I lived in room 316. I rate the accommodation as "terrible". The only good thing is a polite employee at check-in and registration of the reception area. That's the end of the good!
1. 3rd floor, the corridor is creepy, especially in the evenings. The light on the motion sensor does not turn on immediately, you walk in the dark for quite a long time.
2. The first thing I saw in room 316 was a dirty carpet with dead insects. A dozen dead bugs, moths, wings, and all this on the carpet. There are big dead bugs on the walls and door. Why don't they vacuum the carpet before checking in? At least they don't remove dead insects. I've been living here with these bugs for three days. See the photo. It's just blatant. There were also a lot of crumbs on the carpet under the table, some kind of seeds. It's just a shame.
3. The bathroom looks so-so, creepy green tiles, you can't look at the shower head without tears. The unpleasant smell is constant.
4. The bed is uncomfortable, the linen seems to be clean and ironed, but under the pillow on the sheet there was either a dirty footprint (see photo), or just dirt. How can such a thing be laid for a guest? Are the maids blind? Or does no one care? I lift up the pillow, and immediately I see this dirt, it is impossible to notice it, this stain is half the size of a pillow.
When I left, the receptionist was talking on the phone, answering questions from people at the counter, took the key from me and nodded that that was it, I can go. She didn't even ask if I liked everything. It's a pity.
If it were possible to put 0, my score would be zero.

Excellent modern hotel. Clean rooms after a fresh renovation., new furniture. There is a guarded parking lot across the street. The overall impression is spoiled by cool tap water, where it should be hot, so I took off one star. But the breakfast buffet makes you want to go back there again. Considering the low cost of living for the high quality of service, I personally am ready to forgive the inconvenience with hot water.

The rooms are clean and pleasant, I was in the same room on the 6th floor. The refrigerator, TV are working, there was a table, an armchair, a bedside table, a wardrobe with a large mirror. The bathroom is combined. I was pleased with the presence of small things - a shoe spoon, a spare garbage bag, soap, shampoo, gel in individual packaging, 3 snow-white towels of different sizes, hangers in the closet, a shoe cabinet in the hallway, blinds and curtains. One of the disadvantages is that the room is cold, but there is an extra warm blanket in the closet. There is no hot water, instead it is conditionally warm, not everyone can take such an invigorating shower...
The room rate includes a buffet breakfast. Everything is fresh, the breakfast is nutritious and delicious. The service is good. Overall, I liked it.

We lived in a junior suite. The air conditioner was working, but it was very hard for him. The room is normal for two, but for three. A broken sofa was offered for the son. The refrigerator is small. There was only a bathrobe and slippers. The breakfast is a buffet, but the choice was just for the tourist: buckwheat, cutlet, fried egg, cheese and sausage. In general, when there were no apartments in Bobruisk, it turned out to be a salvation! Especially with air conditioning and breakfast.

The three-star hotel itself has three Yandex stars. Tired room, far from the center, air conditioning that is living out its last days. Hot water appears after about 20 minutes!!! after switching on, which I was kindly informed about after my call to the reception when I wanted to take a shower from the road. I gave four stars for a very good buffet breakfast, which is included in the room rate. The choice is not big, but everything you need is available, everything is delicious and high quality. P.S. Breakfast is from 07 to 10 a.m., I came to the end, so there was already little food in the photo somewhere.

2. Very friendly and attentive staff
3. Delicious food in the restaurant. Breakfast is a buffet, there are many dishes.

The hotel is, in principle, a good one. The lobby is currently undergoing renovation. The rooms are not new, they also require repair, but everything is in working condition. There is a guarded parking lot.
Unfortunately, for some reason there was not always hot water.
Our room had a kitchenette with all the necessary utensils and a microwave. But, surprisingly, there were no cutlery. We contacted the reception, but they also told us that they were not there.
The breakfast is very tasty and varied – you will not stay hungry. Overall, we rested and slept well.

The holiday was a great success: the table is very good, everything is delicious and a lot, drinks, including spirits, are their own, without restrictions, there is no cork fee, the program and the disco are the same, the music is not hackneyed. The room, we had apartments, freshly renovated, comfortable furniture, not sagging, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, everything you need. The plumbing is working properly. There are 30 channels on the TVs, the quality is good. The rooms are a little cold, but two air conditioners are quite warm. Breakfast, buffet, plenty and delicious. Dinner's not bad either. The staff and service are without complaints. From entertainment, billiards and bowling, two lanes, working, but very tired. We didn't have time to take a walk, the river embankment and the city itself, but it takes time. It is very attractive for money, for three, with a banquet of 22,000 rubles, Russian. Also, the huskies in the shower barely work, hot water had to be spilled for 7 minutes while it was hot. The staff is very friendly and ready to help if anything is needed.
