The delivery service is strange, the managers are not very polite, on the eve of the delivery day I tried to find out the approximate delivery time in order to adjust, but unfortunately I did not receive an answer... On the day of delivery, the manager called and informed us that the delivery would be carried out from 16:00 to 17:00 in our city. Well, I asked to go to a meeting and arrive after 17:30, but even then I was refused. The driver had already called directly 10 minutes before arrival (time 3:45 p.m.) and stated that either he was not delivering at all, since I was at work and could not come home at the click, or I was accepting the goods at the time of arrival. And it was also said by the driver that normal people are sitting and waiting for their delivery... Yes, apparently I'm not quite normal, that I'm working, not waiting for delivery, and that I was trying to find out on the eve of the approximate delivery time in order to adjust... I do not recommend it, it is a pity that for your own money there is a kilometer of negativity...
This is the first time I've encountered such a boorish attitude towards a client. The phone was supposed to be delivered on Friday, March 14, and I specified two addresses, during business hours before 4:30 p.m. and at home after 4:30 p.m. In the morning, my phone started working at 9:00. There was no call after 9 a.m. After calling the seller's company at 17:00, the driver called me back at 17:30 and said that he was not far from the first address, of course I was not there. I told him that I was 7-10 minutes away from this place and would be waiting at the bus stop, but he refused and hung up.......Then I called this "company" and they promised to bring it to me on Sunday. I warned you that the address is already different and I will only be at home until 13:00. They replied that they understood everything. On Sunday, the operator calls me and informs me that the delivery is from 11-30 to 17-00. About my request to arrive before 1300, she replied rudely that no one would adjust. When asked to give her name, she replied...What's the difference... but then she called herself Kristina. After that, the driver called that he was at the address he had on Friday. And thanks to the driver, Alexander, for delivering my goods after all.
