A very quiet coffee shop. Inside it looks peaceful with very pleasant gray tones, and most importantly it does not look boring and it was very pleasant and comfortable to sit and drink coffee there. One of the advantages is that after visiting, you do not need to clean anything yourself.
And now about coffee, we took a 350ml cappuccino with hazelnut syrup and a maple grill latte. Surprisingly, the taste without sugar turned out to be very soft and good, it is clear that they did their best to prepare all the coffee.
It's a pity that I didn't try dessert this time, but this omission will be corrected at the next coffee shop.
Special thanks to the very pleasant and well-mannered staff, they always listen and calmly know how to wait.

I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but I just couldn't do it here..
I came to the coffee shop in the afternoon, there were few people. I waited for the cheesecakes for 20 minutes, + serving in a very small plate, which is very inconvenient. I found a hair in the cheesecakes (inside!) but she did not talk about it and escalate the conflict.
Next, I came and wanted to RELAX, but the BACKGROUND music was playing in the coffee shop (I don't mind such music, but not in coffee shops) because of this, gooova was very sick and I wanted to leave the coffee shop as soon as possible!

I visited a coffee shop today and was very upset. Unfortunately, the service turned out to be terrible. The female employees were unfriendly and rude. I understand that they are young professionals with no experience, but even the basic rules of etiquette must be observed. Instead of discussing the guests and talking about how they want to go home as soon as possible, they should have been more polite and attentive.
I used to really like this coffee shop, but unfortunately I took the coffee with me because of the staff and immediately left.

I ordered a cappuccino with me, there were 2 people in the establishment, after 8-10 minutes the girl gave one of the 2 coffees to the couple who was in front of me, and began to prepare a second drink for them. I did not wait for my coffee, realizing that it would be cooked after another 10 minutes, my opinion is: coffee with you, especially in the morning, should be prepared no more than 5 minutes, but not 15 + minutes when there are no guests. Please pay attention to the speed of the staff, thank you.

A nice, beautiful, cozy place. We arrived at 9:30, there was no one, we had a company of 7 people, took coffee and cheesecakes (cheesecakes 3 servings). The coffee was brought almost immediately, it was delicious (though I would like it along with the cheesecakes, well). Cheesecakes were told to wait 20 minutes when ordering, which is not fast, considering that they do not need to be cooked, but only reheated, but within reason)) as a result, they were brought in 50 minutes.
I understand, one employee, "zapara" and all the rest. The girl didn't even apologize for what happened, but what if I'm in a hurry? Why doesn't anyone think about the client?
By the way, the cheesecakes were very tasty!

It's cozy, coffee on a hard plate, cheesecakes, cereals - everything is fine. But there is no "Wow" effect. It's just good. What is missing in the interior and the taste of coffee itself is not ideal for a connoisseur of espresso and Americano (fresh roast, Colombia or Brazil)

One of the advantages is the location, sometimes there are pleasant baristas, sometimes there are delicious pies. Of the cons, everything else. Getting a fresh croissant is a great success. It's easy to get on a croissant cracker! But! The main and most serious disadvantage is coffee. I do not know what the problem is.…A barista? In the coffee machine? In the grain? But the coffee in this brew is just terrible. And if at first coffee drinks with the addition of milk could still be drunk somehow, then Americano and espresso are like poison. At the last attempt to give the coffee shop another chance, I took a cappuccino with a bright bittersweet overcooked taste. I had to pour it out. Apparently now you shouldn't drink coffee drinks with milk either… Maybe someday I'll look in again, but now it's definitely just for tea or cocoa))

Two advantages for coffee and desserts - coffee is good for such a price, but there are no questions about desserts, because it is done by the chefs of the pastry shop, which is not part of the property of "Varki". And minus 3 stars for the barista's attitude towards the guests. As rude as possible, it remains only to hang a sign "No trespassing, welcome from here." They were friendly and welcoming only in the first week after the opening, and then only hardcore. Here is a colorful illustration: we went to them at 20.30, the barista warned that they were working until 21.45 for technical reasons. Okay, we sat down in the back room, brought coffee. At 21.20, a barista girl comes up and says that this room is open until 21.30 and now there will be cleaning. In general, such a picture of service made a depressing impression, so now I try not to go to this chain of coffee shops, of which there are already more than Wildberries pick-up points.

I regularly visit the cafe on Voronyansky , so there is something to compare it with. Since I plan to open my own, I decided to drive around the city and see the location, the size of the premises, and most importantly, the quality of service. The quality is zero. Since my son was with his family, he immediately noticed that the assortment was meager, the shelves were empty, unlike on Voronyansky, everything was always filled. Well, we took one dessert from the presented selection. It came to the table, the table is dirty, with dirty dishes and a bunch of napkins after the previous visitor, while the girl is sitting in an armchair and playing on the phone))) I asked to clean the table, she came and cleaned it, but the dirty napkins remained, I moved them to the next table, went to wash my hands, the dispenser did not work, but there was soap in the bottle, I washed it, there were no paper towels, okay, I'll wipe it with toilet paper, it also did not turn out. The overall picture is spoiled, it's better to drive a little further, but sit in a good atmosphere. The place is very passable and you need to keep the brand. I ask the management to pay attention to this.

I love the chain of these coffee shops, I always visit Cooking, in particular, on V. Khoruzhey Street, not so much because of coffee and desserts, but because of the sweetest and kindest soul of the barista girl who always works there. And then I decided to visit this particular department at the Moskovskaya metro station in the hope that the level of service would be as always. But specifically yesterday I was faced with some unexpected rudeness on the part of two girls working at the point. I will immediately stipulate that I am writing a review openly so that the management is aware of it, and these two ladies recognize me, so that, I hope, they feel ashamed of their behavior, which was not conditioned by anything. I place an order, sit down at a dirty (and I will make a big emphasis on this) table, because there were no other places. There were crumbs on the table, huge and already dried traces of something sweet and sticky. Well, I think when the order arrives, the girls will guess to clean it up, because it's trash. I even regret that I didn't take a photo, how dirty it was after previous visitors. I'm sitting, waiting, a young man is sitting next to me. By the way, we have been waiting for a long time, although the order was small - two coffees and one tiny marshmallow pasta, which did not need to be cut or heated. And I will also put a lot of emphasis on this, because they carried this dessert for a significantly long time, I even had to go and ask them to bring it - it looked so ridiculous. Instead, they started processing other orders. If I hadn't reminded them, they wouldn't have brought it. It's okay, right? That is, an ordinary quiet, even sometimes shy person comes (I'm talking to myself), who even speaks in half a tone, and two girls begin to pointedly ignore you and pretend that we don't exist, as if we shat on the carpet there right in the apartment. In short, when the entire order was brought in half with grief (no "please" - nothing), and the table remained significantly covered with crumbs and streaks, my friend freaked out, took napkins himself and began to peel the table from the dirt.
Appeal to employees who worked on 09/13/2023 In the evening at the point: I'm sorry, what did I interrupt you with yesterday? By sitting down at a dirty table, because there was nothing else? What was difficult - to take a rag and wipe it? And why did they carry the macaroon for 10 minutes, and then only after I came up and asked? There has been no such service in shawarma outlets for a long time, as you have out of the blue. You can watch the footage from the camera, you can get angry or whisper among yourselves - whatever you want, but you behaved like hillbillies yesterday, by God. It would be one thing if I were rude to you, demanded something over-the-top, but I came - an ordinary calm girl, usually having made an order. Appeal to the management: change or have conversations with employees. When your girls are fanning their fingers instead of working and the crown falls to wipe the tables, when it is obviously filled with sticky sweet drinks and covered in crumbs - your service will fall lower and lower. You don't even have to talk about "please" and "have a nice evening." At least get them to do their job and keep order. Don't they want to? Let them leave the catering. They can't work with people.

Among the advantages, I can note a pleasant interior and convenient location, in summer - delicious lemonades. That, alas, is all.
The coffee is mediocre, watery, barely warm: slowly enjoying coffee while sitting in a coffee shop will not work, I'm afraid to imagine what will happen if you take it with you in winter weather. I won't talk about all the baking, but the croissant is a great story. Either it's from yesterday, or it's somehow miraculously stale by 12 a.m. If it is yesterday's, then the red price is far from 4p. Perhaps there is no such problem with croissants with fillings. On top of that, the baristas here are not the most friendly and interested (or maybe it's just me who got into them).
In general:
1. come in to warm up/ cool down, pass the time - yes
2. to come here on purpose by yourself or with friends to have a pleasant conversation over a cup of coffee - definitely not
P/s visiting some other coffee shops of this chain caused much more positive emotions

Waiting for two coffees took 8+ minutes. I haven't been to other Cooking points, but I didn't think that at least one of them could be so sad.
