An interesting hotel.
People with disabilities should not stay here.
The room is beautiful and clean. It is well furnished, comfortable furniture, very good perfumes. There is everything you need. There is a kettle, dishes, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV. In my opinion, there are not enough sockets in the headboards above or next to the bedside tables. And..., again, in my opinion, the pillows and the blanket are too heavy and harsh. And also, there is no shower curtain.
The food is Soviet, something like a complex, in the 90s it would have been almost gorgeous... Although you won't be hungry. Well, again, the famous "There are many of you, but I am alone!"...
I must say that the hotel can only be a transit hotel for 1 night...
Naturally, this is also not the ultimate truth....
We stayed with my sister at the Vetraz Hotel. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant, the area is quiet and peaceful. A good place for a family holiday. A pleasant girl, Irina, served at the reception. She told about the sights of the city, advised a good restaurant with Belarusian national cuisine. Friendly and helpful.
We were satisfied with the rest. The room resembles a homely atmosphere. Let's get back to you again.
Many thanks to the Vetraz Hotel for the hospitality during your stay in Vitebsk. Convenient location, green area. The rooms have everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff! A great express cafe where you can have a snack. Thank you very much!!! Natalia, Smolensk)
Friendly and friendly staff. Clean room, fresh linen, new plumbing. There is no kondey, it's a little stuffy, but Dvina is nearby. Lots of greenery. The furniture is too old, the beds are normal. The sockets in the room are hanging out, be careful. A couple of nights is fine, for the price you can. There is a parking lot.
We were in Vitebsk, on our way to Minsk, late in the evening. The choice fell on this hotel at a budget price, so they did not expect much from the room. But when we entered the room... old beds, scary wool blankets, rag bedding and oak feather pillows. A TV, a small refrigerator, a kettle, towels, glasses and even shampoo and gel, i.e. the necessary minimum was and it could not but please. The window probably overlooked the river, but there was a railway bridge and we listened to freight trains all night. The noise was decent. I did not take a photo of the room, the shock did its job) We went for a walk in Vitebsk at night
An excellent inexpensive hotel. The restaurant has delicious and hearty breakfasts for every taste. The rooms are clean, the staff is attentive. The view of the city and the Western Dvina River complete the impression of the city. I recommend it to everyone!
A good hotel. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We lived in the Bella room, we liked the room very much.A wonderful place with a good location. There are shops and shopping centers within walking distance.
It is located in a quiet, cozy, green place, but within walking distance of everything you need. Rooms for every taste and price category. You can have breakfast or lunch in a restaurant or a full-fledged bar.
The Parus Hotel was built in the Soviet years, and now it is not the best of times. Both the doors, furniture, plumbing, and textiles in the rooms need to be updated. There is no buffet in the hotel, breakfast - setting takes a lot of time (long wait). The hall is dark (saving light?). But in the express bar you can eat delicious and inexpensive food. Rooms without a hair dryer and a safe, a boiler in the lobby, only a glass of dishes in the room. Hygiene items include a bag of shampoo, gel and a piece of soap.
A decent economy class hotel. There is a restaurant where you can have a budget breakfast (4 options to choose from), but ! There is no Buffet (but the center and attractions are nearby (transport is inexpensive, minibuses go))). Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Special thanks to Alexander - he helped with the routes, explained everything clearly, advised, etc. to Yana, Vladislav at the reception! Very cute and professional! Don't expect much variety from the rooms)- the design is Soviet and, in my opinion, needs updating. But, in general, the impression of the hotel is positive.
A good Soviet-era hotel, for not very demanding guests, 3 nights were in a suite. Pleasant, Everything is fine.
On the way back there was an economy room for 1 night, of course, compared to the suite it is not a fountain. But you can just spend the night.
For coffee fans, there is a coffee machine only at the reception. Instant in the restaurant
The rooms are clean and cozy, each has its own name, it's cute. The service is unobtrusive, everything is there that you need. Near the center, but there is no noise, only the sound of trees, pleasant. Restaurant and bar on the 1st floor, no complaints.
An ordinary provincial hotel. We were traveling from St. Petersburg to Minsk, with a 7-year-old child, and stopped for the night.
Of the advantages:
The staff at the reception work, unlike the Vitebsk hotel, they called back almost instantly to request a call. Their colleagues from Vitebsk ignored us.
We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant - beyond all praise. The dishes were brought quickly, everything is delicious (from porridge to muffins).
Among the disadvantages:
the lack of a dumpster. The garbage accumulated in the car during the journey was offered to be thrown away somewhere in the city.
In the bathroom, there is blackness in the shower stall, on the tile. Mold or not --- did not check.
The staff is polite. Perhaps this is all the advantages. He lived in a single room. The average price category. The shower stall- the drain barely works, the watering can of the shower hose should be held in your hands to wash. TV programs are going badly, they are constantly hanging. The room has an average renovation, the furniture is all with traces of chips. If you spend one night, it will work, if for a couple of days, then it's worth thinking about
The hotel is good. But it's old. Everything is fine in the room. I was very pleased with the bed, I was alone, but it is semi-double. The linen is perfect. It was just nice to feel it. I rented the least expensive room, for 54 rubles. However, there are disadvantages. The floor covering in some places has been used for something. I think cigarettes and there was a very strong smell of tobacco in the mental room. So everything is made of plastic and apparently it has already been so absorbed that it's just terrible. ((( I tried to air it out , but it didn't work out. These are the disadvantages, but it's a very good hotel.
An excellent hotel for a budget tourist. Elevator, restaurant with delicious breakfasts. Grocery stores are a 10-minute walk away. The rooms have a far view of the city. I liked everything. Friendly staff.
The hotel is great!!! Big and beautiful!!! The staff is wonderful and fulfills any request quickly. The breakfast is delicious. Outside the window, the birds are singing so loudly that you can't hear the TV!!! It's just a wonderful place!!! I recommend it!!!
A good hotel, we had a room called Nesvizh Castle. Bathrobe, slippers, kettle, tea and coffee. We didn't go to breakfast, it was paid separately, I can't say anything about the kitchen. But we had a TV in the room and a TV with the possibility of using a USB stick, we watched our movie. As it turned out, for example, at the five-star hotel in Minsk, there was no such opportunity. The elevator is of course from the Soviet Union, but it is working. There is a guarded parking lot and, in general, there is a place for cars near the hotel. The place is quiet, you can get a good night's sleep.
The staff is friendly, the interior is clean. Parking is paid. The audibility is terrible, residents from the lower floor came to the room at 00.30, talked very loudly, they had a lot of fun. The closed window didn't help, it felt like they were behind your wall. After contacting the reception at 01.30, they left and continued to make noise on the street...There is a railway nearby, trains are constantly running. You can't close the window too hot, the fan in the room won't hurt. The windows faced the back of the building. Parking near the hotel is paid. I do not recommend it.
The price is certainly not great, but disgusting beds were found in the rooms, all the bones were just left on the mattress, they did not get enough sleep for two nights, the handle to the bathroom was broken, despite the fact that strange repair attempts were made, protruding screws were screwed in, but the handle still falls off, a very uncomfortable watering can in the shower, another of the disadvantages that the beds have there are no sockets, I had to put the phones on the bedside table by the TV. Of the good ones, it is a wonderful staff, not an expensive express cafe with very pleasant staff.
Even one star is too many. I've never seen a dirtier hotel in my life. I would have been quite satisfied with the "poor, but clean" option, I could have survived, but this enchanting dirt was very impressed. I will not describe everything in detail, there is no point in this, in the rest there is only a feeling of disgust from visiting this place. It is a pity that the impression of Vitebsk has suffered greatly
A large hotel. It is better to book a room at the reception. The rooms are not small. The furniture and plumbing are old.
Refrigerator in the room (may not work). There is a cooler on each floor. Free parking is available near the hotel. Cafe, shopping center within walking distance.
A good hotel, price-quality, the room is clean, the restaurant was pleased with breakfast and not expensive 12 rubles. There were two days in the standard room, the repair is old, but neat.
A great hotel with a very calm attitude towards the guests. I liked the suite with two balconies. There is also a very clean bathroom and the room itself. I really liked them. We'll stop by again.
3 stars. The interior is very austere. The staff is attentive and polite. The express bar is open until 23. The prices are reasonable, you can say they are store-bought. Single room 72p
It's quite a place where you can spend the night. I would have put a "5", but the room turned out to be completely smoky. So, the usual "three-piece" for sane money. There was no refrigerator in the room, but the bed linen was new)
Breakfast is for a fee, but delicious and satisfying.
Another disadvantage is that the steps to the hotel are not designed for low-mobility citizens and people with problematic leg joints.
A great hotel, so I liked everything in it, what kind of view I had of the bridge, although trains run and don't make much noise, but they give everything, everything is there, there is a restaurant and a cafe on the ground floor, there is everything you need, a refrigerator is present, I went and I liked it, shops nearby, I advise everyone
Staying in Vitebsk EXCLUSIVELY at this hotel.
The best combination of price and quality.
Clean, affordable, professional and friendly staff at the reception. Good location. Very convenient!
I recommend it!
Nice suite. But I would like to check the operability of the air conditioner more often, and the presence of batteries in the remotes.
Overall, good value for money.
The restaurant leaves much to be desired with both its menu and staff.
It's great for an overnight stay. The room is clean, shower, toilet, TV, refrigerator. The bed is natural))). I stopped by for one night in the evening, there is a place to eat. The place is quiet.
The worst hotel I've ever been to in my entire life!!!The most horrible dirty rooms with stains everywhere: on the palace, furniture, curtains, blankets! Old cheap office furniture, which is disgusting to sit on!Washed colored! (although it should be white according to generally accepted standards) bed linen, a crumbling bathroom. The most disgusting breakfast is half-baked fatty pancakes, thin omelette, you can only take one drink - either tea or coffee (from a bag, of course), and you need to give the second bag to the waiter so that you don't get both drinks for free! The whole impression of Belarus is spoiled by visiting this hotel!
The hotel is below average, the shower stall in the corners is black mold, the railway is not far away, so it is very noisy at night, and the audibility in the hotel is good, you can hear what is happening in another room. The breakfast was a buffet, everything was served very sparingly, coffee from bags, in general, the hotel is more suitable for shift workers or guest workers , but not for tourists
We thank the team for their understanding and responsiveness, for their customer orientation! Without delay, we resolved our issue of settling in with a dog in a beautiful room. Thanks! Elena. C-Pb.
The numbers are certainly tired, but not to the extent as they write below. The room was renovated in 2005. The standard room is quite neat, there is a lot of space, 1.5 double bed, freezer. The shower room is good. The room is clean upon check-in, but cleaning is limited only to garbage collection and then on schedule. At the reception, young girls are working out. If you book a room by phone, there will be a 15% discount on any type of room.
The younger brother of the Vitebsk hotel. Fans of the aesthetics of the late 80s will be pleased. Magnificent view of the river and the river valley. One of the disadvantages is the noise from the railway.
I wanted to visit my place of service in the army . We settled in the tostinnitsa for three nights . They settled us without any problems, but they asked for cash for parking, but we didn 't have it, and we only had a Russian card refused, we drove a long distance tired. We are from St. Petersburg and I have been booking a suite for 69 years. We were accommodated on the 4th floor. Of the advantages, only the room, the rest minus the service is disgusting, neither cleaning nor everything else tea, coffee, etc. I don't know maybe it's poverty
There was one night, a room on the 6th floor. This is the worst hotel room in my entire travel experience of overnight stays in different levels of hotels. Of all the sockets in the room, two worked, of the lighting fixtures - only the wall sconces. The curtains on the cornice were held on two rings and on my word of honor. As for the bathroom, everything is very old, dilapidated, the toilet looks as if it has never been cleaned, but in fact it is clean, it just looks like this! One plus is a normal double bed, but terrible old pillows and bed linen. But on some floor there are renovated rooms, everything is fine there! Perhaps someday the entire room stock will be brought into a decent condition.
Nice hotel.. pleasant service staff .. there is a restaurant and an express buffet.. of the cons, the carpet in the room is hopelessly dirty in places.. and so for three stars.. It's quite decent..
The most terrible hotel of all the hotels I have visited. The rooms are dirty, the furniture is old, the bed is broken, creaking, wobbly, the mattress is dirty, the carpet is dirty with stains, the bed linen is terrible, torn, it is uncomfortable to sleep. We read reviews about the restaurant, decided not to even go there. The door is broken, it won't close. We left there with the thought: to forget, like a terrible dream! Probably the people who write that everything is in order there have not been to good decent hotels.
A good hotel, cozy, clean, comfortable. The location is convenient, there is a parking lot. The staff is polite, the prices are pleasant. In general, everything you need for a business trip)
We stayed overnight on our way to Minsk
Friendly staff
It was clean and cozy, but it was a little cold in the room
There was no luck with the food because the restaurant was closed for the banquet
The overall impression is normal
I don't know what other rooms there are, but we lived in a room in the deep USSR. Very old furniture, no repairs at all.
The food is delicious, there is Parking.
The refrigerator is so old that it has already rotted away
A good hotel, friendly staff, quiet cozy location of the hotel, beautifully and conveniently decorated lobby milking tourists. In a small cafe at the hotel you can have a snack, good coffee.
