We were in Minsk on an excursion, we recommended this restaurant to eat the national cuisine. The interior is pleasant, the plates, the waiters' uniforms - everything is thought out. We ordered: kvass - I really liked it, cornflower water with lemon and orange for nothing (unsaturated taste, warm), cold water - I liked it, my husband took a potato grandmother to be nostalgic about his childhood, his grandmother always cooked for him - it was dry, just baked mashed potatoes with a piece of meat and bacon on top, although I did not eat Bubushkin's recipe, not from Belarus, but it wasn't delicious to me either. Our waiter Alexey was informed about the wishes. But the most incomprehensible thing was when Alexey did not bring us the change, the money was not big 4 rubles, we would have left them ourselves after the calculation. But he just walked past us several times to other tables, we did not go to ask for 4 rubles and left without understanding and with a sediment. Perhaps, of course, a person has worked hard and forgotten. Hopefully, this doesn't happen often there. 🌟

We visited this institution with the whole family. We visited several locations of "Cornflowers" in Minsk, but I liked it the most here. Cozy atmosphere, polite and efficient waiters. The serving of the dishes is excellent, plus the appearance is also very tasty. We've been to different places in Minsk, but here are the most delicious pancakes. Cabbage soup is just a song! You definitely need to try the "kholodnik", we really liked it. We can safely recommend this institution both for visiting by family, company, and together. P.S.: The institution on Partizansky Prospekt is strikingly different in quality of food and service from the institution on Nezavisimosti Ave. and Pobediteley Ave. Perhaps this is due to the number of people who want to eat delicious food in these restaurants.
