They got to Dr. Rumyantsev by accident. The cat has already been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis.
She itched a lot, and the skin on her head and neck was red. I already thought that I would have to give hormone pills for life.
Then she started having conjunctivitis, we went to another clinic, where the veterinarian said that the whole face needed to be reshaped, prescribed some unreasonable operations and very serious drugs for ordinary conjunctivitis, but they did not help.
That's how we got to Dr. Rumyantsev.
He prescribed adequate treatment. I looked at the skin and immediately said that it was not atopic dermatitis, but a food allergy. Although the cat ate hypoallergenic food, it did not help her.
But it turned out to be simple. I took and bought hypoallergenic food from another company and things got better.
We have suffered so much, tried everything that the veterinarians advised. And then the doctor just looked and made the right diagnosis.
I am just sincerely grateful to Evgeny Petrovich for his professionalism and attentive attitude.
I remember him almost every day with a good word!!

A very interesting institution, proudly calling itself a veterinary clinic!
We turned there with a small foundling kitten (the baby completely, apparently ran to the parking lot from the private sector nearby), they felt sorry for the baby and decided to attach it, and since there are no special conditions for bath procedures in the offices, we hoped for the humanity of those who save the lives of our four-legged friends every day, so humanity was not there, but come on It's on the conscience of these people. According to the initial examination, the doctor said you can not wash, you need to check for lichen and then wash, well, the doctor knows better, we agreed, during the examination for lichen it turns out that the kitten probably has COVID-19, so for a minute it's all according to the initial EXTERNAL EXAMINATION!! Covid Karl!!! To our surprise, they immediately came up with just a wagon and two trolleys of procedures (naturally paid and by no means cheap) and diseases!
They asked us to leave the baby for half an hour and what do you think, after these thirty minutes they rolled out an account of 85 rubles!!! This is for three injections, an examination, a general blood test (which we were never given), and an ultrasound- which, for some reason, we were not given, and most importantly, the results of which concluded that the kitten had broken hind legs, a punctured trachea and a bunch of diseases requiring expensive treatment! After the announcement, they offered an X-ray, but we refused because we decided to take the baby to another clinic, we were asked to leave the kitten for another fifteen minutes to warm up a little.
And now let's move on to the most interesting part:
Upon arrival, after the agreed time, we were not given a clear diagnosis, moreover, the doctor simply mumbled indistinctly to all questions about the recommendations and frantically tried to come up with something to say! But even here the surprises did not end, when calculating at the checkout, the final receipt increased to 105 rubles and this in 15 minutes, we did not receive a clear answer to the question why the price changed, and when considering the transcript we were very puzzled by one of the lines - flea treatment of 11 rubles (this is taking into account that we bought the shampoo ourselves!), moreover, no one bothered to explain what kind of injections were made and for what!!!
In general, there are only solid negative impressions from this supposedly clinic, and as it turned out, not only us!
I do not recommend contacting, the service is zero, they are trying to pump money out of customers as much as possible!

As a result, the X-ray was done and the cardiologist who did it invited us to her office, where she tried to save our dog, gave injections and oxygen breathing, in general, she did what she could. Then they passed the tests. Let's go home. The dog died. Unfortunately, old age and heart could not be saved. Will we return to this clinic again? No. Waiting for an hour just knocked me out of my rut. There are a lot of doctors, but no one could take us in advance.
