Vittorio is the best pizzeria in Gagra. I have been ordering pizza here for many years and every time it is delicious, always hot, fragrant and generously filled with ingredients.
They always use fresh food, and you can feel it. The staff is responsive, the delivery is average. I recommend it!!!

What is not a word is rudeness. She would like to learn how to communicate with a stream of people politely and sweetly. After all, it is on these calls that her revenue and money for "bread" home depend. If a person is tired, let them take a day off and sleep it off. You don't need to vent your "tired" on the guests. Not all people will tolerate such a disrespectful tone of the dispatcher. See that you don't run into rudeness yourself. Fire them, otherwise you'll lose the guests already.

I love Japanese cuisine, in my city (I'm from Ufa), I've tried rolls from all possible deliveries and establishments, just wherever I go on a trip, I definitely try local rolls and not so often I leave good reviews, but I liked these rolls. The products are fresh, the fillings feel good, soy sauce, ginger and wasabi are "right" and the rolls themselves are also "right". The prices are reasonable, we ordered a takeaway, a set of "Saint Sey" and two guncans with salmon. The only drawback is that the rolls are very dirty in wasabi, which we usually do not eat, it is better to put separate dishes for it or put it on request. The rest is great.
