set nearby for a small celebration. At 18.10 we were ready to place an order, but immediately the waiter told us that we could only order dessert and drinks, because the kitchen could not cope with the order for the holiday at the next table. I would like to note that many tables were available, the hall was not filled. After my indignation, they said that they would cook the order for us a little longer, we agreed, because they promised to bring the salad quickly (20 minutes). We ordered three salads, one pizza, one portion of mussels, beer (only non-draft beer and red wine are on the menu). The beer was brought immediately, the salads were promised to be made quickly, but they were brought after 45 minutes. The waiters bring the order in their hands, WITHOUT TRAYS, with a finger in the plates, which is not very pleasant and hygienic. Caesar salad with tiger shrimps, in principle, did not taste bad, but the shrimps were dry, there were a lot of red onions and husks in the Vozera salad, it also tasted good. The pizza and mussels arrived after the salads 10 minutes later. When changing dishes, the new appliances were not brought to us until they asked for it themselves. There were 5 mussels, the leg was not cut off in them, there was a lot of sauce, which was why the taste of mussels was not felt. We really liked the pizza, a lot of seafood, the only greens on top were wilted and there was not edible grass in the greens. The pizza was ordered "Roman with salmon and seafood". I think the prices for all the dishes are very high.

The waitress was called, as they refused such a dish, she could not offer us anything. The receptionist offered to pay for one Caesar salad and the second one for free. Good afternoon. On 03/20.24, we visited this institution in Gomel. We expected more than we did in the end. Serving dishes for 4. Kitchen for 3. Drinks for 2. Atmosphere , design and appearance 4+. Service personnel 5-4-3-2...it changed as the dishes were served.
We ordered: mojito cocktails, mussels, chicken kebab, seafood pasta, beef burger. The total check came out for 150 rubles. Now learn more about the dishes and remarks: 1) mojito-12 r cost, the taste is only sprite, and mint, there was no taste of rum at all, it feels like they forgot to pour.
2) mussels: it would be better served baked with sauce than how it is served now. To feel the full taste of the dressing, you need to lick the entire shell of the mussel, which is not aesthetically pleasing. Several mussels were generally closed, I had to bite them with my teeth, which is also a minus for the dish.. If I'm not mistaken, the cost of the dish is 24 rubles, which in my opinion is 2 times more expensive than the average cost of such a dish. It's not worth the money.
3) chicken kebab 250 g - 20 rubles. Externally, it is clear that there is no 250 g there. it is very over-dried, I could not eat.
4) pasta with seafood 27 rubles.
They cooked for a long time and brought pasta.. But not the one that was ordered, but with chicken.. (16 p), after a remark to the administrator, they brought out a second pasta, already that pasta, but covered with simulated caviar on top, which gave the dish cheapness and no desire to eat, the pasta was cooked by aldente, although they did not ask it to cook like that (until half-cooked). The dish to taste is for 2. And both dishes were included in the receipt, although we had no right to add the first pasta, which we did not order... After the claim, it was removed from the receipt.
5) burger with beef - 24 rubles.
According to taste, quality and serving - by 3. The price is clearly overestimated by at least 2 times. It's not worth the money. For example: in St. Petersburg, there is such a burger in a bar (contact bar) it costs 400 rubles (13 bel r). Much bigger, tastier, juicier and the price is more pleasant.
The place is not bad in principle. Beautiful view of the lake and the area. The administration reacts painfully to comments on dishes and is unlikely to respond to a review. If the menu is finalized, it will be quite a decent institution for the city.
In this form, as it is now, I would not visit this institution anymore, despite all the advantages. Photos of the dishes are attached. I wish the institution good luck and prosperity, take criticism better. We also have to say thank you!) .

The hall was empty, there was no steam. My husband and I refused the order and very persistently wanted to pay for drinks, they did not take payment from us and called the police squad. I wanted to record the refusal to accept money on my phone. The director of the institution knocked the phone out of my hands, the back cover broke. The police squad that arrived was initially very aggressive and biased towards us, we were threatened with minor hooliganism, although according to the Law on Consumer Protection, I can unilaterally terminate the service agreement due to the fact that I was not warned about all the nuances of the institution. During the whole time of the proceedings with the police squad, the dishes were not served to us. The complaint book was given to us from the 5th time, by the way, it is decorated with violations of the requirement, neither laced, nor numbered, nor sealed. Therefore, there may be no answer to our comments. The statements have been written, we will expect a denouement. It is a pity that such a wonderful place went to such incompetent comrades.
