We often go to this place and everything has always been very tasty, but today it is a complete disappointment that the cocoa is tasteless and cold, and the danish with raspberries is generally terribly dry and cold, and the raspberries are very sour, as if they had been lying for a week, despite the fact that they took it without a discount (in the last hour of the establishment, a discount on pastries) and we were extremely dissatisfied, there was a better opinion about this place, even the desire to come here disappeared. The score is 3 only because of past impressions, if it was the first time and there was such a quality of baking, then I would put 0.

Recently we stopped for dinner in Galileo, the food court was terrible, it was too noisy and crowded. It was quiet in Thierry, although there were a lot of people. We had a delicious meal, had a nice time, we'll come back here again👍🏻

It is not the most pleasant sight when the administrator, and even more so the director, humiliates his workers right behind the counter, says that they are crooked-armed, to put it mildly stupid and accuses them of working slowly, although the girls try to serve all customers as quickly as possible. The good news is that the girls at the checkout always communicate politely and serve quickly, the tables are clean, and if you are interested in a particular table, you can ask the employees to remove it and they will do it quickly and without any problems. Drinks and pastries are delicious, but sometimes there are dirty dishes with lipstick residue on the edge of the cup or streaks from previous customers, so it's better to take the products in cups and takeaway boxes.

I asked the girl if they make coffee in Arabica or Arabica with cabbage. She assured me that it was only Arabica. When I tried, and ordered, flat white, it was very bitter and, of course, felt like slavery. I went up to another girl who was making coffee and asked why it was bitter. It's flat white, she assured me. But I drink it regularly in other establishments and this has never happened. I asked them what they were cooking on. She said Arabica and rabusta. And the girl at the checkout is just new, she doesn't know yet. What do you mean? And my blood pressure rises from the cabbage, I said. This is fraught with consequences. That is, you can, without knowing the composition of the dishes in the assortment, blurt out something, and the person will feel bad, who will answer! They replaced my drink with cappuccino, it didn't even out the taste much and I eventually threw it away.
By the way, dirt on tables and chairs will soon lead to the appearance of cockroaches.

Today, they poured tea past the cup, did not even change the saucer on which it spilled, and served it. Dessert was taken from the window with hands in plastic gloves and placed on a saucer. It seemed that there was a special pastry tool for such purposes. While I was having lunch, a large wooden board broke off from the display case by itself and crashed to the floor, blocking the passage to the tables. Then there was no reaction from the staff, the board was lying there until the visitor removed it from the aisle. The service gets worse and worse every time.
