This is 5+++. Everything was wonderful here! Modern, new, compact, everything is there! The hotel is divided into 3 zones: children's, shared, 18+. Excellent food, drinks are served by waiters. Imported alcohol, beautiful cocktail serving! The pool is one with sea water, the other is fresh. There is a cool animation for children, for the first time we were not afraid to leave the child, since the territory is closed and under supervision. On the territory of 18+ there is a cafe to order, ice cream and STARBUCKS! The room had a bottle of wine and a bar of glasses, a kettle, mugs, tea, coffee. Good hygiene products, bathrobes, slippers. The attitude of the staff is excellent, they speak Russian. A bus with a polite driver takes you to the beach every half hour. I didn't like the food on the beach, but it's there and okay, you can take ice cream and drinks. The wristband is rubber, it's really cool!
I really enjoyed my vacation!

Definitely 5 ⭐️Excellent hotel, food, entertainment, staff, by the way, a lot of Russian-speaking staff. The room is cleaned every day, the mini bar is updated every day. There are several swimming pools, a 16+ restaurant, children's animation, a separate area for children) where they are entertained by an animator.
Alcohol , delicious cocktails, white wine.
Food, by the way: at the entrance, at the reception, fill out a questionnaire where you indicate whether you are allergic and to what. Intolerance to lectose, gluten, etc. There is a dietary supplement. The food is definitely suitable for everyone. There are a lot of fruits, a lot of delicious desserts, tea , coffee♥️ The only and not a big minus is not the first line . But according to the schedule, the bus goes to moryushko.
There is also a cafe on the beach from the hotel, where there is ice cream, drinks.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. This is a place for those who want an easy holiday with children, with the whole family or alone. Shuttle to the beach every 15 minutes. The food is delicious, the pool has slides and no slides. There is a place with free parking without children 18+, there is a cafe and a starbucks. I don't want ice cream, I don't want drinks either. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, good animation, live music. Varied and delicious food. There is order and politeness everywhere. I had a rest in October. You can book a place on the tour through the guide. Near the hotel there is a chain store, small shops, a pharmacy, a local market and the land of legends amusement park, where you can just walk.

A wonderful hotel! Separation of adult and children's zones. Concerts and shows are cool, but more for young people. Beer in glass. Cocktails are not bad. The transfer to the sea went regularly, there was always enough space.
Shops and Disney Land are a 15-minute walk away. I recommend you to visit, you will forget that you are not on the first coast!

The hotel is just a bomb, we are resting here with my wife for the 2nd time. I like everything very much. Alcohol, food, animation is great, there is a large professional stage. The beach has fine sand, unlike all other beaches in Turkey, where the sand is pebbles. Since the hotel was built a year ago, all rooms are of perfect new quality with fresh renovation. We were in early October with a large company, in principle, if you add up all the pros and cons, you get an average score of 3. There are several of them in the pool, the coldest is in the adult zone due to the fact that there is almost constant shade, the water is icy on the slides and the child was cold and the adults were saved by the main pool there the water was excellent but there were more people. The hotel itself seems to be fresh, but again it is dirty due to the fact that the staff can not cope, the maid feels like she cleaned the hotel alone, there is always a number in the morning, but everything changed during the day, but this is partly the fault of the vacationers. The food is delicious, varied all the time, I was not particularly tired, but also considering that the dishes of the same type immediately identified the favorites of the plate and ate it. Alcohol is varied, but in the adult zone it is of higher quality or just fewer people and does not end so quickly because imported alcohol was rarely on the main bar at the end of the day. The saddest thing is the beach, the sea is in this place, as on our coast, and you can't say it's the Mediterranean, other areas benefit in this regard, the bus is dead and almost always someone was standing. It's kind of dirty around, there's not much place to go, but there's enough variety for children on the territory for them, there's a lot of entertainment there, it feels like all the animators were engaged with children, there's nothing for an adult, I'm not interested in this, so no one bothered neutrally like in other hotels, let's go and play for those who care not here. Super hotel novelty 2023 for your money! Due to the shape of the letter X building, the hotel is divided into 4 zones - the entrance group, the pool area and the stage, the children's area and the 16+ zone.
The building has 5 floors, 4 elevators, huge rooms, all with a balcony or a swim-up with access to the adult pool, but these are expensive rooms.
The food is just a delight, count all 24 hours, lots of bars and restaurants, including the beach.
The hotel is on line 2, but buses to the beach are strictly on schedule, it takes 4 minutes to go, and 3-4 minutes to go to the sun beds, the beach is wide, there are a lot of sun beds. A little small pebbles at the entrance roll, then sand and gradually depth.
The SPA is modern with an indoor pool, and the outdoor ones with salt and plain water, a depth of 1.4 meters. There are many slides for children and adults.
The animation is good during the day, and in the evening there are concerts and shows by professionals.
Near the Migros hotel, pharmacy, shopping center and 15 minutes walk to Land of Legends.

A cool hotel, delicious varied food, lots of fruits, desserts, alcohol) the waiters are friendly, they always ask what you want, they bring) only 3 lines to the beach are in the red, since I don't like the pool; and then you get used to it, after 30 minutes buses take you to the beach. The territory of the hotel is small (this is both good and bad), there is a bus to the beach every 30 minutes, a couple of times I went off schedule, I had to wait 45 minutes and drive standing up. I rested alone for 7 nights from 06/26/2024.
I liked the hotel. It is divided into 16+ zones and shared with children. This is a big plus for me. I also liked the food (fish every day, shrimp (delicious, they are not cooked as usual in Turkey, it is impossible to eat them), meat. Everything is very tasty. There is also imported alcohol (24/7), bottled beer, there is a Starbucks in the adult area and the a la carte restaurant is open in my opinion until 23:00. There are no complaints about the service, but there are problems with cleaning)) but I didn't really care, I was only in the room for a few hours))
If you do not find a company, then it will be boring alone and in the evening after 23:00 there is generally nothing to do, but I was lucky and I met wonderful people, some just like me came alone.
For some, the distance from the beach may be a minus, but it didn't bother me at all. The bus runs every 30 minutes from 9:00 to 18:00. There were a lot of free sunbeds. There is a bar (beer, water, wine, gas.water) you can also have a snack.
The price was lower than in other hotels of the same level and service. I was more than satisfied with the trip) The main thing is a positive attitude and the vacation will be just super))

On the first day, everything seemed to be fine. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m.
Closer to 8 , people poured in for breakfast . The queues are huge, I have never seen such in Belek hotels.
There was not enough food. The red fish is one plate that was swept away instantly. They didn't replenish it anymore.
Aquapark - on the 3rd day of stay, ALL ADULT SLIDES stopped working. The pool is teeming with people))
As if the hotel is not designed for SUCH a number of people.
They smoke everywhere. There are no restrictions.
Even at the children's water park. There is tobacco smoke all around the pool for the little ones. It's very sad (
This is the first time I have seen that the staff of the children's water park did not control the safety of children. It is traumatic enough.
Beach. Dirty. The sea is good-The only good thing. The shuttle runs on schedule. It's a long walk, who says that 10 -15 minutes on foot is blatantly lying. At the same time, THERE is NOT A SINGLE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING ON the way to the beach.
I do not recommend it and I will not come here a second time.

New hotel, new rooms, division into zones , evening program - FSE
THE BAD:
1. Restaurant
- A lot of not tasty food and queues for more or less edible.
- Inadequate hostess in a 5* restaurant, the cat does not see half-naked men and women in wet swimsuits and clothes not decent for the restaurant
- lack of staff for basic meals
- Bars!!!!!!
Turks are served outside the queues, and the attitude towards Europe and the Russians is off.
The opinion is not only mine, but heard in elevators, buses and in the same queues.
2. Check-in....
Yes, kind reception. But when it was time to check in , the manager said he was very busy and asked me to roll / carry the luggage myself 🤣😉 OK???
But for a dime , they immediately informed

A separate sad story
If you say dirty, you don't say anything.
Through the joint efforts of the hotel guests, it was possible to attract cleaners for bottles. And they refused to clean up the rest of the garbage.
Moreover, the beach is public and also very dirty .
In neighboring areas, garbage is cleaned several times a day.
- The bus broke down, mini buses were provided, so the Turks pushed aside mothers with children and climbed on the bus first, and mothers and children and adult ladies remained waiting for another bus.

The bus was fixed, but the situation with Turks in wet underpants on the bus remained the same.
And often people stood crammed on the bus, which is forbidden.
Other hotels provide buses regularly, not once every 30 minutes.
Walking is dangerous and hot
The beach bar survives at the expense of a helpful bartender, and so sad.

And they don't want to hear these complaints, because the hotel is overcrowded - are the guests' problems?

We are resting at the hotel now. It's new, it has its own Starbucks (it was important to us, the coffee drinkers are still there). Very tasty food in restaurants, you can order by the quart. Drinks and cocktails are above all praise, imported alcohol 👍
This is the second time in this hotel, and I want to come back all the time❤️ It's a 10-minute walk to the Park of Legends! It's a pleasure to relax with a child, and meals for children, and strollers for rent are free. A great hotel with wonderful cuisine and a good entertainment program.
We came here with a baby of 1.5 years, but doubted whether it would suit us or not for a child. It turned out that everything is OK, children have entertainment events in the evenings with a lot of different programs, like a soap bubble show, a cinema for kids, mini-disco dancing, etc. There are many different rooms with balls, crawlers and slides by the pool.
The kitchen is my homage.
Drinks are my respect.
The rooms are normal, fresh, even if they are not always cleaned every day, but it was not critical for us, even the pot was given to the child)
Two swimming pools, where one is 16+, the second is for everyone, if you want not to hear children's screams, then go there and enjoy a good design and clean water, drinking coffee from a starbucks on the territory for free, or drinks from the bar, which will be brought to you with pleasure.
One thing is, the beach is a 7-minute drive from the hotel, but this is not a problem, a bus goes back and forth every 15 minutes.

We arrived with our family on 18.07, stayed for two weeks. The impressions about the hotel are twofold.
Let's start with the bad:
1. Very small area, literally 400*400 m. There is nowhere to walk there, from the word at all. There's nothing to do around the hotel either.
2. Apparently, there are not enough sun beds near the pool. The most trump places are occupied from 7-8 in the morning, then as it turns out.
3. Although there are two pools, but its area is not enough with almost full occupancy of the hotel - everyone is on top of each other.
4. Room cleaning is mediocre. The corridors have been cleaned only once in two weeks (probably that's why they have dim dimmed lights).
5. The dining room is incredibly stuffy and very often there are not enough places. It's even hotter on the terrace and there's a lot of smoking.
6. Smoking is the scourge of this hotel. I understand that it is not declared as smoke-free, however, this moment could have been thought through somehow. You lie on your sunbed and it stinks of tobacco on one side, then on the other, and so on throughout the day.
7. An extremely disgusting piece of beach. Dirty, with sad sun beds. I won't say that I'm squeamish, but it's just ugh. The bus is always packed.
Uncritical moments, but I didn't like them:
1. Repair. There was a crack in the entire ceiling in my room, and a freshly made piece of building cladding on the balcony. Cracks between the floors are visible along the facade itself. It seemed that the hotel was rented in a hurry.
2. Animation. Everything is standard: water polo, darts, fitness, yoga and beach bocce and volleyball. It was dry, without a hitch, so after one visit, I didn't really want to go a second time.
3. Inconvenience with the cards on the towel. They open from 8.30. I had to either change the towels for new ones in the evening, or take them with me to the room.
4. If the room faces the side where the stage is, then you should not wait for a quiet evening after 23.00.
5. The "Water park" for children and slides work only 4 hours a day.
What did you like:
1. Service in the dining room and lobby. The adult male waiter on the terrace is very pleased with his professionalism. The man is really in his place.
2. Food. Everything is fine! But I must say right away that you should not expect anything interesting from the dishes familiar to a Russian person, they are, of course, mediocre. To this day, salad a la mimosa evokes a nervous smile. Take a closer look at the traditional and Mediterranean food, it's very good. Desserts, both traditional and classic, are also incomparable. Eat more greens, they are really delicious there.
3. Lobby bar. Cocktails on solid 4. Although there was one "bartender" who apparently did not know what he was doing, but fortunately he was caught at the end of the rest.
4. Of course, the evening shows. Sweeping, frankly. The stage, as a matter of fact, allows it. However, the program is designed, as it seemed to me, for 7 days, then it repeats.
5. Spacious room. The three of us were quite comfortable in the standard.
6. "Extended play" for children is late and free! But my 10-year-old child didn't really come in. Probably, after all, it is aimed at children much younger.
I won't say anything about the 16+ zone, because I haven't been there often. It seems to be silence. But when you go in there, it seemed to me that they look down on you somehow. :))
Bottom line: it is unlikely that I will go there again and most likely I will not advise you to visit. Of course, I bought into the reviews, both custom-made and ordinary (are they ordinary??) tourists. This is exactly the moment when, because of the stories, you have high expectations. This is an ordinary hotel, there is nothing "wow" and "wow" there. There are hundreds of similar ones in Turkey.
It's a pity to put a three, but there are also a lot of solid four. Let's make it a "weak, weak four."

A new hotel, this year's opening! Excellent food, cleanliness, rested in the adult-only zone, silence and relaxation in my zone got! At the end of September it was hot + 31, but excellent air conditioning in the room and a warm sea with a huge beach area with a bar and sun beds on the sand and grass more than compensated for the 3rd line of the hotel, the transfer to the beach was pleasant along a beautiful road with an overview of neighboring premium hotels! The responsive Russian-speaking staff greatly brightened up the 8-day stay!

Unfortunately, we have to join the negative reviews.As already mentioned here, the hotel does not match even the poor 5*.The first time we went to a non-first-line hotel, after reading laudatory reviews and reviews..Due to the flight delay, they arrived at the hotel the next day (of course, this is not the fault of the hotel, but there was no compliment for the additional paid day, as usually happens.We moved into building C, overlooking the pools and the stage, so we had to forget about a quiet rest, both in the afternoon and late in the evening, the music just rumbles until 1 am. After 2 sleepless nights, they asked to change the room, the barely helpful reception staff gave the room to the other side, but with the buzzing ventilation, the earplugs helped.For the first time in many years of rest, I faced such indifference from the hotel:(((There is no sound insulation in the rooms.There is no cleaning.The floor is not washed at all, the garbage from the previous tenants has been lying under the chair for two weeks.Shelves and mini bar are all dusty.There was no cleaning on the balcony, it seems that not once all year.The carpet in the corridors is not vacuumed, it is very dirty everywhere.It is not surprising that despite the novelty of the hotel, there is no feeling of cleanliness and freshness in the rooms. The cleaning in the rooms is disgusting, the first time they came to clean the room, only on the 3rd day, although the room cleaning button was on all the time! A room for three, they put only 2 tents all the time, shampoos and shower gel were not replenished at all, on the seventh day she went and took it from the cart!!!
The food is mediocre, there is no variety! Ice cream is only available in 4 options, no snack bars by the pool, coffee is only one thing in the 16+ zone, you can not go there with children, they are immediately kicked out. Trips to the beach are a separate quest, the bus is always packed, and on the second day of vacation, it broke down altogether and only a small gazelle drove for 3 days, there was always a battle for returning from the beach.

Animation, daytime activities, saltwater pool, rooms, delicious food, alcohol credit.. Everything is on the level🔝 A bus takes you to the beach several times a day. The hotel is next to The Land of Legends.

Swimming pool: the communal pool is crowded, everyone is smoking around without stopping, one puts out a cigarette, a neighbor immediately lights up, they even smoke at the children's paddling pool, the children are sitting in a cloud of tobacco smoke! There are a lot of Turks with their families at the hotel on weekends.
