I was going to buy a new L6 car for myself from the availability. It came to the signing of the contract, I strained people who withdrew money from their own personal account to make an advance with a commission, because I live in Moscow myself. As a result, at the moment when it was necessary to take the advance to the bank's cash desk, they simply refused to sell the car, for the reason, attention, "that I live in Russia"!!!! Although I am a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, I live with a residence permit in the Republic of Belarus and in the Russian Federation without citizenship or even a residence permit.
They refused to provide a reasoned refusal from the legal service. And in general, they don't even understand how to issue an invoice. As in 2001, they sit and print papers for every step.
Incompetence is off the charts. I am writing a pre-trial claim with lawyers.

The attitude towards the client is simply disgusting. I picked up a Volvo after replacing the windshield. I drew attention to the loose fit of the IntelliSafe lid to the ceiling and suggested trying to fix it, which I received a categorical refusal from the shift supervisor. Instead, I was taken to the workshop to look at the crookedly installed lid in another car. They did not respond to my remark that the glass in this car was also not factory-made. On the provided photo of the installation of the lid before repair (it was installed without gaps), he said that as it was installed, so it will be. Next, I discovered that the wiring of the DVR was laid in front of the radar (which the manufacturer categorically prohibits, because this directly affects its operation and safety). And the finale of the story was the inadequate work of the Pilot Assist - the car was driving with a wheel along the markings on the right, although it had previously held the middle of the lane. In response to comments about this, the shift supervisor argued with foam at the mouth that this is exactly how the car should go. After a heated conversation and a review in the complaint book, he agreed to launch the procedure for calibrating the radar and camera.....according to the results of this procedure, the car drove along the center of the lane, as it was before the glass was replaced. The company's management should take a closer look at the selection of employees and their training.
