The hotel will appeal only to those who "haven't eaten anything sweeter than a carrot." The staff is really friendly. The room stock is dead, dirt, unsanitary conditions. But 5-7 minutes does not bother, by the way, the highway is not busy at all. And there is a way to the beach that does not cross the highway at all: from the reception to the left, straight to the private houses. You will see a sign: to the beach; go past the parking lot to the left through the tunnel - again you get to private houses, again keep to the left, go to the sea and see canopies, sun beds, a bar - this is the beach. And it's its own, nice, spacious, there are a lot of sunbeds, no one bothers anyone, no need to borrow in the morning! Of course there is a bar on the beach - you don't have to go to lunch. The food is quite normal for a hotel of this level, by the way: it starts at 7 am (breakfast) and ends with a late dinner until 0.30. The entrance to the sea is a pebble without boulders. Normally and without slippers. The staff is friendly, fulfills requests. By the way, the quality indicator is the presence of foreigners. So, there are a lot of them here; all sorts of Germans, Poles. Westerners will not go to a bad hotel, understand!

We rested with my husband and two children in this hotel in August 2023 for 3 weeks, our check-in was very fast, the room with a sea view, had breakfast and immediately went to the sea, the sea is very clean, warm, there are enough sunbeds on the beach, for all three weeks we only went to lunch at the main restaurant once since there is enough food on the beach, there is plenty of food in general, meat, fish, you will not stay hungry for sure! The waiters are great, they clean up quickly! The bartenders are friendly! I would like to thank the animation of the hotel, we had especially fun playing Darts on the beach, hello to everyone who rested during this period and played darts and volleyball on the beach! Minus for all three weeks there was a shortage of towels in the room, I constantly had to ask for them to be brought! And so our vacation went well! The most important thing is to go in a good mood! Turning a blind eye to some nuances, as well as thanks to the warm and clean sea, the rest went well. Upon arrival, we were offered to pay an additional $ 30 and move into a family room with 4 beds. We did not refuse such a tempting offer. But the room was not cleaned and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. As an apology, they brought a compliment (wine and fruit). The safe was paid for $ 2 per day. That's a total of $12. This was not a surprise.
We waited 2.5 hours for our luggage at the airport, so we were late for dinner on the day of arrival. It takes about 1.5 hours to get to the hotel with a technical stop in 15 minutes. But it turned out that the night soup starts at the hotel at 23.30 (soups and light snacks are served). So we didn't stay hungry. What surprised us when we entered the hotel was that there was simply nothing to breathe with. The air conditioners are very poorly functioning. And not only in the lobby and at the reception, but also in the restaurant. Fortunately, the air conditioner in the room did an excellent job of its function. Internet is only available in the lobby, near the pool and at the reception. It is clearly not enough for everyone. In the evening, even messages in messengers are not loaded. There are always queues in the restaurant and there are not enough tables for everyone. I had to wait. Dishes are poorly washed, especially glasses, forks and spoons. Perhaps for this reason, the wife had a strong departure with a high fever on day 3. It's good that there were medicines. We tried to take drinks in disposable cups. In general, the food is delicious and varied. Fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, sweets. That's enough. Plus, grilled meat or fish was served for dinner. But again, it's a queue! Coffee is terrible. The room cleaning leaves much to be desired, the plumbing does not clean at all. The towels were changed when they tipped the cleaner. The bed was not changed at all, although it was stated every 2 days. There are fewer complaints about the beach. The beach is really close. It is comfortable to walk through the underpass. The sun beds are just not the first freshness, a lot of broken ones, without mattresses. But there were enough of them for everyone. The only disadvantage of the beach is fuel oil. Everyone got dirty with it. Things do not wash off, shoes are not washed. It is not known where it comes from. By the way, there is theft by locals on the beach. It is better not to leave things unattended. I can't recommend the hotel. The disadvantages outweigh it.

A 3-star hotel, no more. In general, you can live if you are not in the room 24/7, but focus on active recreation. My wife and I went mostly on excursions, so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The kitchen and bar are not bad. We bought a ticket at a travel agency, the room was specified - standard with a balcony, but at the reception they first wanted to put us in a room without a balcony, but we did not remain silent, with a dissatisfied face they still gave us a room with a balcony, very small, but a balcony. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, if you do not use your Internet, then if you need Internet, you need to go downstairs. In general, we were satisfied, as we spent most of our time outside the hotel. If you are going to relax cleanly by the pool in the hotel and in its nearest territory, then I advise you to look at another hotel.

Soups are only mashed potatoes, a lot of sweets , fruits, bread from the oven , porridge , there were signs with a translation into Russian next to the food , juices, water, you can take a cocktail without alcohol and alcoholic, and alcoholic beverages, wines, tequila, whiskey, cognac and so on. Every day at 15.00 they gave ice cream to both children and adults. We lived in Anex cabins. The condition of the houses leaves much to be desired, the air conditioners have mold on the walls. In our room, water dripped from a light bulb in the bathroom, the issue was resolved by replacing the room. During the week of stay in the room, only garbage was taken out, wet cleaning was not carried out.
The food in the restaurant was delicious, the food was varied.

There is no cleaning, during the week of our stay we were "cleaned" (dragged with a wet rag on the floor) once. The stairs to the room were strewn with garbage, dirty slippers, cups and some rags. Part of it was removed only on the fourth day of our arrival, and the unfurnished staircase remained like that. There was a jar full of cigarette butts and unwashed glasses on the balcony, they were still there before we left. When the toilet paper ran out, we were not provided with it (although I called the reception and left a request), I had to catch a passing cleaner on the street and beg him for a roll. My sister was injured because of the wet floor, I had to go to the hospital, pay the deductible, the hotel administration responded to our claims that we came to the dining room in the wrong shoes. We stayed at this hotel from 06/15/2016 to 06/24/2023.There is not much variety in food, but you will not stay hungry. They always cook something on the grill in the evening. All the staff are friendly, they will always tell you everything. The location is convenient, there is a highway nearby, you can go for a walk yourself, as we did. I will not say about the Pools - we did not swim, (the tour operator warned that last year a number of hotels had rotovirus infection in the pools) along the beach and the sea - the 9/10 score was reduced for the road - in general, it was possible to make a straight passage, the existing paths are normal, but in the heat of 42 degrees and burnt shoulders it looks like a run between shadows. In the evening we wanted to go to the shopping center, our tour guide from the tour operator promised to arrange a car for us, but said that we would be taken first to the store with gold. As a result, in the evening we were taken to a store with gold, in the same store they sold soap, creams, teas on the ground floor... The prices are great, we bought soap there for 10 euros... The seller is very "good". The car did not take us to the shopping center, they said that the trip there was not organized. As a result, the whole day on the smarka, they did not get to the sea.we returned to the hotel. Animation is very weak, there is no morning exercise by the pool, animators are not visible at all, there is no evening entertainment... The sun beds on the beach are broken, the mattresses on the sun beds are torn. The road from the hotel to the beach is across the road, and then you pass through the bushes to the sea dump, there is no road as such at all. We have vacationed in Turkey many times, there is something to compare it with. We lived in separate houses, next to the pool, calm and cozy. The only drawback is the sea across the street, but the shore, the entrance to the sea was very pleasant. There is a bar on the beach where you can have lunch, there are tortillas and ice cream, so you can stay on the beach until the evening. We evaluate the food, for example, it's delicious, but don't expect many types of meat. They will serve, for example, fish and one or two meat dishes (stewed meat, semi-finished cutlets, or grilled meat, very tasty, by the way.) The range of food is small (people vacationing in the real five will immediately notice this). Let's start with the dishes: we wiped the cutlery first with a napkin, you go to the mugs to pour coffee, turn it over - there may be coffee leftovers, that is, the mugs are not checked after washing. it's the same story with plates and tureens. I didn't even pay attention to the chipped dishes, although they won't put a plate with a chip in the top five. Further, the room has not been washed once in 10 days at ALL. This is unacceptable. Next, towels are changed if you throw it in a pile on the floor, or on the toilet lid. On the seventh day, I tore the linen off the bed in a pile, left a tip just in case, then it was repainted. We rested from the 18th of May to the 24th.
We paid for the Anex bungalow houses, upon arrival, we were slightly divorced at the reception, as is customary...but they gave us a room in the main building on the 4th floor with a sea view, which we were immensely happy about. Separately, I will say that we were settled immediately without waiting for 14.00.
The hotel is almost empty, the houses, as it turned out, are not ready, well, I didn't really want to live so far from the restaurant and the whole civilization.
And I will also note, and this was very surprising, the division of tourists by nationality- Turks-the bracelet is dark blue, European- green, Russia-red, so we will not lose our own!
The first impression was, well, just ah! Sea view, loggia and no neighbors - a dream!The room for 2 is wonderful, 2 beds- one single, the second-2. TV, minibar,sofa,wardrobe-3 pieces of hangers.
Bathroom - everything is as it should be, hair dryer, soap shampoo, gel conditioner. Nothing was flowing anywhere.
Then we went to the sea, walked over a pedestrian bridge with high steps.We spotted it- 10 minutes at a calm pace- we're on vacation!
