On January 4, 2025, we visited this cafe. My impressions were mixed. On the positive side, it is worth noting the pleasant atmosphere in the establishment, everything looks cozy and relaxing.
However, the service left an unpleasant aftertaste. We were served by a Kazakh girl who looked about 18 years old. She behaved extremely unconvincingly and unprofessionally. Under the pretext of “not allowed with her own”, she took our personal belongings, even after we made the order, she did not return them to us. It wasn't until we were at the door on our way out that she returned the items.
Her attitude towards clients was disrespectful, which seriously spoils the impression of the visit. This behavior of the staff slightly dissuades the desire to return to this cafe.
We recommend that the management pay attention to employee training — it is important that the staff is polite, able to observe subordination and respect customers. If it hadn't been for this incident, the visit could have been much more enjoyable.

A very pleasant and cozy cafe, a large selection of menus, suitable for both those who came to eat seriously and for those who just decided to have a snack / drink coffee.
You can visit with friends, with a couple or alone.
Responsive and courteous staff, reasonable prices, convenient location.

It's a disgusting place!!!! I do not recommend it!!!!
I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes, but they didn't bring me anything to eat.... We were inclined to think that they were still cooking, then that there were a lot of orders, although there were only 4 tables.... The worst cafe in Kokshetau!!! Even on the highway, the food in the eateries is better and the order is delivered faster!!!!!

I came in, saw happy people and realized that I should have dinner here. 🥗🥘🍲 I did not lose, the menu is with a choice. The kitchen is delicious, but the portion is small. The service is good. The interior is pleasant, warm, and family-friendly. The cafe was almost full and it was in the middle of the week. It was obvious that families and couples came here. A cozy place, I recommend it.
