Terrible hotel, rude people at the reception, the room was cleaned 5 times a maximum in 2 weeks, towels don't change at all until you come to the reception to demand! The food is generally a separate conversation, it's just disgusting, they even manage not to roast the grilled chicken, we even cried a couple of times that we were hungry! The hotel is located out of town, and there are not even cafes nearby where you can go to eat! Although we took everything inclusive and went hungry in the end!!! It's a disgusting hotel, I wouldn't even wish an enemy a vacation there!!!

The hotel in the Manavgata Tron Beach area is not bad in itself. We were in July 2024. The staff is very good, they try 100%. But there is no hotel territory at all. The pool is small. There are few shops around. There's nowhere to go. The hammam and sauna are not allowed, although it is all included.

I didn't like the hotel. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The room was not prepared for the arrival of guests: dirt and dust everywhere. The electronic key did not work. I had to run to the reception to change it. And so 2 times. This is after a day without sleep after the road. The food is delicious, variety, no complaints.
The sea is very beautiful and warm. There are ancient buildings in the city center, beauty! It brightened up the rest. I wouldn't have come here anymore because of the mosquitoes in the first place.

I had a vacation with my daughter in August! The hotel is certainly not 5 stars, but 3 stars, there is no territory at all, only a reception, a restaurant and a swimming pool. The rooms are so-so for a C grade! But the food, ice cream and drinks are just super, delicious, varied. I also want to mention the spa complex, bombic massage therapists, Omer, Begin and Nadia - they are magicians! But I will not go to this hotel a second time and I do not advise others!

We found out about this hotel, the tour operator offered, however, a little bit of salt, my wishes about the sandy beach turned out to be pebbles, in general, the rest in this hotel is very satisfied. It doesn't cause any serious problems. There is a bar on the beach-a great free beer bar, there is great wine, animation, well done, the guys are on top, all the time they play some games on the beach, there are also volleyball on the sandy pieces. The beach, pebbly pebbles, perfectly rolled, I also don't like gravel here, so I probably didn't really like it. And then, perhaps, there are no special disadvantages. The kitchen is great, fish and meat are constantly cooked on the grill every day. The bar is open, the food is really cool, the evening animation is also great, there are always some performances of the show, just super-well done, the guys are numbers, well? This is the worst hotel I've ever been in. The food is terrible. Every day, only stewed chicken, and sometimes there were backs with almost no meat and fried-stewed herring. They grabbed the intestine (for the first time on vacation) and lay in the room for a day. Alcohol is also a problem, only beer is normal. The rooms are dirty, the cleaning is terrible, at best the garbage will be taken away. One plus the sea. In general, never to this hotel again.

We returned from a two-week vacation in Tron. I want to share my opinion about this hotel. I want to say right away that when evaluating it, it is worth considering a number of factors. Firstly, it is the price-quality ratio, it is strange to want an exclusive service by buying the cheapest vouchers. Therefore, I think that for my money the hotel is normal, something between a three and a four. More precisely, if you are accommodated in a bungalow, then this is a three, and if in the main building, then in places a four. We had a three-way vacation with a child for 2.5 years. Upon check-in, we were sent to a bungalow, since it was night, they did not change anything. the rooms are there - you can live, but it's not very comfortable, especially with a child. The room is very small, the air conditioner does not work well, it hangs over your head and condensation drips on your face, there is a fire in the main building, so we paid for moving to the main building, it officially costs $ 10 per day, the room got a good one. Of the minuses, cleaning is completely zero, I have not seen this anywhere else, but it turned out to be true. We tried to leave money, but nothing has changed. Cleaning consists in making your own beds without changing the linen, throwing out the trash, giving toilet paper and washing the passage with a wet mop, that's it. Bed linen and towels are changed if you really ask at the reception, the dispenser is empty, shampoos and gels are only welcome, but we had everything of our own, the shower and toilet were not washed once in two weeks, the mirror was not wiped, dust was not cleaned on the balcony. The room is modest, the windows on the balcony are broken, the air conditioner is very cold, it is not regulated, there is no kettle, the pillows are terribly uncomfortable, there is a refrigerator, a paid safe is something new. The Internet is only in the lobby and at the sea bar, very bad, there is no charge. In general, if you do not pay attention and use the room to sleep, it will go. If you are a fastidious tourist, then you definitely should not come here. We are guided by the principle that the sea is the same for everyone, it is better to go to such a hotel than to none if the budget is modest. I can also say this: if you bought a ticket for less than 7 thousand days per person, this is OK for such a hotel, we got 3.5 thousand per person, almost for nothing, for 7 thousand you can find a more decent option.
They feed normally, they always found something to eat, there were no seafood lobsters, of course, but many types of side dishes, chicken lamb fish, delicious grill, all kinds of vegetables fruits cheeses in abundance, they did not like only sweets, all the same tasteless, ate only baklava. The location in the dining room is very inconvenient, the plates are only in one side, you have to walk five times, there are often no appliances, dishes and appliances are dirty - you need to look, it's very hot in the dining room, it's just impossible, it's hot outside too, plus everyone smokes, so they ate in the dining room))
The pool is small, the slides work poorly, there are a lot of people, there are no free sun beds at 9 a.m., everything is occupied with towels both on the pool and on the beach too.
The sea is beautiful, the long coastline of deserted beaches looks very beautiful. The water is blue and clean, but there is a lot of garbage from the beach in the water. Very deep at once, not suitable for small children. Very uncomfortable stones, aquashouses are required. The problem with towels, if you give it back, there may not be towels for 2 days, it's ridiculous.
I liked that there is a full lunch at the sea, we went there for lunch

I stayed at this hotel from July 12 to July 25, 2023. The best thing here is the sea - very clean and almost immediately deep. There are pebbles at the entrance, so there is no turbidity even at the entrance to the sea. However, it's a little painful to go in without slippers, it's easy in slippers. For small children, the entrance to the sea is not suitable, so there are few children on the beach. The beach itself is sandy, there are a lot of sun loungers, fewer mattresses) Unfortunately, there are a lot of broken deck chairs. Tourists break themselves when they plop down on a sunbed with a flourish, while the weight is clearly over 100 kg. In front of me, in one day, such a big lady broke 2 chaise lounges. The hotel provides beach towels, large and soft. You can change them every day at the SPA. It is a 7-minute walk to the beach. You can cross the pedestrian bridge over the road or through the underpass (much more comfortable). The transition is located in the cottage compound located next to the hotel, which is immediately at the exit of the hotel. The passage is clean and cool. There is a great bar on the beach where you can have lunch and a snack before dinner. They bake tortillas. And the beach bar has excellent Wi-Fi from the hotel. About the hotel: it's just a building with a swimming pool in front of the hotel (the pool is small, although there is a slide). There is no territory at all. The hotel is 8 storeys high and there is also an underground floor where there is a large spa with a hammam and a Finnish bath. There are many massage therapists, there is an Asian massage. I liked the hammam) The rooms in the hotel (main building) are good - spacious, with a normal bathroom, in which everything works. She lived on the top floor in room 2614 with a sea view, directly opposite the elevators. It was very quiet and peaceful. Since the high floor was completely free of mosquitoes, I slept with the door to the balcony open. The noise of the road is almost inaudible. The air conditioner worked very well. The refrigerator did not cool at all. Perhaps because it turned off when you took out your card and left the room. Therefore, it is impossible to store anything in it. There are no glasses in the room (at all). The bed linen and towels are excellent. Room cleaning - depends on the shift. If the girls are young, then they clean badly. The staff is polite and attentive, all Russian speakers at the reception. In general, the hotel has few staff for such a large number of guests (I had a full hotel load of 1400 people). Therefore, they simply do not have time to clean up. And since there is no territory and everyone is hanging out at the hotel, there is a lot of garbage. Plus there are a lot of teenagers who break a lot of things, or scratch obscene words on the mirrors in the elevator. Coffee machines are also constantly being broken. And even the shower on the beach was broken off. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. About food: there is a lot of meat and different - chicken, beef, lamb, liver, kidneys. There was fish every day, only small and bony. Lots of greenery. Every day there were 7 types of fruits (watermelon, melon, apples, oranges, bananas, pears, plums, peaches, grapes, cherries, and something else green). Lots of sweets - I really liked the baked pumpkin. From 15 to 16 o'clock, you can take any ice cream you want. The alcohol was just there. I didn't like it) This hotel has an excellent team of animators who have done a lot to entertain tourists both on the beach and by the pool and in the evenings. Special thanks to them!!! We took people to a disco in Alanya. The evening shows were held in the conference room. Overall, I liked it) It is difficult to evaluate the stars of the hotel: where you can give only 4 stars, and somewhere a solid 5. For the sake of curiosity, I went to the additional building, where there are 13 bungalows. There is a territory, there are trees, 2 paths along 13 two-storey houses. But the rooms are much smaller than in the main buildings. There is a swimming pool with a bar and a children's pool. But you have to go to the restaurant in the main building. There is no direct passage there. You need to get on the highway, walk about 50 meters and then go to the hotel. Although it's good with small children there. And there's wifi everywhere. There are 3 pharmacies near the hotel, where many people bought medicines. A little further down the road there are 2 bazaars, you can buy the necessary things if you forgot something. I also found a store there with large factory towels made of bamboo - I bought them as a gift)

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious and fresh food, in 10 days we were treated only once to tuna and Dorado, sea bass was every other day, but delicious greens, cheese and delicious tortillas at all meals and always delicious! There is nothing much to eat from alcoholic beverages, cocktails are not bad, but they are made at certain hours, or they can be bought for an additional fee of 3 to 7 euros. But there are no Drunks and inadequate. It is better to go to the dining room for the opening, the treats are sorted in the first half hour. The dishes were not always well washed, but it doesn't matter, take clean bowls! The sea is beautiful, the beach is not always pleasant, there are large stones, it is better to buy special beach slates! It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea, there is a convenient underground passage under the road, which not everyone knows about. There are not enough sun loungers for everyone, but by evening there is plenty of space on the beach and the water is warm! The hotel has a swimming pool with two slides, there are not so many people, there are no queues. A mini disco and entertainment shows daily, volleyball and darts on the beach, water polo in the pool, a small gym and a hammam are included in the price. The staff is not intrusive, the services of a beauty salon and massage treatments do not exceed the average prices in Moscow.
It is a great place for couples with young and middle-aged children.
A lot of guests are not from Russia.
It is better to take excursions from a representative of the tour operator.
There is a cozy recreation room on the second floor of the hotel. There is also a children's room, but there are almost no toys, they also draw board games.

The transfer arrived, everything is clear. Check-in at the hotel at 14.00. we looked at both the bungalow and the hotel room. I liked both options. My husband said we'll settle in the main building and pay extra. We paid an additional $100. We do not spare money. Everything is conveniently close by, comfortably clean. During the week, bed linen and towels were changed once, but the garbage was thrown out every day, soap and shampoos were put on the toilet as it ended. The hotel is cozy and small. The pool, the beach was not as shabby as in Adler. The food at the hotel is very plentiful and varied, cocktails and alcohol are rare. I was surprised by the children's animation, the adult show. There were always Fitness classes in the pool. The sea on the beach is clean, there is a chaise longue for everyone. Snaky bar is flying away. I don't want to eat from 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The aunt on the beach who did the gozleme special thanks in this heat, I won't even sit on this stove. The hotel staff and the reception are on fire, everyone will tell you everything. I will come to this hotel again! If someone doesn't like it, don't go. We were at this hotel in the middle of July. We arrived in the morning, they did not immediately check us in. You can get a bracelet, go to lunch and wait on the ground floor, but there are always chairs and sofas occupied, or on the second floor.
Paid 20 -settled earlier, if you're lucky, you won't have to pay.
The room had a view of the private sector and the sea, not very much, but there is noise from the road with the balcony door open. The room was 3316, normal. Refrigerator with small freezer, TV, air conditioning. A double bed and a bunk bed, plus a sofa.
Water and juices are brought once, towels are changed sometimes) if you turn on the cleaning reminder. Gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bring. They are so-so.
From 11 a.m. they give some kind of stoves on the second floor, floor L , from 3 days ice cream. Moreover, one type (chocolate) can give three pieces in hand, and the other type (fruit ice in a sundae, striped like that) is greedy, they give one, well, two.
We swam in the pool near the main building, only once, too many people, went to the villas (bungalows) there's a bar closer and the cocktails are tastier and there were fewer people.
We went to the beach through an underground passage, through the villas on the right, then bypassed under the pines. Not very far, considering that the territory of the hotel is small, I wanted to walk.
There are sun beds on the beach without mattresses, a lot of broken ones, canopies. It is better to go into the sea in shoes, corals, crocs. Pebbles, it hurts. Considering that the waves are frequent, and you will be thrown around a bit)
The sea is just wonderful, warm, no algae, no wildlife.
At lunch at the bar, hamburgers, potatoes, something like shawarma, fried zucchini, eggplant, vegetables, olives, national tortillas, everything is as usual.
You won't stay hungry in the restaurant either.
There is nothing special about the hotel. You can walk to the shops, but you can't get to the city ones. The hotel offers to drive from the fur coat store to Migros with them, but they will get you so much with their obsession, it's better not to get involved.
For those who miss the sea, the hotel will seem quite acceptable. The hotel is family-run, multinational. In the evening, I had to hang out in the lobby, or stomp to the store, well, at the bar on the street. There is not enough territory, of course. But it is also cheaper than the others. Not a top five for sure, but if you go with a good mood and a friendly company, then have a good rest

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks from 04/26 to 05/10/2023 with my husband and two children (8 and 10 years old). The impressions are only the most positive! The cuisine is delicious and varied, the staff is very friendly, ready to solve absolutely any questions and fulfill your wishes. The pool with slides for children was a favorite place! Special thanks to the animation team!!! We did not use the services of the mini-club, but we went to mini-disco and show programs regularly!!! During the day, darts and volleyball were played on the beach. Hotel greetings to Ahmed! Thank you for the warmth that you are happy to share with tourists! The rest turned out to be unforgettable! I am still here) initially I booked a room in a bungalow without a balcony, upon arrival I was offered in the main building with a balcony and sea view at no extra charge) As soon as we arrived, there were welcome fruits and a bottle of wine in the room. There is a huge variety in nutrition. Snacks, sweets, pastries, vegetables, fruits. Beef meat, chicken all the time. Fish of different species:mackerel, dorado, crucian carp, something like a small trout. I enjoyed it. Grill every day. There are various drinks, you can have cocktails, and just wine, beer. Baking on the beach. Wi-Fi perfectly catches near the pool, on the beach and on the first 2 floors of the building. We're at 6, not here anymore, but the reception in those places is great. The room has already been cleaned 3 times in 5 days. We changed towels and paper. On my husband's birthday, they decorated the room and made a gift. The bathroom is clean, there are kits. The mini-bar had 6 drinks and 2 bottles of water. I met the expectations of those reviews who liked everything. There are no complaints) you can go to the beach in several ways, we went through an underground passage. Transport to Manavgat runs constantly. It costs 55 lire. Side is 25 liras from the garage. We stayed at the hotel from June 5 to 11, 2024.
The first thing I would like to say is that the mosque is nearby, the whole rest was prayers from 4:30. Insects (mosquitoes) just eat.
Anex house. As it turned out, it was located across the street from the main building and when we went to eat, we had to go through the gas station along the highway. It seems that we lived separately at all. Its own small pool and territory.
The rooms were not cleaned at all, only towels were changed. The air conditioner was on its last legs, it was at the head of the bed and we were afraid that it would fall on us at all. The shower doors were just broken and all the water was pouring on the floor.
Getting to the beach is also very difficult. An elevated bridge led to the territory of private buildings, a separate passage was closed for some reason and everything had long been overgrown with grass and bushes. The second underpass led to an uninhabited area in general and you need to walk 200-300m in the heat.
On the positive side, Varied cuisine, drinks and staff. Clear sea.
A one-time hotel. There is no desire to return there anymore. Repairs were carried out there a long time ago. The furniture is old.

Going to the reception again. Yesterday, signs were posted all over the hotel. Today I found out that an iPhone headset was stolen from a woman in the main building for $ 200, her children told her to go somewhere. The staff works as a shift, so such situations are shot before a shift change. Mostly people work from villages, wild apparently. They feed well, often, in a variety of ways. The rooms are budget for four, the hotel is in the ass of the world, an hour by bus to Side, as well as to Alanya. There is no nature. Pebble beach. It is located right on the highway, the beach is respectively across the street. There are a few shops nearby. There are a lot of people, very tense and long queues for food, especially meat dishes. We're going to the hotel. It is not fast to get to the hotel, so it is better to order an individual transport, then within an hour and a half it will leave Antalya. At the entrance, it is clearly visible that here it is a hotel, but where the check-in is not clear. The driver got lost, well, finally we stopped by. This is a question for the driver, but still, as they say, IT has BEGUN! =)
Arrogant administrators, as usual, tried to get another room with an additional fee. For understanding, the room differs in that instead of a sofa there is an additional full bed. But we have a small child, the sofa is even more convenient - to fall lower =) We were taken to the room, poked around with the safe for half an hour (by the way, it is paid). They settled in. I should immediately note that there was no explanation of where anything was. Go look for it yourself. The room is wiped clean, exactly where you walk. A little to the side under the table and a layer of dust is visible and so it was until the end of the stay. Sheets with holes, there was not a complete set of linen and towels for the child at all. The minibar was empty, although according to the rules, it is replenished 1 time upon arrival, I had to ask. In this hotel as a whole, you can't say yet, they won't do it.
Something is wrong with the hood there, periodically if the balcony is open, then the air flow to the balcony began from the toilet. There was a drainpipe across the room. I had to close all the doors.
A restaurant or rather a canteen! The very organization of the space is annoying. There is a bottleneck where everyone passes with plates. There is not much choice, but you will not stay without food. VERY DIRTY! Plates and cups need to be looked at directly carefully. It is MANDATORY to wipe the devices. Rinse the cups with boiling water – I highly recommend it. Where tea and drinks are poured, it is constantly wet and slippery, and some smelly rags lie on the floor.
During the rush hour, a queue formed in the canteen. It seems to be normal, but at the height of the season, I can roughly imagine what thrash will be like. And actually on the penultimate day + it was a day off, there was another influx of people and at dinner I was even glad that we were leaving the next day.
The dishes are all open and flies are landing on them. In the morning, it is clearly visible that all the cheeses have been frozen since yesterday.
There are no complaints about the taste qualities in general. It was delicious to me, I was very pleased with the grill, especially the fish and entrecote.
From alcohol, I decided to opt for wine. The beer is not clear, I did not try strong drinks.
The territory of the hotel is essentially no. There is a swimming pool and 2 slides, plus you can leave the territory and along the highway, passing through the gas station to get to the territory where there are bungalows from the same hotel, it is not possible to understand this, you just need to know there are no signs or signs. There are slides and a swimming pool there too. The water in the pools is disinfected. The smell of native chlorine =)
Passage to the beach. The most convenient way is to leave the central doors in the lobby and go towards the road and there will be a gate on the right, which closes around 9 pm. Then you get to some private sector, but there will already be signs there. Why the administrators don't say this right away is not clear. It is clear that many are not in the right direction and go either over an above-ground bridge, which is not convenient, or through another underpass, which is longer and you have to go through some wasteland.
A beach with pebbles. This is a plus for me, as the water is cleaner. For those who swim poorly, there is space to flounder, but the depth begins quickly enough where it will hide their heads. The sun beds are ruined and if you go after 10 am, most likely everyone will be busy. There is volleyball, darts, petanque. And in general, the most normal of the staff are animators and young waiters who clean the tables. The administrator who settled us in general laid down some peasant with two strokes, by the way, there are tiles on the floor. I don't know what happened there, but this is a family hotel =))
I listened to what others were saying – a lot of people are shocked, otherwise I thought I was picking on them.
One day there were power outages, powerful generators start working, the hum is specific. It wasn't good at night. They asked not to ride in the elevators because of this =)
In the morning, as usual, the mullah calls for prayer. The mosque is very close.
At night, the children's playroom is closed with a chain and lock. It looks funny. A refrigerator with water, on the territory where the bungalow is, is also locked.
On the balcony, dry things only on two chairs.

I stayed at this hotel from July 16 to July 23, 2023. The hotel is decent, the rooms are excellent, spacious in the main building, I liked everything ... Polite people work at the hotel reception, solve any issue. The road to the sea is wonderful, there is a small pine forest, beautiful flowers, when I went swimming, looking at all this beauty, it was joyful in my soul. For me it was amazing why people write bad reviews...

The pool is clean, does not smell much chlorine, there are not enough sun beds by the pool, slides are included. Poor room cleaning, we lived in the main building on the 5th floor, as well as in the street area of the restaurant it is very dirty, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. In general, the hotel is worth its money, if you want 5 *, then it's better to overpay twice as much and not spit. WE knew what money we had paid and we didn't expect more from this hotel! We liked the rest, if you don't notice the disadvantages.

A boring hotel on the outskirts, a typical three-star hotel. It's a long way to the sea, through an elevated passage and other people's villas on the first line. On the evening of arrival, there was a strong storm with a thunderstorm, flooded the entire balcony and part of the room, despite the closed door. To be fair, the administration quickly eliminated the shortcomings. The food is delicious, but without much choice. The owner has several other hotels and he sells more rooms than he can provide. You can be checked into another hotel! That's exactly what happened to us, we were supposed to rest in another hotel, but we ended up in this one. I can't recommend this hotel, because it's away from entertainment, and the hotel itself is boring. Except for unassuming pensioners, although given the greatly inflated price for the alleged 5⭐ and the difficult route to the sea, this option disappears.

Hello. I liked the stay at the hotel, but it is far from 5 stars. What I really didn't like was the cleaning of the room, they didn't do it at all and didn't change the bed linen. Other people had the same problem. There seems to be a lot of food and varied, but often too salty. The Internet is also a problem. The pool and the sea are good. There is no desire to return here again.

This hotel sucks. weak and slow service. 4 people checked into the room, towels were put on 2. staff is in no hurry to do their job. Internet is only available in the lobby. the beach is deserted, dirty and terrible. you need to go to the beach across the street, either the subway is a terrible crossing for crimes, or swing your legs on the elevated. but the distance could have been endured if not for the terrible condition of the beach. garbage and wasteland, very little sand, pebbles near the shore. I am glad that there is beach volleyball and the sea is clean - the only advantages. the food at the beach restaurant is disgusting, partially unsanitary, the dishes are plastic and the food is tasteless. the hotel dining room is no better, a very dark room, a small selection of food, broken vending machines for drinks. It's very crowded and hectic. definitely NOT recommended, the worst hotel in the history of travel. 5 stars - a fictional or bought fairy tale, the pure state of the art and the work of the service is not justified from the word at all

We went to Manavgat by bus, it stopped right at the hotel. The price in June was 30 lire per person. They also took a child of 6 years old. There is a lot of food, desserts and fruits.

The hotel is not bad in principle, but it is far from big cities, just empty, there are small shops nearby and that's it! There is no territory, in fact, only a swimming pool, rooms and cleaning are not bad! The food is normal, there is always something to eat, of course you need to look for places, but the tables are cleaned quickly. To the sea, 10 minutes on foot either above the road or through an underground passage, there is a bar and a restaurant on the beach, you can eat in principle, the entrance is stones, well, we are used to it. A lot of Turkish citizens come for the weekend, but there is enough space for everyone. For the money that we gave, well, it's okay! 270 thousand for five people in 10 days from Yekaterinburg. There is zero movement in the hotel, there is something, but the crap is complete. We were already in the room at 8 pm, we were in Turkey for the sixth time, there is something to compare it with. Let's decide for yourself whether to go or not!!!
