Almaty.
The hotel is located in the heart of the old town.
Nearby there is an Orthodox church and a mosque , parks, cafes, restaurants , a fashion street with boutiques with brands.
The metro is a two-minute walk away.
The hotel is pleasant, everything is in the room. We checked in late , we were greeted , the maid brought an additional set - a bathrobe and personal hygiene items . There is a kettle and tea in the room and a separate teapot, judging by the traditions.
The reception is a wonderful attention from the staff and our requests were treated with understanding. We needed to register - everything was fast and efficient. For which we are very grateful . The hotel building has an elevator , 5 floors , a patio and car parking.
Rooms with a balcony. In the morning, we were woken up by a bird singer, like, did you come here to sleep?!
Buffet breakfasts are enough and delicious coffee is brewed.
Enjoy your stay! I 👍
You know, a very nice hotel in the city center, quiet, cozy, with its own measured comfort.
No pathos, no shouting, but you feel at home.
The reception staff is very nice-ready to help, prompt, smiling and friendly.
There are many things nearby from the hotel-a coffee shop, a pharmacy, Gogol's favorite street.
The breakfasts are fresh, delicious, and unhurried.
Balconies in each room-it is very convenient to breathe the air, and... so
A combination of location and comfort, and what else is needed!
More good guests for you!
Standard room, on the 5th floor. The windows overlook the side where the entrance to the hotel is. The room is clean, the linen is fresh. They clean it every day. The bed is a little hard, but it's just right for me. The breakfasts are very good. Please note, you can ask for scrambled eggs, they will make fresh ones for you in a few minutes. Coffee is made at your request. The rest can be found on the buffet. Where there were even Kazs.
I lowered the rating because the cold weather started, but there was no heat in the room. There is some kind of hangar in the yard, from where there is noise day and night, some units are working (the subway can). In summer, with the windows open, this is for an amateur.
Great hotel. Excellent breakfast, quiet, non-intrusive (but consistently high) service. One of the best Turandot restaurants under the hotel. The beautiful Almaty metro, one of the best shops "Meloman" and the most intimate park "28 Panfilovtsev" with the Resurrection Cathedral are just a stone's throw from the hotel. I do not know a more convenient place for visitors in my beloved Almaty in terms of the sum of indicators. I haven't found any business trips to Kazakhstan in 15 years)))
A good hotel, they bring water every day, cleaning, the staff is just the best) change the mats in the elevator every day. The food is good, it's a pity that there are only breakfasts, but the hotel has an awesome Chinese restaurant. The location is also excellent, next to the local Arbat.
The hotel is generally normal, if you do not stay for a long time; breakfasts are a small choice, but delicious; among the disadvantages is that they do not warn that the water in the refrigerator is paid -they paid, so on the night of eviction they hooked up with this water again, then found out that they paid-there was an untidy sediment(.The hum from the subway is heard, but it is no longer to the hotel)))
Rooms are 3+, 4* does not pull, the shower is difficult to adjust, but it is possible. Breakfast is great, you forget about the room right after breakfast.)). The location is excellent, it's nice to sit on the balcony in the evening when the weather allows.
A small, cozy hotel almost in the very center of the city. Friendly staff. A comfortable bed. There is a hygiene kit, one-time slippers, daily cleaning, Delicious, varied breakfasts. Exit to the pedestrian street a few steps from the hotel
Of the advantages:
1. Excellent location- banks, restaurants, walking areas - everything is nearby. The center of the city center)
2. Lovely Artem the receptionist.
3. Clean room. Good bedding. Balcony for smokers)) A clean bathroom.
4. Excellent coffee from the bartender at breakfast
Of the cons:
1. The price of 40 thousand tenge(7,500 rubles) is overstated
2. There are no bathrobes in the room - it's strange))
3. According to European time, breakfast starts and ends very early. If you are late, the bar is simply closed.
4. The general appearance of the room is very old.
In general, if you are not staying for a long time and the location is important to you, then I can recommend this hotel.
Very convenient, located in the historical center of the city, the so-called Golden Square. Very good breakfasts. The service is also excellent. I liked the gift. I went to work for 5 days.
Excellent location, modern renovation, everything is clean, comfortable, pleasant staff. Breakfast is not wow, but not bad.
The only downside is that the refrigerator in the room is a little old and does not have a very pleasant smell.
Excellent hotel - friendly, positive staff, reasonable prices, cool clean room, decent breakfast. We left at 3 a.m. and offered to take breakfast in the lunchboxes with us. Convenient location - near the green bazaar, Panfilov Park, many cafes and restaurants.
A small hotel, clean, with delicious breakfasts, polite and professional staff who quickly solve all issues. Convenient location , there is a Parking lot .
The hotel is located in the center of Almaata - in the "golden square". Ball accessibility to everything. The hall and corridors are clean and well maintained. The staff is polite. The rooms are clean.
The room has toiletries, minimal cosmetics and a hairdryer!
Near the hotel there are pedestrian streets, a huge number of cafes and restaurants, shops, branded boutiques.
In my opinion, the hotel's score is overrated. The locals confirmed it.
1. There were questions when checking in - they checked in late and, apparently, the girl was inexperienced. I couldn't provide supporting documents for business trips - I just didn't know what it was. It was corrected the next day by more competent employees. Also, the girl got confused with the rooms when checking in - they booked 2 rooms: for one person and for a couple - they gave it the other way around.
2. The site indicated "city view" with a mountain icon... The mountains from the hotel, and the city itself in its glory, are unlikely to be seen as - the location of the hotel is the lower center of the city plus a low building and tall buildings around cannot give a view of the city and even more so of the mountains, well, at least from our windows.
3. The cafe in the hotel is open from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. If you arrived from the European part, you will most likely stay without breakfast - it's just banal to have breakfast very early at the usual European time. If you are even 10 minutes late, you will be left without breakfast. Then, from about 10:30, access is generally blocked by a fence - you will not be able to drink coffee or make an appointment! The next option from 12:00 is a Chinese restaurant with a strange name for China "Turandot" in the basement - but here the opposite is true - it is very tasty and properly fed in Chinese and large portions.
4. It is very hot in the rooms - the window is constantly open and 2 days of experiments with battery thermoregulators. We asked to clean the room - things were finally laid out, but not vacuumed. Weak sound insulation - in the corridor you can hear in the room and back.
5. Also, if you return to the hotel after midnight, most likely you will not find any employee at the reception - just not.
6. Unusually hard beds in the room, if you are used to sleeping on medium or soft.
7. There is very little illumination in the corridors on the floors - just not enough light.
Super! It's a sincere guest, in my opinion. I stopped for work. On another visit I was in a more pretentious hotel, so I liked this one more. Taxis are not particularly expensive, so you can take a taxi to the restaurant, if anything!
The guard is a boor! I drove into the parking lot to meet with my partners at a Chinese restaurant, and the restaurant was closed. The partners checked into the hotel. The guard started on "you", saying that the restaurant was closed, did not listen to anything, said "I QUICKLY cleaned the car." I didn't even have time to finish, it became somehow disgusting, I didn't explain anything to him. I parked a kilometer away from the hotel.
I will not recommend this hotel to my partners. The level of service is a hostel with an aging Statham on a slag heap.
The hotel is inexpensive, but you should not expect high quality either. The room has cheap furniture and simple repairs, reminiscent of dormitories. The bed is not very comfortable. But there are advantages - the price is lower than the neighbors, the location is good, the staff is responsive.
Please put a "do not honk" sign at the entrance and exit of your parking lot.
Now almost every self-respecting guest of your hotel by car considers it necessary to honk the horn after 12 a.m. so that the guard opens the barrier.
Do not forget that your hotel is adjacent to an apartment building and we also want to relax, and not hear night signals from impatient drivers.
I am sure that installing the sign will also improve the comfort of your guests, whose Windows overlook the parking lot. Thanks
The staff is competent and friendly. Previously, there was an employee who met and helped to bring suitcases. There is no such thing now. You constantly have to dance with tambourines around TVs. You can't figure out all the rooms the same way. The maids work well. The breakfasts are excellent and the staff at the restaurant are great!
For 3 stars, the fourth one was set for which, unfortunately, I did not understand. It blows from the windows as if the windows are open. There is one bottle of water in the room. The shower room is for people no more than 1.5 meters tall, everyone who is taller will start squatting. If you want coffee at breakfast, wait for someone to see you and maybe come over to pour it.
A clean, cozy hotel near the city center.
At the reception, Dilnar is a very clear-minded employee, thank her very much for moving into a room with a balcony.
I read the reviews, and I thought, not really, well, okay, it will go for three days.
But the reality turned out to be better than expectations.
The room was on the 4th floor with access to the courtyard. The furniture is normal, clean, all the accessories were in the bathroom. Yes, there really were no bathrobes, only slippers. But it's not critical for me. The hood in the toilet is really noisy, but you can not turn on the light with a switch outside, but turn on the light above the sink. Dimmer, of course, but quite light. If the hood is not needed, for example. And yes, there are no hangers in the closet. A small minus. The bed was comfortable, I got enough sleep, and so were the pillows.
The room was cleaned cleanly, water was put on. If you really dig into it, the towels are frayed at the edges. It could be replaced. But they were clean, fresh. So again, it's not critical.
The room has a safe, mini fridge, TV, air conditioning. It was working properly.
The balcony is large, for those who want to smoke. The carpet is clean. The kettle, tea pair, sugar, tea bags were all there.
There are polite receptionists at the reception.
The breakfast was very good. The choice is sufficient. Two porridges, sliced, cheeses, pancakes with cottage cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, melon, watermelon, apples. Toaster, baking. I didn't eat a lot of things, but there was a lot of choice. Coffee is poured separately, you need to ask.
The location is gorgeous. The Arbat is right outside the courtyard, there are many coffee shops, a pharmacy around the corner, a dining room in a residential square. Next to the Turandot restaurant. It is open from 12.00. Metro. Panfilov Park. Great location.
There are many foreigners in the hotel.
A good inexpensive hotel in the pedestrian zone of Alma-Ata (on Panfilov Street). There are two good coffee shops right ten meters away. One of them is with a special coffee.
Good location, friendly staff, the room is not bad, we came across a mountain view, there is a good Chinese restaurant in the basement. The breakfasts are not very good, but you can eat, there are many cafes within walking distance, etc.
This is a super hotel! Location - fire. Everything is nearby!!! The rooms are very comfortable, the cleanliness is crystal clear, the staff is super!
In general, the next time is only there
A great hotel in the city center, near the Arbat, private closed Parking, breakfasts are just great, especially natural coffee. The staff is beyond praise, they fulfill any wishes instantly. The rooms are very comfortable, they are warm, even hot, the beds are soft, slippers and bathrobes are available. I recommend this hotel to everyone
Nice room, everything is clean, there is everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, air conditioning, a TV, a double bed with a full double mattress (and not assembled from two single ones). Friendly staff, daily room cleaning, geographically convenient location (metro in three minutes, bus stops, shops, park, alleys).
A good hotel is clean, the furniture is not old, good plumbing. They gave me good slippers, the towels are very white, the bed linen is also snow-white. European-style breakfasts, delicious coffee.
A good hotel is located in the center of Almaty, the only remark is the breakfasts, the menu does not change, it was two years ago, perhaps there are changes.
I chose the hotel very carefully before booking. Purely intuitively, I stopped at this one. And it turned out that everything coincided: both the location and, accordingly, the price and quality, and the staff. Quiet, cozy, clean, snow-white bed, breakfasts for every taste, attentive and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the work of Artyom and Arailen, who are always ready to help, prompt and advise. And what a wonderful coffee from the bartender! Unfortunately, I don't know the name. Thanks to him. A big plus: check-in at 12:00 and check-out can be delayed until 14:00, very convenient. The only thing she wants is a trifle, but still, there is not enough shelf in front of the bathroom mirror, there is nowhere to put a makeup bag, well, it would not be bad to have a bathrobe. I advise you to stop here, the metro is a step away, the center, the Arbat, everything is available.
The negative experience is associated with several minor and one major drawback.
A major drawback is that in the evening, after a busy day of walking around the city, it was not possible to take a hot shower. On the recommendation of the reception, they flushed cold water for more than half an hour and did not wait for hot water. I had to take a slightly warm shower.
After such a Dash in a 4 * hotel, you begin to notice even the smallest flaws: the light does not turn off by pulling the card out of the connector near the entrance, the ancient interior, stingy breakfasts and a hard mattress.
There were also positive aspects: Kind and helpful staff, cleanliness in the rooms and extremely convenient location
A Wonderful Hotel! Located in the very center of the city, responsive and understanding staff. The rooms are comfortable and fully equipped. Good breakfasts. There is a private territory. There is a pedestrian street with cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.
Clean, friendly staff, no foreign odors. There is a place to park, if by car. We didn't have any problems that needed to be solved with the help of the hotel staff. Daily and high-quality cleaning.
