A great vacation. The hotel itself, the food, the entertainment program, the fabulous beach, the cleanliness exceeded all my expectations. I went to a heavenly place for a few days. The hotel grounds are surrounded by greenery, oleanders, hibiscus, blue acacia are in bloom, all plants and lawn are well maintained and generously watered. I understand perfectly well what efforts it is worth to create and maintain the highest quality of service for your guests. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly, polite and competent. I would like to thank Oksana and Lyudmila, the Russian-speaking staff, for their attention and sincere desire to help. As for nutrition, I think it was possible to cook desserts without sugar and boiled dietary meat or fish for lunch. But otherwise everything is great, I would really like to come again.

The hotel is a great combination of price and quality. I don't like to go back to the same place, but I will definitely come back here. Every corner of the hotel has been thought out, you can even imagine there is a house for cats. The territory is very cool, beautiful, well-groomed, there is everything for sports and recreation. A great beach, despite the sandy bottom, the water is clear, the entrance to the sea is gradual, there are two rafts to which you can swim and lie down, if you want to swim from the pier. A restaurant by the beach, you can have lunch without leaving the territory, a restaurant by the pool. We went to an Italian restaurant and a Turkish barbecue, it was delicious. The main restaurant is a buffet, a wide variety of choices. Everything is clean, the staff is friendly and quick to serve. We lived in a standard villa, a nice large room with a terrace. They clean perfectly. I definitely recommend the hotel. There was one small but... narrow bed for me.

Tui Blui Sarigerme park , a wonderful hotel ! He has a large landscaped area, where you can meet a cat, a turtle or even a hedgehog! For dinner and breakfast there is a wide range of different dishes, lunch takes place either by the pool or on the beach, also a very good assortment. There is also a bar on the beach, free of charge, where you can order many different drinks. In general, the hotel is wonderful, I advise everyone!

The hotel has really sunk into my soul thanks to the staff that works in it. Managers love work with all their heart and know everything about the hotel: where are the trees and flowers, when are they burned, some of the guests by name. In total, it accommodates about 700 people, but even in the season at full load, it is not particularly felt due to the large territory. 80% of the vacationers are Germans and only 5% are Russians. A decent European level.

I fell in love with this hotel even when it was an Iberotel. It's a wonderful place. A large area. Everything is thought out. It was the fourth time. If you want to relax, unwind, get relaxation - here. I rested in the villa, all the neighbors are well-mannered, no one made noise, from the terrace there is a view of a well-groomed park, birds sing, turtles crawl, fountains murmur.The hotel does not seek to build up everything - there is a lot of space for walking.The beach is a soft sand, big. The attitude of the staff is attentive, I have never felt any difference in nationality. The food is excellent, there are a lot of fish, meat, poultry, there were shrimps, mussels, octopuses and squid.Freshly squeezed orange juice and interesting smoothies for breakfast. And what delicious cheeses... I really like sheep. Many tourists fall in love with this place and travel all the time. Discos and noisy events are organized in such a way that they do not disturb those who do not attend them. There are many activities for children and those who want to play sports - everything is thought out so as not to strain other tourists. A large comfortable clean room, great food, a magical beach and sea, customer-oriented staff-a wonderful vacation.

Surprisingly wonderful hotel. It will easily give odds to many five-star hotels. The only drawback is the close location of the air force base, with drones circling over hotels for hours and, if it happens at night, specifically interfere with sleep. I had to sleep with a closed balcony and air conditioning turned on for the whole second week of rest.

The travel agent praised this network to us very much, but we were not satisfied. Firstly, it is tailored to Europeans: the food is appropriate. There were no soups for lunch, only everything fried in butter and fries, salads in an incomprehensible sauce, sometimes there was only the usual vegetable. There was a lot of choice for dinner, but it wasn't delicious. Very young children have almost nothing to eat for lunch, only rice for dinner, and if they are lucky, baked meat.
Secondly, the staff! We were in July 2021- well, just sleepy flies in a restaurant. You can wait for the ordered water and wine for the whole dinner. The plates are not removed from the table at all, apparently on principle. We tried to tip them to be more efficient, but they made round eyes as if they didn't understand anything. In the morning, no one from the staff can be caught in the restaurant at all. To get coffee or boiling water, we need to find a sleepy girl (although we don't have breakfast early, at 8-9 in the morning it was already possible to wake up), who is hiding in the kitchen.
Thirdly, the kitchen raised a big question. On the 2nd day of rest, the children were poisoned by something in the restaurant. We suspect grated carrots. In general, the whole section with salads and vegetables was full of flies, at the end of our departure they put mini turntables there to scare away flies.
Fourth, the sea. I came to swim early in the morning, the sea was clean and transparent. When we came with the children, it was already cloudy, it was around 9 a.m. Well, then you understand. There are always waves after lunch, keep in mind. What is good for children: the sea is shallow for a very long time. Almost to the end of the pier.
Lunch is served not in the main restaurant, where there is air conditioning and coolness, but in bars: by the pool and on the beach. In July, the thermometer showed 50. The bar was asked to dress like a restaurant. You can't go to the beach. We only went because of the children, they still wanted to eat at lunch. But it's very hard: the heat, no air conditioning, no fans. Some strange decision in the season.
Of the Russian speakers there is only 1 manager Ismail (thanks to him, he helped us a lot when the children got sick) and the photographers at the local photo studio.
No one in the restaurant understands English! It was beyond the limit. At dinner, I was trying to find a small spoon for the baby. A council of staff gathered around me and none of them could understand the simple word "spoon". I had to explain with gestures.
what I liked: family rooms in bungalows, living like in a park, green and quiet. There is no frenzied Turkish animation, there are no stupid screaming night discos. The room was clean and pleasant. There is a water entertainment center on the beach of the hotel: kiting, surfing, banana, whatever. A convenient application for guests: the entire poster for the day, week is there. Menu. And an appointment for entertainment, like yoga, is also there. It is also necessary to register in Ala-karta restaurants, but we did not succeed, all the places have already been dismantled. Perhaps this should be done right at check-in for a week or two in advance. If you need something, for example, an extra pillow or a change of linen, you can also report it through the app.
I also forgot to say that the restaurant is small for such a hotel. There are 3 buildings of 5-6 storeys and bungalows more. Therefore, there were not always free tables for dinner in the evening, we had to wait.

the hotel is just awesome, we were in 2017 near October, somewhere there were about 85% of Germans , 10 Russians , 3 from Ukraine and a couple% of the rest, it is clear that everything is orderly for the Germans, everything is cleanly groomed, we got just under departure for the German Oktoberfest, it was fun to have beer like a river on a spit pig, calf and lamb It's a pity, instead of promises that it will focus more on Russian speakers next year, prices rose very much, I had to look for an alternative, the price would definitely only be there
