The service station has helped perfectly more than once with problems. We did an excellent diagnosis and identified a problem that other service stations and other craftsmen could not cope with. The problem was solved, which I struggled with for half a year. The work was done quickly, there are no complaints. All questions are first agreed upon by phone, which is undoubtedly a plus. What also surprised me was that when performing work, the interior is covered with film and covers. Considering that I have a bright interior, this is a very big plus. I have not seen this at other service stations. I read a lot of negative reviews about this service station and drove with apprehension. But as a result, I am completely satisfied with the work done. I think that nevertheless this service station listens to the opinion of people and is working to improve its work. I hope they will continue to go in the right direction. I was informed at the order desk that I first need to talk to the master, and then make an application. The master was not there. The receptionist girl immediately took "custody" of me. She invited the master , took me to the waiting room, offered me coffee. The master suggested that he immediately made a diagnosis of the brake system and identified the problem. Renault Capture 1.6, 2017. V. Noticed a significant decrease in the level of antifreeze in the tank. I went to the Bend to sign up for diagnostics and repairs. I successfully got into the "window" between clients, the master promptly put the car for inspection. As a result, there is a leak in the main radiator. I ordered a radiator from them, delivery in the morning every other day. At the same time, I signed up for repair work on the day of delivery of the goods (it turned out, on Sunday). The engine oil change period was also approaching - I signed up for this service (I lost the nameplate with the name of the oil filled in the previous time; we looked at the history on the computer, determined the oil). He also asked me to leave 1 liter in the cabin for refilling when pouring new antifreeze into the system. I left my car in the parking lot of a car service station. On Sunday afternoon, I received a call about the readiness of the car. I arrived, inspected the car, paid the cost of the work and s/h. Antifreeze for refilling in the cabin. Left. Antifreeze was added to another half tank while the system was finally being de-vented. The next day, on Mon, they called from the car service, asked if everything was OK after the repair. At that time, I was still refilling antifreeze and did not confirm that my problem had been solved. On Tuesday, the service called again, the cooling level in the car was fixed, which I confirmed. I am satisfied with the car service services, everything went smoothly and minimally in time, taking into account all stages of the order and work.

The guys don't seem to be bad , But they came with a leak from the pump , knowing that the problem was most likely in it , ordered a crimping of the cooling system cost 50p , the car drove into the box, the mechanic opened the hood looked at the pump and said to change the pump OK , but what is the essence of the displeasure? That's right, I paid 50p for the open and closed hood, although no one connected the crimping , I don't mind this money , but I also need to have a conscience !

The previous positive review is not considered valid, little time has passed since the repair and writing of the review. The last service for a HUNDRED Turns was the last straw of my attitude to this HUNDRED, I write everything that hurt during the last repair of the car. I changed the clutch, asked for used spare parts to put in the trunk (the clutch kit passed 70 tkm, it looks like the basket was defective (it was not a complete squeeze), I looked at the removed gearbox that the squeeze was in good condition, I will leave it in stock), they returned the squeeze from the car assembly (marked with paint) and a torn duster, only for ejection. When replacing the clutch, the stretcher with the rail was removed, they said that the rail needed to be repaired (replacement of the sleeve), repaired. The steering rack, after repair, drove only 810 km and fell apart while driving, well, the speed was low (no one was injured). On a tow truck, the car was brought to the service station (Friday about 19-30), the master began to tell that the team that repaired the rail would only be on Sunday not earlier (they would figure out the reason for the collapsed rail). There are long weekends and holidays ahead, the mood is spoiled, I took a taxi home. On Saturday, at about 12 o'clock, the master calls and says the rail was changed, a new "good" one was installed, but when rolling the car onto the lift, the right wing was scratched (we sorted out the scratch, received compensation, I have no claim for a scratch on the wing). After lunch, I came to pick up the car, the master refused to issue a document stating that the rail was replaced with a new one and which manufacturer (under warranty, come to us). As a result, I have a rail of unknown origin and in case of its malfunction, I do not have any document for the rail and who installed it. And the last straw for writing this review, it turns out that my original rear right lamp has been changed to a "Depo" into which water gets. I do not know when the lamp was replaced, I left the car only for a HUNDRED Turns. The conclusion is that I will not go to this one HUNDRED more under any pretext.

It's just a terrible attitude. I signed up, arrived, waited for more than 30 minutes (the master was busy, then smoked, then rested, etc.) before I drove into the 5th box. As a result, the diagnosis was carried out in 2 minutes, along with lifting / lowering the car from the lift. The oil was replaced (box 9), and the oil filter was given into the hands - the master was afraid to break the flask (laughter), he said that you would change it yourself. I didn't look at the oil in the box, I said "why, if it needs to be changed, I don't know when you changed it" - and I agreed to that. But there was no oil for the box. The cabin filter had to wait 2 times, the first time they brought the wrong one. At the checkout, the girl was generally rude, she did not even give an act of completed work. Bottom line: guys, with this kind of work, you'll also be running from service to service. If you want to save time, money and nerves, you need another hundred!
