The bells that something was wrong started with a phone call to the clinic, the administrator cannot provide any clear information "uh, I'm not a doctor, make an appointment," although I just wanted to clarify about the price of castration with cryptorchidism. I hoped (in vain) that such "administrators" had nothing to do with the competence and professionalism of the surgeon who would perform the operation and made an appointment anyway.
When taking tests before castration, I asked the price of castration with cryptorchid 2 times from the administrator. Who should I ask for the price if not from him? Come up with it yourself? The administrator had never heard of the concept of "cryptorchid" (very strangely, as if it were her job to advise visitors) and called a veterinarian. The long suffering was called 250 rubles for the entire operation. I checked several times because the price was higher in other clinics. As a result, they said the same price, 250 rubles. The administrator giggled when she found out what cryptorchid was (very professionally!)
The day of the operation. Nothing foreshadowed trouble. When the dog was taken away, the surgeon showed us the stitches and I wondered why there were 3 of them. Then at the moment I didn't even ask, because I was very worried about the condition of my beloved pet and wanted to take him home faster. We pick up the dog, come to pay and "420 rubles from you" :)
I am slightly at a loss why the price has increased x2, but for the same reason (the dog is still recovering from anesthesia and I wanted to bring him home as soon as possible) I do not specify anything and just pay.
At home, I already looked at the seams, I still couldn't rest why there were 3 of them. This is my first dog and I didn't know how it should be right or wrong, so I asked vet. the doctor we usually see from another clinic - is everything okay with the stitches. "The seams are terrible, sloppy and poorly sewn. Why there are 3 of them is unclear" - this is the answer I received.
When removing the stitches, I asked the surgeon why there were still 3 of them. "Yes, I cut it wrong at first, I mixed it up" HOW??? How is this even possible?! One extra incision due to the carelessness of the doctor! I don't know if it's a normal practice to "mix up", but I can't figure out how this could have happened in the first place.
When they already clarified with the administrator why they initially said one price, but as a result it was x2, they laughed and explained it by saying that the administrator girl only works on weekends and "oh haha, she probably took the price out of her head"

the cat was stuck in the window, the back part was completely paralyzed - tail, hind legs, in the previous clinic "main tail" they took a lot of money from us for nothing, the situation did not improve in 5 days, but we were advised by VET CITY and a couple of days later the cat was already stepping on one paw (they gave injections that she prescribed we have a Neurologist, I don't know, but thank you very much to the girl!) after three weeks of injections, the cat was already running at full speed, now everything is fine thanks to you, thank you!!! Pet owners who read this, never take your pet to the main place, tail and doctor vet.
I will never contact this clinic again. Even if she remains the last in the whole city. The price tag is unreasonably high, the administrator cannot even say the approximate amount before being placed in a hospital. Initially, 150 rubles were named, which later grew to 400. Did they take care of the pet? There are big doubts about something. They didn't even wash their ass properly before giving it to us. They took the tests, but I had to remind them about the results several times. Indeed, we did not give the go-ahead for them.
More humanity and competence will not hurt this office.

Last night, our beloved cat died due to a mistake by the doctor of this clinic. They complained of poor appetite, lethargy, vomiting on the 1st day of the illness. I assumed another episode of pancreopathy. At the examination, the doctor listened to the cat - everything is fine, the temperature is normal, the sugar is normal, nothing was revealed on ultrasound. They took tests. But without waiting for the test results, the doctor prescribes a drip with sodium chloride, glucose and other drugs (although I said that the cat is still urinating, he is not dehydrated). During the IV, the cat has pulmonary edema! He's starting to choke! Then X-rays, oxygen, rescue attempts. After a few hours of oxygen, the pressure is high, the respiratory rate is high! They are re-sent for an X-ray - they show, they say, the swelling is less, go home. Here are 2 injections of furosemide. My son and I are in shock. The cat suffocates, claws from fear and lack of oxygen digs into the carrier... We were convinced that he would be breathing heavily, but he is stable... A couple of hours later, in terrible agony, our beloved cat died. According to the received indicators, it is clear that the cat has kidney problems... That's how a thoughtless IV killed a pet! Is that how it's possible? We have been in shock with our family all these days... Roman Sergeyevich Tereshko, I want to believe that you will stop at our terrible case and think about the fact that the life of a living being depends on your actions... And someone after us from the ponytails in your hands will remain alive and recover...

People go with their own budget. After refusing the procedure, the cost of the girl's words "100 rubles" was recalculated to 20 rubles.

We have been visiting this vet clinic for some time now. I like that there are no crowds of owners with animals in the hallway waiting in line. This is especially convenient for us, with a very cowardly, but very big dog. Responsive doctors and generally good staff
It's a wonderful place. There is a parking lot. The specialist, Anna Sobolevskaya, answered all the questions very competently, carefully examined our dog, and vaccinated.
Compared to other clinics we have visited before, there is a much more attentive approach to clients. There is a loyalty program, a discount is provided already on the first visit. The clinic also works on weekends, which is an additional advantage. It is convenient that there is a pet store on site where you can please your pet with a new toy or treat.

They urgently and very carefully examined the rodent (rat), X-rayed, listened, enlightened, weighed, clipped teeth, in general, everything was of the highest standard. They prescribed treatment with two medications and one medicine (namely veterinary medicine) could even be purchased there immediately on the spot. I have been to the clinic several times since 2018. They really helped once, but then after each visit there was a feeling that I was being promoted for money.
A recent visit was the last straw. We took 5 X-rays, recorded only 2 on disk. When I asked for a refund, the heads.the doctor sent me, saying that the service had been rendered. But I didn't ask for such a number of pictures. There was a feeling that either they were illiterate, or I was manipulated to inflate the bill. After 1.5 weeks, the rest of the pictures were sent when they had already lost their relevance. The pictures turned out to be uninformative (I turned to other doctors).
After the X-ray and consultation, she left with the feeling that the cat's disease was in an advanced stage. I haven't seen any pictures. In another clinic, the doctor refuted this opinion. He showed on a new X-ray that the damage was only in the paw on which the cat was limping.
In addition, I was sent for procedures worth several hundred dollars, which were not confirmed by other doctors from two clinics. I heard that they are not needed to make an accurate diagnosis.
She did not receive treatment either. She left with a misunderstanding of how to ease the pain of a cat. I had to go to another clinic the next day to find out what medicine to give for pain relief while I was doing tests.
I did not see that this clinic helps the animal in the long term. In previous visits, she asked me to tell her how to support a cat after a serious case and choose the right nutrition. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response. Although later it was nutrition and supportive therapy that saved the cat from stomach problems and improved her quality of life.
I am very disappointed with the qualifications of the doctors and the attitude of the heads towards the clients.a doctor. I leave with the feeling that they are overcharging and overcharging procedures. I can't recommend anyone to go there.
