When replacing the clutch, the stretcher with the rail was removed, they said that the rail needed to be repaired (replacement of the sleeve), repaired.
The steering rack, after repair, drove only 810 km and fell apart while driving, well, the speed was low (no one was injured). On a tow truck, the car was brought to the service station (Friday about 19-30), the master began to tell that the team that repaired the rail would only be on Sunday not earlier (they would figure out the reason for the collapsed rail). There are long weekends and holidays ahead, the mood is spoiled, I took a taxi home.
On Saturday, at about 12 o'clock, the master calls and says the rail was changed, a new "good" one was installed, but when rolling the car onto the lift, the right wing was scratched (we sorted out the scratch, received compensation, I have no claim for a scratch on the wing).
After lunch, I came to pick up the car, the master refused to issue a document stating that the rail was replaced with a new one and which manufacturer (under warranty, come to us).
