An old-timer of the city of Minsk among the shopping facilities. 4 floors : clothes and shoes, appliances, cosmetics, household goods, for every purse and budget. The prices for women's clothing are clearly overpriced. The model range does not correspond to modern trends. It is difficult to find basic things in the array without inscriptions, shiny beads and a tasteless cut.
And the quality of the fabrics themselves is clearly not in favor of comfort to the body.
Where you can really look and buy something is the department with dishes and household goods. Otherwise, you need to persistently sort through and watch.

A great supermarket. It is convenient and affordable, as it is located right at the metro station and next to the hotel. The supermarket has everything: on the ground floor there is a grocery store (an excellent selection and a set of products - there really is everything). Further on the floors are men's and women's clothing, souvenirs, furniture and haberdashery.

With all the advantages of this store, it is necessary to pay attention to the method of work in the men's underwear department - for some reason all sellers focused on the cash register and there is no one in the hall to whom you can ask a question about the right product...so I had to go to GUM - everything was shown and told and prompted - I went shopping and there is no toilet in the department store Belarus, which is very important for people after walking around the store...GUM is devoid of this drawback and did a very cool thing to update everything for the buyer....what can not be said about the department store Belarus...I hope that measures will be taken and there will be dynamics in the disadvantages of this store.On 11/22/2024, the dynamics aside + there is - a cool escalator leads directly to the bar on the 4th floor , it is well decorated, behind the wall there is an opportunity to wash your hands before eating and drink water from a special tap and this is only in this store...But there is no toilet in the presence of a chic bar, and if a person needs to , he must go outside the store , go underground, pay, and only this way will the toilet be available...in order to save money on the hall, there is no creative consultant to increase sales if there is a product available, only at the checkout.There are a lot of goods and you can choose , but there is no creativity to increase sales !But the store itself looks decent and a cool escolator (not to compare with TSUM MINSK) is a joy for customers.

The queues at the checkout counters in the store are amazing. Especially at the end of the day at closing time (at 21:00). One cash register is open, the second cash register starts counting cash at 20:45. There are a couple of employees walking in the hall, 3 guards watching as one cashier tries to serve a queue of 20 people. Why not put more people at the checkout to go home earlier? Anyway, has anyone analyzed the flow of people after 21:00? Extend the opening hours of only the store on the 1st floor - you will receive revenue and turnover.

Only one thing is surprising that there is a department store, there is a dining room, but to wash your hands, or something else, you are always welcome, but nearby, on the street, 90 kopecks for admission. There are, of course, a lot of things in the assortment, and it is clear that white manufacturers prevail in many categories. Among the disadvantages - after the 713 resolution on limited trade allowances - prices first became noticeably lower, and then returned to the previous level.
Sellers do everything quickly, clearly, without unnecessary questions about, for example, promotional items or discounts, and this is a big plus, in my humble opinion.
