Today I came across the incompetence of one of the cafe workers and decided to write about it, so this is a very serious issue. I asked the girl if they make coffee in Arabica or Arabica with cabbage. She assured me that it was only Arabica. When I tried, and ordered, flat white, it was very bitter and, of course, felt like slavery. I went up to another girl who was making coffee and asked why it was bitter. It's flat white, she assured me. But I drink it regularly in other establishments and this has never happened. I asked them what they were cooking on. She said Arabica and rabusta. And the girl at the checkout is just new, she doesn't know yet. What do you mean? And my blood pressure rises from the cabbage, I said. This is fraught with consequences. That is, you can, without knowing the composition of the dishes in the assortment, blurt out something, and the person will feel bad, who will answer! They replaced my drink with cappuccino, it didn't even out the taste much and I eventually threw it away.
By the way, dirt on tables and chairs will soon lead to the appearance of cockroaches.

The baking is at a decent level. The service is at zero. The girls shake their loose hair over the food. Today, they poured tea past the cup, did not even change the saucer on which it spilled, and served it. Dessert was taken from the window with hands in plastic gloves and placed on a saucer. It seemed that there was a special pastry tool for such purposes. While I was having lunch, a large wooden board broke off from the display case by itself and crashed to the floor, blocking the passage to the tables. Then there was no reaction from the staff, the board was lying there until the visitor removed it from the aisle. The service gets worse and worse every time.

We haven't had such terrible coffee for a long time that I decided to leave a review. We ordered flat white and raf. Both drinks are very bitter, over-brewed coffee. I often visit coffee shops, I used to work as a barista myself and I understand what coffee should be like. Please train your staff to make coffee 🙏
