There was a big arrival of children at the end of March. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has a set of towels, a hairdryer, and personal hygiene products. In the room there is an electric kettle, mugs, saucers, teaspoons, glasses, decanter. The window offers a beautiful view of the Berezina River. The staff is polite.

The rooms are quite normal, but the service has dropped a lot.
When visiting for 3 days, there was no water for 3 days and no one commented on anything or even offered anything.
I didn't get anything for the paid dinner because for some reason the staff left ahead of time. There was no compensation or refund.
And of course, there is no "heating". In late April and early May, the rooms are 15-16 degrees.

Nice cozy rooms, everything you need, and even a little more)
Free breakfast buffet and daily room service.
In addition to the residential rooms, there is an entertainment complex: billiards, bowling, gym, saunas. There is also a restaurant.

Everyone who yearns for the Soviet department's service with rudeness and attempts to cheat you at every step should like it here. If you are used to a different attitude for your money, then it will not be easy for you here, especially if you manage to stay here for more than one night and pay full board. Breakfast is a buffet, but, alas, without coffee, but with leftovers from yesterday's dinner :)) Lunch and dinner on the principle of "Eat what they give", and if suddenly, for example, for health reasons, you do not eat overcooked or do not use buckets of mayonnaise, then these are your difficulties. Lunch and dinner will be served to you with an expression of deep sorrow and sadness on your face. Like, we already have problems, and then you showed up ...))
It remains a mystery why a travel agent was needed: the girl only created problems for both us and the people at the reception.
One consolation is the SPA complex, wonderful, client-oriented people work there, thanks to them, without them it would be absolutely disgusting in this Soviet entourage.
