I tried to contact the customer service manager. I was simply ignored... as a result, the salon was cleaned. Air ducts for processing (dust is drawn from the ventilation system) that's how... I struggle to imagine if they installed the cabin filter like that, how then the whole service is carried out... yeah.
For the first time I decided to go to the service, to the tire service for the promotion. The essence of the campaign is Tire service + 18K, but the bonus for this money is diagnostics of the chassis, checking the level of liquids and lighting devices.
I arrived on Saturday at 12:45 - the manager registered the car in the system for 10 minutes. Whether the system is not configured, or people are in no hurry to work, I do not know.
We drove the car to a technological car wash, which took 45 minutes. In fact, only the body was washed during this time. After that, I went to the waiting room to watch on the monitor how the tire is being installed. The car was parked for 20 minutes and no one came up until I went to the manager asking why work had not started yet.
In general, the tire installation was done and it was time for promotional work, namely diagnostics of the chassis, lighting fixtures and liquids.
The manager, with a not very satisfied expression on his face, said "yes, we will make a diagnosis" and then I said that I wanted to be present at the diagnosis. No one started diagnostics for another 40 minutes. As I understood it, the master was waiting for a work order, and the manager did not want to write out this outfit, hoping that maybe I would just leave and give up. As a result, they issued an order and made a diagnosis. There are no questions for the service employee, he did everything clearly, calmly explained everything that needs to be replaced by a walker.
As a result, I left the center at 17:30
And it was a wonderful experience! An experience that makes it clear that I will never come to this center again.
Time management is at zero. There is no Toyota Kaizen and it does not smell. It's a pity that I lost my time.
