A good department store, 1st floor appliances, dishes, chandeliers, souvenirs,2nd floor all for men, 3rd floor for women. You can have a snack at the very top, I didn't go up, but I saw the signs.
Sellers are polite everywhere, although they will not invite you and ask questions, but they will help you if you contact them.
The assortment is large, especially local Belarusian products, it is written about discounts, but it is better to ask anyway. These are mainly underwear, socks (probably 100 types!), men's and women's knitwear, bed linen, bags, etc. There are discounts of the day, it is convenient.
The store itself is a minute's walk from the Partizanskaya metro station, on the square, it is impossible to miss.
I liked it- not pretentious, a large selection, you can buy at pleasant prices. This is not a huge shopping center, but a department store with the necessary assortment.

The shopping complex is located next to the metro. Parking is also adjacent to the end, but there are not enough places in it for such a complex. It consists of several floors where you can buy most of the everyday goods for both home and children. It is similar in functionality to TSUM or GUM. Promotions and discounts are very common, so it's better to Google before visiting:) and choose the right day. Escalators are working inside. The only negative, in my opinion, is the feeling that I got into a state-owned store in which there is no one who cares about prestige and attracting the attention of customers. Sellers are in the workplace with a dissatisfied expression on their face. To be honest, it's not pleasant. But if this is not important to you, then please come and choose a product from a huge assortment.

Trokhi is a Soviet department store, but by choice it is much better than similar department stores. The prices of some products (including the notorious permanent discounts) are my respect.
The choice is quite wide. You can find crosses, dresses, bags and backpacks at price tags sometimes outside the market. There are a lot of Belarusian goods, I couldn't even think that ours could make such a good thing.
The big minus is the lack of a toilet.

At the same time, the stated discount is one, but at the checkout it turns out that there is a discount for a specific product, and for some reason it is always lower than stated on the store's poster. For example, you tried on something, chose, calculated a discount, the price suited you, came to the checkout, and they tell you that the discount on this product is not 40-50%, as stated, but 15-20%, and someone will not pay attention and buys, i.e. they cheat as much as they can, just to entice the buyer. The range of Belarusian goods is limited. I used to buy a lot in this store, but now it's easier, faster and cheaper online.

I wrote on Instagram with a question about the availability of goods, not only were my messages read at first and not answered, as a result, after the third message, they replied that I should call the information center. Then why do you need Instagram at all if you can't advise clients? As a result, I called there, they don't know their own product, so they also ask questions that shouldn't concern them. In the end, it turned out to find out about the availability of the product, but at what price. Improve the service!! In the Central Department Store, they shot videos with shelves for me and answered within 15 minutes, but here they are not interested in helping the client at all.
