This is where suspicions and distrust crept in: we planned the operation and took vacations for postoperative care of the animal. The dog was under constant supervision and showed no activity – mostly lying down. An emergency operation was performed, which lasted 2 hours, I want to note that the first operation was performed in 1.5 hours! According to the doctor who performed the second operation, 2 stitches were torn. Moreover, the knots were intact, and the suture material itself (the thread) broke. The question arises about the competence of the doctor who performed the first operation: why the suture material was incorrectly selected, why the number of stitches was insufficient and led to the rupture of the threads (the dog weighs 32 kg). We were told that new stitches were applied in “several floors". They prescribed medications and sent me home. The next morning we found the same bloating. It was such a stress for our whole family, I can't put it into words. The clinic said to bring the dog for surgery. This is the 3rd surgery in 5 days! It would be foolish to take the animal to this clinic for another operation, I think the outcome would be fatal. We used the services of another doctor. After the operation, which was successful this time, the doctor said that he had reinforced the suture with a stronger suture material and concluded: “Serous peritonitis. Under the skin, the entire peritoneum is covered with serous tissue, exudate in large quantities. The suture on the abdominal tissue had gaps.” There are photos of everything that was seen during the operation. We assume that the clinic deceived us by telling us that there were ruptures of the seams for the first time and that stitches were re–applied in “several floors” - none of this was done. And the long duration of the 2nd operation was most likely due to the elimination of peritonitis, and unsuccessfully, because a new suture was applied in 2 hours (the second operation lasted that long) that's too much. At the clinic, we were promised to accompany the dog to full recovery and return the money we paid for sterilization services. When returning the money, there was a condition – to write a receipt that the money was received and we have no claims against the clinic. I expressed my disagreement, because the dog has not recovered yet, to which the clinic management assured me that they would help and accompany our pet until full recovery. We were prescribed intravenous antibiotics for 4 days, and a catheter was inserted into a vein. After 2 days, it needed to be rearranged, and I called the clinic's management. In the conversation, they made it clear to me that we needed to go to another clinic to install a catheter, it was also said that we had acted in an inhumane manner towards the clinic. The next step, the head of Snezhana sent an SMS to all the doctors who advised and accompanied us with the text: do not keep in touch with us. The dog is completely healthy.

For the first time, we went to the Vetmedcenter clinic with our Chihuahua puppy (2 months old) with the problem of excessive watery eyes and very frequent scabies, as it initially seemed to us - allergies. The dermatologist somehow examined him, and without taking any analysis from the animal, SUGGESTED, based on our story about the recent removal of fleas from the puppy, that it was something like flea dermatitis, resulting in itching and as a result-scabies, then prescribed a drip on the withers Stronghold 3 times with a frequency of 2-3 weeks, as well as drops of Ciprovet for the eyes. After examining the animal, she noticed and told us that his stomach was like a "drum" and this was a consequence of overfeeding the puppy. The doctor suggested that our puppy be vaccinated for the first time on the same day (at that time we still had no idea that our puppy was seriously ill, and as you know, a sick animal SHOULD NEVER BE VACCINATED!!!!). We naturally agreed, since it is necessary by age, and the "doctor" knows better. As a result, having dripped Stronghold on the withers, we did not notice much effect, he did not itch less.
We made the second visit with a much more serious problem: the puppy had 3 seizures in one day, he was very twisted and shaking. As it turned out later, it was severe colic. They took a general blood test and biochemistry, injected a needle to relieve cramps and told us to come the next day for the test results. The doctor, Sergey Anatolyevich Tanyukevich, received us. At the reception, he informed us that he had an abnormally large belly "drum", that this was abnormal and that the attacks were most likely due to colic. After looking at the tests, he said that they were NORMAL AND OUR PUPPY WAS HEALTHY!!!!!!(which later turned out to be a lie and incompetence!!!!).He ordered us to give espumizan for several days to deflate the stomach and a drug with lacto and bifidobacteria to normalize the intestinal microflora of the puppy. We underwent the above treatment, but a week ago the puppy began to itch even more and tore the skin under his eyes, resulting in bald spots. Due to these circumstances, we no longer trust the Veterinary Medical Center and decided to seek help from the Sas animal service clinic on the advice of friends and numerous good reviews. We specially took with us the blood tests done earlier at the veterinary Medical Center and showed them to a dermatologist. How much was our surprise when the tests turned out to be FAR FROM NORMAL!!!In many positions, it was clear that the puppy had an inflammatory process in the body, the kidneys were suffering, alkaline phosphatase was exceeded, urea, phosphorus, etc. After examining the mucous membranes of the puppy's mouth, the doctor found that they were pale bluish, which indicates a very SICK STOMACH!!!The belly is greatly enlarged and hard, although it should be soft! We were told that the puppy has an ulcer and a strict diet is shown to him for life! And as a result, his enzymes are incorrectly distributed, his stomach does not work properly, so scabies occurs, etc. We were given a proper welcome, had a good inspection, asked a lot of questions to US, not us! They prescribed proper treatment for 10 days, after 5 days they were told to call back and report on the baby's condition, monitor the color of the mucous membranes, the condition of the calla, wool, etc. After treatment, we will take tests and perform other manipulations depending on the changes. We were told that the second revaccination is postponed until the animal is fully recovered, and the first vaccination could not work at all, or even worsen the animal's condition, since I already said earlier that the vaccination is done only to a HEALTHY ANIMAL!!!!So why doesn't the dermatologist Nina Igorevna Zhukovskaya know this???????!!!Why didn't I examine the mucous membranes properly and elementary?!!!Why did I vaccinate a sick puppy??!!!Why couldn't the "doctor" Tanyukevich Sergey Anatolyevich decipher the simplest analyzes CORRECTLY??!!Why didn't I examine the mucous membranes too, if I saw that the stomach was not normal?!
