In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Almaty. We booked a room there, arrived and were already waiting for us there. This is a big plus since we were traveling with the children. Everything is very clean, beautiful, cleaned and prepared for the arrival of guests at any time. There are many restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. The whole city is just in the palm of your hand as this hotel is located in the very center. Also a nice bonus is the provided meals and a buffet. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. We advise all visitors to stay at this hotel.

I went on another business trip, the employer booked a room for 4 days at this hotel, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The surrounding interior immediately caught my eye, the design is certainly on the level! I pay tribute to the additional services of the hotel, it was nice to spend time in a comfortable sauna after a hard day, as well as to restore my strength in a modernly equipped fitness center.

We were passing through Almaty, booked a junior suite, and were satisfied with the room. Personally, I liked the fact that there is a section of zones (for work and recreation), as I had to work a little. I used the dry cleaning service-they did everything quickly and efficiently (by the way, I had to pay a little extra for the speed). In general, everything is cultural and friendly, I bet 5!

On average, not all rooms are fresh, it would not hurt to make repairs for a long time. Carpet on the floor is a good thing, but with proper care and cleaning, preferably with a cleaning vacuum cleaner (I had no caution to walk with bare feet, the result is black heels))

I spent two days here. They were picked up at the train station, the driver was already waiting when he got off the train, the registration at the hotel took literally five minutes, after which he was able to go to the room. The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh, there are no unpleasant odors. The coat, stained on the way, was taken away, and later brought directly to the room. A good buffet, a rich selection of dishes. Several types of cuisine.
