It's not a bad place. Wonderful view of Minsk. High-quality service. The waiters and the receptionist are polite. Beautiful interior. Prices are above average. The portions are not too large. I tried scallops in this restaurant, I was not very impressed with the dish, but it seems to be purely my taste preferences. Very tasty sorbets and lemonades of our own production. Overall, the place is cozy.

The food is very tasty. I am not an expert in high-taste cuisine, after reading the reviews I was somewhat wary in terms of food, but despite this I really liked the dishes and the serving. Very good wine. And the most important thing to visit is the super view of the city center. They promise that in summer there is an awesome view of sunsets from the balcony. The atmosphere is friendly!

Oh. I like everything here, from the panoramic elevator to the kitchen, which, by the way, is very tasty here. Prices are higher than average than in Minsk, but for the sake of the view from the window, you can forgive everything. A great restaurant. It is located at the very top, there is a terrace where you can also go out. Gorgeous view at night.
Great cuisine, great serving. The staff is very attentive and courteous. It is somewhat more expensive than the restaurants in the area, but the pleasure of dinner outweighs it. I highly recommend it.

Summary: just an expensive observation deck.
Cuisine: not tasty. The presentation of dishes is too authorial. As a result, heartburn! This is the first time in a very long practice.
Service: the annoying waiter, who is interested in "how do you like the food", ignores the dirty napkins on the table and does not pour the ordered water into the glass.
Music: the pianist is being held "hostage", the repertoire is appropriate.
Toilet: tile in crocodile skin texture, empty soap dispenser.
Dress code: you can wear a sports shirt and shorts. Yelling at the table is welcome.

You need to take the PANORAMIC elevator, it's on the left as it entered the building's doors. The food is European without national cuisine. The staff is well-trained, empty plates disappear unnoticed. A separate joy is the balcony! For convenience, there are armchairs, sofas, coffee tables ...

We were with a girl in the evening in this wonderful place. I was amazed by everything, starting with the transparent elevator to the 28th floor) the views are gorgeous, the staff is very polite! They even offered to take pictures of us while they were waiting for food. The prices are quite normal. The food is delicious, they can give different colors. We recommend it in short)

the view is just spectacular, the service is good, but the food is completely gone. I took the marbled beef in barbecue sauce, they brought it in hot sauce, it was simply not possible to eat. I think the meat was spoiled. Salads are just tasteless. It makes sense to come here only to drink coffee with dessert and see the city from the top.

Nice and decent interior. The food is peculiar, that's why it's a restaurant. We didn't wait long. The service leaves much to be desired (except for the hostesses). The waiter did not introduce himself. The staff did not pay attention to the departure of the guests. We didn't like it very much, it's that we were offered water, (after we ordered everything)which turned out to be paid in the end. They offered water, which in principle was not really needed, we thought they would bring it as usual, either from the tap or from the carafe.
But they brought a glass bottle of 0.250ml, for which in the end we paid 6.5rubles (195r Russian rubles).

I really liked the restaurant. Pleasant, polite staff, attentive. It got cold because of the working air conditioner, and the waiter brought blankets.
Very unusual and delicious dishes. Prices, of course, are higher than in average cafes and restaurants, but the cuisine is definitely worth it.

The waiter behaved very brazenly, spoiling the mood with his behavior for the entire time he was in the restaurant. It was my birthday and I wanted to celebrate it in a good place, but I got the most negative experience. I won't come back here anymore, even for the beautiful view of the city.
