Mixed feelings remained from this studio. On the one hand, we are pleased with the variety of hardware services and affordable prices, the availability of promotions, and the location next to a public transport stop.
On the other hand, half of my visits had organizational issues (for example, one administrator offered to leave a subscription at the studio for convenience, they couldn't find it for a long time on the next visit, and then the second administrator said that I should have had it initially). There were difficulties with the correctness of the recording (I sign up for a set of procedures and write each one in the message, but upon arrival it turns out that there is no entry in the database for one of the procedures).
There is no clear recording notification system: they can call you and remind you a day in advance, they can write in Viber in advance, or they will receive an automatic message on VKontakte, which is duplicated in an SMS on the day of the procedure.
I consider the communication between the administrator and the foremen with the client to be satisfactory, but there is something to strive for: there were situations of misunderstandings that led to tension.
Unfortunately, today the studio is not perceived by me as a completely comfortable place, there is no desire to resume visits yet.
I think the point of the studio's growth is precisely the work on the organization of work at all stages, the continuity of information between employees and communication.

I really liked the studio, it was clean, cozy, and the receptionist was polite. I was at a laser hair removal, the master met me and led me into the office.There is even a TV and air conditioning in the office. The blonde girl, if memory serves, her name is Alla, she worked out all the zones very carefully, asking if everything was comfortable for me.
I liked everything, I'll come back again.
