The hotel is very comfortable and cozy, the food from 5/4 is quite tasty, but when the spodsmen come, you have to climb the stairs because the staff does not allow you to use the elevator
They didn 't even let me into the elevator with a suitcase !
I visited this place and liked it clean and tidy. The most important thing is that the bed linen is clean and ironed. I will be staying in this city right here.
The rooms are very terrible, the bathtub without curtains has a lot of insects that interfere with sleep, there are springs on the mattresses that prevent you from sleeping very much, it hurts to lie down. There is nothing cold to do.which suits you very cheaply.there is no Internet and it really stinks of cigarettes
I didn't like the way we came in. There are no air conditioners, stuffiness, rooms with some kind of smell. Even the keys were given at the reception unaccompanied, they said go see the room for yourself. After looking at the numbers, they changed their mind about staying there.
One star is very small for this. You will not wait for an employee at the reception. There are cockroaches in some rooms. The floors are dirty. The guard is a boor. I do not advise you to rest and stop.
If you want to go crazy and get a storm of emotions from the visitors of this hotel, then you are here, there is a bemish at night, it is not possible to sleep
Good day to all! Due to circumstances, I repeatedly had to spend the night at this Tourist hotel and it corresponds to its name! No frills! Just like in the good old days of the USSR. In principle, it is not expensive! There is everything you need - a refrigerator, a fan, (they don't know about the invention of the air conditioner yet!) kettle - 1 per floor, TV (not lamp) It all works - BUT!!! there is only one outlet, so we do not relax and turn everything on in turn, if necessary! The Internet is on the 7th floor, or under the router! They adhere to cleanliness there, which is good in some places! There is a dining room in the morning and evening- modestly, but with taste! Calculation of accommodation and meals in local currency! So it's worth coming here to stay! I recommend it!
A Soviet-era hotel. The elevator is of the same design.old furniture. The double room has a shower and toilet.the smell of cigarettes.
Water collects on the floor in the shower, and there is also water around the toilet. That is, in order to go to the toilet later, you need to wait for the water to drain. It's the first time I've seen this. Friendly staff.
You can stay in this hotel only for very great need. The only plus is the cost of a standard double room of 7,000 tenge. The rooms are dead, the furniture, the wallpaper, everything is shabby, the mattresses are sagging and the springs dig into the back. In the shower, the water goes very badly into the hole in the floor, the toilet is wobbly. The Wi-Fi is very bad. Parking is available, but not guarded and not large, it is very often occupied by cars, people playing football. The football field is located near the hotel. Cars are left haphazardly, no one is watching this.
Clean, the service is excellent, the staff knows their job,it is advisable to update the mattresses, there is everything for a normal stay, convenient location, picturesque view of the Irtysh River from the window
The hotel is certainly not five stars :) Soviet times. The rooms are smoky, the bed is also all in a hole. But if you come from a long road and just fall down to spend the night, and then you can wash, if you are not picky.
Hello! We stayed at the hotel for a few days. I liked the room, it was small, compact, but the mattress was just terrible, the mattress was old and worn, the springs were dying out on all sides. If this minus is corrected, then in general I would rate it at all 5 stars. Since because of this disadvantage I had to move from room to room, I put 3 stars. The view from the window at night is very beautiful. Our window looked out towards the new bridge. It was pleasant to admire the night Semipalatinsk in the evenings.
The staff is polite! Thank you very much!
The cheapest hotel in the city.
I don't know about the other rooms, but smoking is allowed on the 6th floor.
The room was completely saturated with cigarette smoke. In the morning, I had a headache and a heavy feeling in my lungs.
The audibility is just great. Those who use the hotel for an hour can be heard even through 2 rooms.
There is a buffet in the hotel.
If you only need to rest from the road, then of course you can check in.
There is a shower and large enough beds.
There is a question about the sterility of bed linen
If you want a thrill, then you are here
But it's better here than outside 🙂
I do not recommend the buffet...😒
Harsh everyday life awaits you here.
Of the advantages: clean, clean, and even polite
There are a lot of tourists from China now..
Learn Chinese....It will come in handy 🙂
The place is definitely not for tourists, a place where 2 couples spend the night with each other, the prices in the city are the most reasonable, but not for business customers
The old hotel. There is no Wi-Fi, the elevators are still Soviet, one of the two is working. I didn't visit the buffet. They are equipped minimally, furniture from the 2000s.
Drunk and stoned people are allowed to pass without any problems. And how many young girls and boys come in this state, do not count. I worked as an admin for one night and was shocked.
A disgusting, smelly hole. But it's probably not cheaper to find. The cost is the main and only plus. If you urgently need to stay overnight and you are limited in your budget, then the Tourist is glad to welcome you.
There is no kettle or refrigerator in the rooms.
The rooms have: a TV, terrible sagging mattresses, from which there is a chance to get a spring into the liver and other vital organs. In some rooms, the situation is reversed: there, the mattresses are slightly softer than a concrete slab (but you will not die from a penetrating wound with a spring). It is more comfortable to sleep just on the floor (this is not a joke, that's what they did). There are no blankets in the rooms. There were wires sticking out of a switch in one of the rooms. In another, we were offered to fix the bathroom light ourselves by twisting the wires.
If you don't like smoked sausages and stale rolls, then don't expect to eat at this hotel. If you still manage to check in, then check if you have closed the door, because one turn is not enough and the door remains just open. But otherwise everything is fine😆
Good luck and good roads to all!
I have been visiting this hotel almost every year since 2016. And nothing changes here, neither the service culture, nor the service in the rooms, nor the menu in the cafe. Some kind of frozen kingdom: when making a move in, they require you to leave your passport with the administrator for the entire duration of your stay (!). Or leave a "deposit", the amount of which is determined in 2000 tenge. When asked why all this is being done, they answer that suddenly you will leave without paying, or suddenly you will take hotel property. It's kind of medieval... And in the room, as a rule, two out of three light bulbs are lit, none are lit in the hallway at all; the shower hose whistles, etc.
The only thing that can probably justify all this gouging is the inexpensive cost of living - 6 thousand tenge in a single room.
The rooms are good, I was there for 4 days! The rooms are clean! The staff is very polite! I don't visit Semey often, but I liked the location! Very convenient! The parking is great! I only went to breakfast, it seems to be fine!
The location of the hotel is inconvenient. The bus stop is far away. The store is 1 km away.
The center is also 3-4 km away. I had a standard hotel room. Two beds and a bathroom. Shower and toilet in one place. It is covered only with a curtain. Repairs are needed. 5000 tenge. the room is worth it. You can pay a couple thousand extra and rent an apartment with a good repair. Generally so. The only plus is the beautiful view from the seventh floor.
Quick check-in, courteous staff. The hotel has air conditioning. The rooms are clean. There is also a dining room. Terminals are on the ground floor. There is an elevator and a staircase. The views from the windows overlooking the river left the best impression. Nice hotel!
Very nice! Clean, neat. The bedding is clean. The bathroom has the necessary soap and shampoo. But I would like to have disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste for the future. It can be a little noisy. Please take into account the administration.
Not a very convenient location.
As well as a budget hotel, the rooms are small and clean.
There is a shopping center with a supermarket nearby (a couple of blocks away).
The mattresses are not comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. You can't open the window...there is no mosquito net. The rooms are clean.
The shower pressure is excellent, the water is hot, the shower holder is broken, the mat gets wet, because the shower drain is poorly equipped.
The mattress is sagging, the windowsill is broken. There is no guarded parking lot.
We rented a 2-bed room, there is a kettle in the room, there are not enough sockets, one outlet for a TV, a refrigerator and a kettle.
The batteries are hot, the room is warm.
Cheap (lived for 5000 tenge), but, in principle, a good hotel. The rooms are cozy, warm, with a large bed and a TV, but the shower is not even a cubicle, but a corner fenced with curtains. There is shampoo, but no soap. There are no disposable slippers, but there are rubber slates (I did not dare to use them - how many people put them on bare feet before me). There is a Wi-Fi connection. If you are traveling for work and need documents for accounting, you will not receive them on weekends, as well as a seal in a business trip. The store is 10-15 minutes away.
