I study at college near the Cliff and often walk couples here. It is always clean (compared to other points), the staff is always polite and careful (they always use tongs or gloves, removes dishes from the tables as soon as the visitor has left). The only thing that does not please is the prices, but this is not a problem for this particular institution, so five stars :)

I am very glad that a coffee shop has appeared in the Rock, where you can sit and drink coffee with sweets) The assortment is large, there are quite a lot of seats, everything is beautiful. The girls at the checkout are polite, they work quickly, despite the queue. The only thing is that they don't have time to clean the tables a little, either someone else is needed, or some place where you can put dirty dishes.

Good evening. We go to this coffee shop all the time because of the delicious coffee and awesome pastries. But today there was a big disappointment... We three sisters ordered coffee, and the girls, apparently could not cope, or maybe did not know how to prepare drinks, made disgustingly cold "milk".... When asked to add coffee, they just whipped up my drink in the cappuccino machine... Of course, I did not become indignant because of the customers standing next to me .... But I want more experienced employees to be taken to a coffee shop with that name, or at least somehow trained...

We go here with my husband for breakfast, we are very pleased with the new location. Excellent service, they warm up for someone, they usually don't warm up for me, but in general this is a human factor. The main thing is that the attitude is human. And everything is delicious)

The staff is impolite, not a single kind word "thank you", "please". Yesterday, February 15th, there were about 3 girls or more on shift, they look like collectors. It's terrible (it's not pleasant at all to buy food if the staff looks at you like I'm sorry. And they're fighting among themselves. Unload them if they are being recycled that way. Very unpleasant.
The latte is cold, and the food is still warm for me and the kids. Bad. 2 stars for delicious desserts.

flat white is no different in taste and strength from the same cappuccino. the milk was over—beaten and superheated in two drinks that I ordered (one of which is an alternative), which made them uncomfortably hot. I understand that girls try to make orders faster, but you should pay attention to quality as much as speed)))
there are a lot of seats, but there are also a lot of unmade tables
hopefully, things will get better over time and that the flaws are related to the recent opening of the point.

Previously, everything was of higher quality in this institution. Lately, the appliances are all dirty, the salads seem to be standing for a very long time, and if they don't sell on time, they rip the expiration date off the box right in front of you. A couple of years ago, it was the most beloved establishment, which had the most delicious food and always had clean appliances.

As in all Thierries, excellent pastries and desserts and average coffee, but at least inexpensive compared to other establishments. True, I took a sandwich once at the end of the day and the baguette was stale, but croissants and buns are always delicious. Friendly staff, it's great.
